Our large family of 12 had a fabulous stay at this beautiful property. Perfectly located close to the beach, access to the gulf for fishing and inlets to explore. Beautiful pool area, balconies for family to spread out and had all the amenities you could need for cooking in. Jeff was an amazing host, extremely helpful and very welcoming. We will be back!

The house was even better than we imagined it to be! My family and I can't wait to return next year for our annual trip. The host gave lots of recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need and more! My family rented a boat and the dock was perfect not to far back into the canal, the dock had a fish cleaning station with a hose that came in so handy! We also seen manatees everyday swimming around The host also had baby gear that was very nice to use. The elevater was also very handy. My entire family loved lounging at the pool and watching the sunset from the balcony everyday. Everything was lovely and we cant wait to return!

The amenities at the house are outstanding, including the heated pool, grill, dock, kayaks, bicycles, beach chairs, cooler, etc. Such a memorable family vacation for us! The property is perfect for a larger group. Myself and four siblings and spouses spent a week together and thoroughly enjoyed the space and the surrounding area. The host was exceptional with communication and went out of his way to give us recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We have no complaints and would highly recommend. We'd love to go back!

The property is exactly as it is in the description and photos . The excellent communication with the owner helped make our stay more enjoyable. He went over the different things in the house and best places to eat and visit. We had 8 adults and there is plenty of space for all of us to enjoy the inside and outside pool area . The beach is an easy walk away and the owner has beach chairs and a wagon to help carry the load to the beach . There is a grocery store about a mile away to get all your food choices . I would stay here again in the future .

The property is great for families and has everything you need for all ages to enjoy the stay. Bikes, kayaks, dock, heated pool, and close to Sombrero Beach. And the host, Jeff, is the icing on the cake. He is easily reached when needed and thorough in the welcoming briefing. He offered great fishing, snorkeling; and local restaurant recommemdations. By far and away the best host of any rental we've ever stayed at. Simply a beautiful property and great host.

The house was beautiful inside and out! The views were gorgeous, lots of pelicans. The inside worked perfect for 8 people, plenty of space without being on top of each other. Jeff is a fantastic host!

Our family trip to Marathon was our first trip to the Keys! We couldn’t have chosen a better location, home for our family, or a better host. Jeff shared great information for activities, restaurants, and more, including the best times to enjoy them. The amenities at the house were fantastic including the dock, kayaks, bicycles, heated pool, and well-appointed kitchen amenities for cooking when we chose to stay in. It’s also a short walk to Sombrero beach.

We had a great week with friends and family! It will be a very memorable vacation since our daughter got engaged! The house was awesome and the owner was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.

We're an adult family of 9 that spend a week in the Keys every year for the past 30 years. We've rented many houses and this is one of our favorites. The ice machine, deep freezer and wheelbarrow make loading and unloading the boat a breeze.

As a family of avid fishermen, this home was a perfect fit - right on the water, with a spacious dock for both of our boats (14ft skiff + 27ft center console). The home includes a bait freezer as well as ice machine, saving us time and money on top of it! Jeff was wonderful and very communicative as well! Overall, we had a great stay. 10/10.

This was everything we could have wanted and more!!! Jeff is an amazing and extremely accommodating host, and the house was perfect! The kitchen is well equipped, and we had plenty of room. The pool was fabulous, and we spent most of our time there. We hope to return!

House was well maintained and clean. Provided privacy and ample space for everyone. We had 5 couples. Dock was large enough for our boat and two jet skis. It was very convenient to have ice, bait freezer, beach chairs, kayaks, bikes, etc. at the house. Every time I said “we should have brought something” my son found it in the garage. Jeff the property manager was very helpful and had great recommendations. We go to Marathon at least once a year and this is the first property I will book again for next year. Highly recommend!

Our party of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The dock was appropriate for 2 boats and the host communication was suburb.

Jeff was an amazing host who was extremely responsive and offered wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. The check in process was easy and the house was very clean and presentable on arrival. The pool was clean when we arrived and then it was also cleaned once during the week while we stayed which was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and the central location of the house was perfect with Publix, the public boat ramp and great restaurants just down the road. The pool deck does get very hot in the sun, so be careful walking without shoes. We had an amazing week and a great stay and would love to return in the future!

The house is beautiful and very roomy. Jeff, the owner is very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The sunsets are beautiful from the dock. The house is in a great location in Marathon. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

Our group consisted of two families with 7 kids and 4 adults and this house was perfect for us. The house is absolutely stocked with all things that are needed. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows for everyone. Kayaks were great for some fishing and the dock was perfect for our boat. Use the elevator to help bring groceries and bags up. Jeff was absolutely fabulous and checked in to ensure everything was as needed. We will for sure be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Marathon, and the property was just as described. We were a group of 7, ages 18 and up, and the house provided plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking great meals, and we absolutely loved the outdoor area - we spent lots of time relaxing by the pool, on the balcony, fishing off the dock and enjoying the kayaks. It was a special treat to receive visits from a manatee who hung out by the dock a few times during our visit. We enjoyed daily walks to Sombrero Beach, and we even had a chance to witness the release of a rescued turtle back into the sea. The house is in a great location, with grocery stores, a Walgreens and numerous restaurants nearby. It's also located a short drive from the Seven Mile Bridge, which is a great place to watch sunsets or just take a good walk while taking in the beautiful scenery. Jeff was a great host - he provided lots of detailed information about local restaurants and activities and checked in on us during the trip to see if there was anything we needed. I would highly recommend this property!

Our family had an amazing time at Jeff’s property. Our family trip was a multigenerational one with my parents being in their 80’s to the grandchildren under age 10. In summary, the house had plenty of space and everything we could possibly have needed. We come to the Keys annually and would absolutely come back again. The house is conveniently located in Marathon and was the perfect setup for our 27’ boat and had all the extras for a true Keys fishing week including an awesome ice machine in the garage! And to top it all off, Jeff is an amazing and responsive host!!

The house was amazing! There are so many extra things provided...beach chairs, a cooler, kayaks, bikes. Jeff was very easy to work with and always responded to any questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Had pretty much everything we needed. There we 4 couples and one single and the rooms were perfect for our group. Owner was super helpful, even told us about a turtle release we were able to witness! Will definitely return!

We had a mixed group of friends and family from Gainesville and Southern California to celebrate my 35th birthday. None of us had been to the Keys before and Jeff gave spot on recommendations, he even offered to make restaurant reservations for us! This property is beautiful, clean, in a great location, and stocked with all the appliances and outside fun items to make anyone's stay memorable. I also very much appreciated the elevator to accommodate my parents as well as being able to bring my two dogs. This is my first VRBO experience and it was incredible. Many thanks to the host for going above and beyond for my special occasion, even arranging an extra night's stay at another breathtaking property just minutes away. Absolutely a dream week for us, and very deserving of a 5 star review!

Top notch! Great house for large families, nice kitchen and eating areas for meals together, sunsets on the deck, pool, lighted dock, beach and shopping nearby. Great base for boating, fishing, beach, etc. Kept our 32' at the dock with room to spare. Highly responsive owner. Our only regret was we didn't book the whole month.

My family and I had a really nice week at this property. We were 7 adults, 2 toddlers and a crawling infant. The house was beautiful, spacious and relaxing, consistent with photos. The house came with lots of toys and amenities which was great - kayaks, bikes, a wagon to shuttle the kids to beach, etc. On the other hand, we fumbled a bit with basic needs which the house only came with a "starter set" so we ended up replenishing our own toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters and garbage bags which I later learned is standard in the area. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs though, overall an enjoyable stay that flew by too quickly!

We spent a perfect week at Jeff’s beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The home is immaculate and very well stocked. Jeff is extremely communicative and helpful. We will definitely be back. The area is also very quiet if you need some good nights of rest!

What an amazing property with a fabulous view of the lake/canal and sunsets. Host was very helpful . BIkes and kayaks are a supreme benefit as can bike to the beach and kayak the canals and hang out with the manatees. Lots of space for everyone to have privacy allong with the central space (kitchen/dining/decks) for together time. Spent most of the week in the pool and patio: full sun throughout the day, but umbrellas and a tree allow shade when needed. Very quiet location, and private from neighbors due to fence walls. Highly recommend!!

We had a great week. The weather was fantastic and the property accommodated 9 adults from three generations. The elevator is quite useful for assisting in taking luggage and groceries up and down. The house/kitchen come with many of the basics that make staying for a week easier. We especially appreciated the stock of beach towels. The pool was lovely and enjoyed at all times of the day. Sombrero beach is a nice walk and kayaking off the dock is awesome. We were able to see a neighborhood manatee that was a thrill! We hope to use the property again in the future. Jeff is a very accommodating host.
