Cant recommend this place enough. Was great for a Memorial Day weekend

We rented this VRBO for our family’s Thanksgiving celebration. The property was perfect for our needs…well stocked and very clean with comfortable and well placed furnishings. Everybody had a wonderful time. Thank you to our hosts!

Beautifully appointed lakefront home! We hosted our family of 12 for our son's wedding weekend. Plenty of private spaces throughout the home, as well as a great place for family gatherings to enjoy indoors or out. The property owners were very responsive and helpful, which was greatly appreciated.

Great outdoor spot if weather is good Great indoor space if weather is not good. Perfect house with private spaces and large meeting spaces. Many private spaces. Loved this property.

This was a beautiful home that fully equipped for indoor and outdoor activities. The owners were very responsive.

This home is perfection. The pictures are accurate but the "feel" of the house with personal touches makes it amazing. The waterfront is beautiful and makes it hard to read your book-- you can't look away. Adults and kids were happy all week. We hope to come back here every year.

Great property for a large family!

This home, lake (Great Pond) and area are absolutely beautiful! My extended family of 13 enjoyed our time on the lake and the spacious home allowed us to spread out and worked out so perfectly for us. The well stocked kitchen is commercial grade which allowed room for a few chefs (and helpers) at a time resulting in several amazing meals! The property owner was very attentive which was appreciated! We hope to return and I would highly recommend this property and homeowner!

Booked this house to attend a 20th college reunion (colby). 12 of us enjoyed this luxurious home and grounds with ample room for everyone and lovely amenities (canoe, stand up paddle board, gym, game room). We've already decided we want to rent again for our 30th.

We LOVED this location! It's description was accurate and the owner was easy to communicate with. It was the perfect place for rest and relaxation!

Spent a long Easter weekend with family ranging in age from 6 months to 70+. Then owners were very responsive to all questions and requests during planning and once we arrived. The house is beautiful and every bedroom has its own bathroom which is very convenient. There are many extras in the home such as retro video game system, pool table and fully equipped gym. Unfortunately the weather was a little too cool to use the canoe, kayaks or paddle boards. The property and view are amazing. There were a few minor hiccups and maintenance issues but Matt was extremely responsive to our concerns and requests. We will happily consider staying here again and highly recommend the property.

The house is gorgeous and couldn't be in a better location. Our entire family was very comfortable for our long weekend.

This is a beautiful property with great amenities. We were 8 adults and 7 children, ages 2-9. Everyone had a wonderful time. There was enough space for all and enough "toys" to keep even the most discerning 7 and 9 year old happy! The bathrooms were like spas, the kitchen was great and the lake was pristine! A super time had by all and a great way to end the summer.

This amazing home is perfectly designed and laid out for multi-generational family vacations. We ranged in age from 4 to 71 and it was splendid. The living areas accommodate a large family gathering for meals and games whereas bedrooms with adjoining baths are perfect for privacy. The lake is pristine and the sunsets magnificent. A perfect location for all ages.

We had a first class experience all around. The owner was responsive, accurate in his listing and made the check in and departure process easy. The house was well-maintained, immaculate, and modernized. The kayaks and canoe were a welcome plus. The location is fantastic, the views are exceptional and I don’t have anything negative to say about it. For those looking to stay on this wonderful lake with a large group I’d highly recommend! My only small suggestions would be to add another trashcan and recycling bin as those filled up pretty quickly with our large party. It also might be good to put a mooring ball out at some point for people who rent/bring a couple boats. Would put less wear and tear on the dock in rough weather.

We had a wonderful stay at this outstanding property on the idyllic Great Pond. It’s a wonderfully laid out, well-stocked, luxurious home with all the bells and whistles you, your children, and good friends could want. The location on Great Pond and a stones through from charming Belgrade is outstanding. To top it off, Matt and Carissa are wonderful and incredibly responsive hosts to any needs / issues that may arise. We HIGHLY recommend this property.

The pictures of this rental do not do it justice. It’s even better in person. My entire family stayed for my Mother’s 60th birthday. We had a mix of older and younger people. Everyone had enough space. The kitchen was large enough so the entire family could eat together. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Great space above the garage to entertain the kids while the adults are downstairs. The ping pong table and pool tables were a big hit. The screened in porch was a morning favorite while drinking coffee. We lucked out and the weather and sunsets were spectacular. We will be talking about this trip for a while. Would give it 10 stars if that was an option.

The house itself was exactly as pictured and described. There was plenty of room to spread out. We were 16 people and never felt crowded.

We had an incredible 2 week stay at this gorgeous lake front home in Maine. Matt, the owner, was responsive and helpful. We loved our days filled with boating and swimming on the lake, drinking coffee and playing games in the screened in porch, and cooking meals in the top of the line kitchen! Our family is looking forward to going back one day!

We have returned many times to this amazing house on Great Pond. The house and location will not disappoint. Can't say enough great things about it!

This was my second time renting this lovely home on Snowy Pond for my sons Colby Graduation. The home is just as pictured if not better. The rooms are huge, the full bathrooms are delightful and there is no shortage of nice towels. The kitchen is very large and was able to accommodate all 15 of us without a problem. There is ample items within to help with the cooking. I wouldn't say the home was fully clean when we arrived as there was some construction going on throughout the winter that was unfinished but Victoria had someone swing by and touch it up for us. The internet also was not working but the caretaker came by to assist in getting it up and running. This is a wonderful, large, beautiful home that is very much worth renting if you have the opportunity. Victoria is a great host and extremely responsive within minutes. Outside of the cleaning issue from construction the house is just perfect.

stunning home in a great location; minimal boat traffic on the cove, which made for great waterskiing; no major mechanical issues with the home, save some 1st floor master shower problems (which were addressed) and some HVAC issues in the kids' bunk room (they didn't care)--if the owners don't sell the property, we'll likely come back next year!

We had an amazing time in Belgrade at this gorgeous home on the lake. Our family enjoyed active days on the water and beautiful sunsets. We spent most of our time using the kayaks, rented a motor boat and a sailboat and just sat on the huge dock soaking up the sun! The house was spectacular. Thank you Victoria!!!

This home is absolutely amazing and was the perfect place for our vacation. We had three families (6 adults and 8 kids) and there was still room for more guests. Plenty of space to spread out but also great spaces for everyone to come together! The house itself is gorgeous with full baths for every bedroom (and the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds). The huge kitchen is perfect for cooking together and gathering as a group. There is a screened in porch overlooking the pond where we spent time drinking coffee in the morning and playing games/cards at night. The pond itself is clean, large and quiet. We were surprised how often we were the only ones out on the water. The dock was large enough to accommodate a large pontoon boat and a ski boat that we had rented. Victoria is fantastic to rent from...pleasant, responsive and attentive. I even got a text from the cleaners before we left to check in with us and then they sent my daughter's necklace to our home that she had left behind. Our only disappointment was having to leave at the end of our week!
