Grwat location ib the heart of Girdwood. Wonderful place to stay for a ski vacation!

Wonderful weekend getaway while our son went to Turnagain Pass. Condo was beautiful, clean, easy to find. The only glitch was finding the keybox then finding our way into the building. Once we figured it out, no problem. The hot tub was wonderful. Will stay again if we go to Girdwood. Walking distance to store, restaurants.

Awesome condo. Very clean and well equipped. Loved that we were within walking distance of most necessities. The hot tub was a wonderful addition. We used it every night!

This was the first vacation me and my love had and everything was perfect. Very comfortable and will definitely rent this place again!

Property was great! The only advice I’d give is some cleanup around hot tub; webs and dirt. I I’ve in the mountains, too. Dust and dirt pile up outside!

Gina’s condo is centrally located in the Girdwood area, close to Whittier. Quaint town with friendly people. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Easy check-in and Gina was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Having two bedrooms and two full baths was a big plus. Great location - you can walk to restaurants and coffee shops and a lot of great places are within driving distance (Seward, Whittier, Anchorage). I would definitely recommend this condo to others traveling to the Girdwood area.

This unit was amazing. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. The full kithchen and hot tub were a good bonus. A few good restaurants are within walking distance. Girdwood is a small, quiet town. Nice place to relax after a busy day. We enjoyed hikes at Bird Creek. Whittier, Seward, and the Upper Kenai Pennisula are easy day trips. We would recommend this Unit. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic property, very clean, awesome view. Only recommendation would be that the property would provide beach towels for the hot tub use.

This property was perfect even though the weather wasn't! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location to drive around and see so many things around Girwood and go to and from Anchorage. Aleskya resort is minutes from here and we walked down to eat and grab supplies at the merch. Very clean condo and easy check in and easy to find.

Very nice, & very clean with quality kitchen furnishings

The condo was very clean and spacious for the four members of my family. Gina was very friendly and prompt in her communication. It was a little difficult to figure out how to locate the property the first time, in the dark; but it was easily accessible, on the first floor of the building, once we figured it out.

The place was perfect for the 3 of us, easily fits 4 though. It was very clean and set up with all of the basic necessities like soap, tp, and such. Definitely liked that! Nice location, nice owner. We’d recommend staying here. Beautiful area!

This is a great property with all the extras needed. The hot tub is fantastic! Covered so great even when raining.

Very clean, centrally located convenient condo. Stocked nicely with kitchen supplies, didn't need to bring a thing.

We had 3 homes rented in the Girdwood area. My daughter & her fiancé as well as my brother and his girlfriend stayed at this condo. The rustic exterior belied the very nice condo. It was perfect for the 4 of them. I know the hot tub was used and everything essential to prepare breakfasts in the kitchen or walk across the street to The Grind, an adorable, eclectic coffee shop that we frequented while there (great matcha & chai lattes for sure & super nice staff). Views are amazing!!! There was some new construction the last few days that was a bit noisy. Hosts are very responsive & helpful. There is no A/C, which I doubt there seldom is in Alaska, but when the temps reached sunny and 71, the condo was a bit warm. all in all a great stay & would rent this place again. It was the lesser expensive of the 3 places I rented so a good value for your money.

The only con i can possibly say if i had to say any was it is fairly close to the road. Which to be honest isnt that big of a deal because Girdwood is a smaller sized town so theres not a lot of traffic and most of the people just walk if they go somewhere so its never really noisy. Overall i would stay here again and recommend this place to anybody staying in Girdwood.

We loved our stay here! The condo was so cozy yet modern, and it was located in the perfect spot. Loved the hot tub with the Mountain Views! Check in was a little confusing with the different doors and finding the key, but the owner was super responsive so it wasn’t too bad! We would 10/10 stay here again!
