Beautiful property w/great ocean views and awesome heated pool and patio areas...not sure what more you could ask for...even though the weather got chilly mid week we still enjoyed our time here...there were 11 of us ages 2-64 for our Family Christmas...next time we are headed to Indian Shores would definitely have this property at the top of our list...it was very easy to contact our hosts re: a couple things(one being clicking over from ac to heat😊)although I had trouble w/messaging thru the app one day so I called and Liz answered right away...thanks so much to our hosts for making this awesome property available to us

Our group consisted of 60- something grandparents, two adult children, spouses and four kids, ages 1,2, 7 and 10. This was an ideal set up for all. It was great being able to go to and from the beach quickly and easily throughout the day and evening. We could leave our chairs and tent there all day. In June, the beach was well populated , but plenty of space for all.The sunsets were beautiful. The pool was refreshing, the umbrella an added bonus. There was a nice separation of the sleeping spaces in the two houses, good for family down time. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, although a few more bowls and plates would have come in handy.

This was a great property. We had both units for the week. The access to the beach is awesome, and the kids loved the pool! Liz was awesome throughout the entire process and would definitely recommend this property!!

Family “spring break” vacation. Wonderful spaces in both houses, pool was a hit, private beach was awesome.

I’ve been doing this for years and once we find a place that’s perfect for our family I always try to keep renting it for years. This is definitely the place. The 2 houses were perfect for us. Both houses were in great condition and the view and the pool made it a perfect vacation. Very nice to deal with the owners. Can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend this property to anyone with a larger group or family.

Property as described with direct access to the beach. Quiet location within walking distance of local coffee shops and bike rentals. nice outdoor space.

A wonderful experience all 'round. Host was very responsive and the place was exactly as described. We will keep it on our list of places to revisit in the near future.

Our family had 90+ year olds to less than 1 year old. With 9 people and 2 houses, we all had room to be together and separate. Very nice

Lovely property. It worked great for our large group (6 adults and 5 children 6-9). The houses were equipped with all the utensils and appliances we needed. The owner was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

This was the perfect place to spend a week with my family. There was 10 of us total, 7 adults and 3 babies/kids. It was so convenient to have the pool to keep everyone cool during the hot week. The beach is a short walk and made it easy morning walks and walks at sunsets. The host was really great at communicating when needed. We made many great memories and if you are looking for a place to spend quality time with your family, of all ages, this place is perfect.

Beautiful place with great beach access and near good restaurants, activities, etc. Not crowded like Destin!

The location and property were perfect! We were looking for relaxation and quiet and it provided everything. Liz was good communicator and very kind. Nearby restaurants were easy to get too and very good.

The property was in excellent condition and clean. Loved the 2 separate houses to split up the families. We also loved the pool area as well as the covered patio where we spent the majority of our time when at the house. Both houses were stocked well along with plenty of beach chairs and towels for our party of 10. Beach access was premium. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week from June 25 to July 2 at your beautiful Seagrape property with our 2 children, their spouses and our 5 grandchildren (ages 8-14). This property is truly reminiscent of the Old-Florida Beach Houses, but updated in design and modern conveniences! Proximity to the beach was a definite plus ... the grandchildren daily went from beach, to pool, to beach and back to pool again, but the families still found time to work in a few side activities such as miniature golf (close) and a dine-in movie theater (a short drive). Another plus was the fact that everything was on one level with few "step ups and downs"; this was especially helpful to my husband and me. We had no major problem and any questions we had were promptly answered by Liz. Liz, thank you for making our memorable week possible.

Perfect property for a family vacation. It was wonderful being beach front and having the pool.

This property is steps away from the beach with a great beachfront pool. My family loved the pool deck and outside seating areas. There is a cute ice cream shop and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is ample parking for 4 large vehicles. The bedrooms are small and the layout is bizarre. It probably would help to have photos of the bedrooms on the listing so that renters have a better idea about square footage. But, overall we really enjoyed our week.

We had a great time in this wonderful rental that was in a perfect location. We rented both houses since we had a large group. It's located right off the 'main drag' and was easy to get in and out of as well as being close to activities, food, nightlife and shopping. The beach area is wonderful, great sand and just steps from the house to the heated pool to the ocean! We had a wonderful time:)

Pool was clean, location on the beach was ideal for watching sunsets. Second house didn’t have an ocean view but first house was spectacular.

It was a nice week

We rented both houses with 6 adults and 5 children, 11 total. It was perfect for us as each family had their own space with bathroom. We never felt crowded and had privacy. Each house had a pack and play and one high chair which was great. We did the majority of our meal prep in the larger house adjacent to the pool and outdoor eating area. The easy access to the beach was fantastic and the pool was essential for our group. There were plenty of pool and sand toys and beach towels. There were also 2 swimmies or puddle jumpers. Thank you, Liz , for a great stay and easy communication.

All things considered, this was a wonderful rental for a large group. We had a ten adults and seven children, ranging in ages from 15 months to eight years. The bathroom/bedroom configuration wasn't ideal, but we knew that going into it. The location was excellent for providing the ability to be private and isolated. Due to COVID, we ordered food delivery and were able to maintain extremely limited contact with others outside of our immediate family. We were pleased to see that anyone on the property for routine maintenance, such as the pool service man, wore masks and kept their distance. There were a lot of beach and pool toys for the kids, as well as chairs and towels for all. The beachfront home was better stocked with dishes, kitchenware, etc. but we had what we needed overall. Communications with our host were excellent. Liz was very courteous throughout all of our conversations, and was very prompt with responses. There were events beyond anyone's control that put a bit of a damper on our vacation. mainly red tide and outer bands from a hurricane; but, in total, we had a fabulous time and would rent this property again.

We chose this property to have room for a family vacation and be super close to the beach. It was great! We didn’t even need to pack coolers for the beach, we could simply walk 50 feet back to the house.

We really enjoyed our stay with extended family. The house is clean and nicely arranged. Everyone had their own space if they needed or could gather confortabtly around the pool or walk down the the beach. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Liz.

Great location right on the beach. Very quiet and beach is not crowded. Houses are cute and updated. We had several families so the layout worked well for us with the 2 houses. The kids loved the pool.

We had a great time at this beautiful beachfront property. We rented both houses for our immediate and extended family. Both houses were well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Having both the pool and the beach was perfect for the kids and the adults. Great sunsets every night and communicating with Liz was quick and easy.

This home exceeded our expectations!!! The renovations are gorgeous and location perfect, in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. We rented both properties for our kids’ spring break in March. Perfect fit with room to breath for 5 teenagers, 2 kids and 3 adults. Walking distance to stores and restaurants, grocery store 5min away. We highly recommend these properties and hope to come again!!!
