Joy Costal was a beautiful condo with gorgeous gulf views. Check in was super easy and the condo was very clean and well stocked. Communication with Carolyn was incredibly easy and she was very responsive. We had no issues and will not hesitate to book this condo again next summer!

Was nice and easy to deal with anyone. Only things is the cleaning person doesn’t clean under couch cushions and that’s why less stars on it.

Booked this property for a last-minute, late summer family getaway before school started and it could not have been better. Perfect location, perfect condo, perfect owners. We WILL be back!
Loved the view, the complimentary beach chairs and towels, and the easy in-and-out setup of the property. From parking spot to inside the condo in less than 2 minutes. Amazing!

Just returned from a fantastic stay. The unit is super clean and user friendly. It was very comfortable and felt like home. My wife and I both feel like its the best condo we have ever stayed in. The owner was great to work with. There was an issue with the water in one of the bathrooms in the middle of our stay, and she made sure it was taken care of right away. This will definitely be our go-to place when visiting PCB in the future!.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed condo! Attention to detail is evident from the moment you arrive. The beds were super comfortable and the linens/towels were very high-quality. We especially loved the huge deck overlooking the beach and gulf. The property is loaded with amenities (3 pools, Tiki bar and snack bar, basketball/tennis courts, etc). The pool decks have ample seating areas and many tables with umbrellas. We also enjoyed the beach chair service included with our reservation, giving us both pool and beach options. The host was very courteous and responded promptly to any questions we had and even allowed us to check in early upon request! We have been vacationing in PCB for 30 years and the Dunes of Panama is now our favorite place to stay. We plan on booking this condo again next year!

This condo is GREAT! We had a wonderful trip.
The property is undergoing remodel of some sort but no problems. All was under control and did not interfere with any of our activities. Property owner was very considerate and made the stay very comfortable. The condo is equipped with all amenities needed. Beach service chairs are wonderful!

We loved everything about this condo! The check-in and check-out processes were very easy, and the owner was quick to answer any questions. The condo is beautiful and the view of the gulf is absolutely amazing!! Of course, along with some of the other reviewers, the bed was so soft and comfortable - wow! I never wanted to come home!

The property was very nice. There was construction going on that prohibited us from having use of our balcony during our stay but our host made it right with us. We still had a good time.

The condo is everything and more!! It has all the kitchen things you could think of and the bed in the master room is heavenly!! The view is great and the beach is not crowded at all! We never had to wait for an elevator either!! Carolyn was super responsive and kept in contact the entire trip making sure everything was going well!! We will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. It was exactly as pictured and described. The cleanest condo that I have ever stayed in. Carolyn was a wonderful host and the check in process was the easiest ever. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back

The view from the balcony was worth the trip! Saw SO many dolphins! The close proximity to the beach and use of the beach chairs made beach days easy. There were plenty of beach towels for my family of 4! The water is clean and so is the white sandy beach. The condo has everything you need to make meals and then some. Beds are comfy and the overall size of the condo is perfect! We had the best time and hope to go back someday!

The process was simple. Easy access on time even early. Very clean and nice decor. Everything worked.
Cooking utensils were new or almost. Pots and pans were not worn out junk! Master bed mattress was so comfortable. A/C cold furniture comfortable. We will be back. The family rented in building next door paid 2x the price and got big disappointment.

My husband and I had a wonderful week. Carolyn is absolutely the best! She was always quick to respond to any questions we had during booking and our stay. The location is great, close to everything but not overly crowded. The condo was just as pictured, clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend this condo and location.

Caroline is an awesome host. The condo is even more beautiful and well maintained than the pictures do justice. This condo is put together with the quality of bedding, towels, soaps etc someone would invest in for themselves. She spared no expense to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

This condo was truly one of the nicest properties I have ever booked for a getaway. The decor was fabulous! Everything we needed was available, even beach towels. I was quite impressed. The Host was fantastic from booking, through our stay, and check-out! I will definitely stay here again!

I have been staying at the Dunes yearly for about 26 yrs. We went to a smaller two bedroom this time and I was worried about the space. We had plenty of room, 3 adults, 3 children ages 9, 7 & 4. Carolyn has been one of the best we have worked with and our check in was exceptional. Thanks again for your hospitality!! We will be back!

Perfect Condo
Everything about this condo is perfect. The beach is a quick stroll away, the pool is on the way. I could see my kids from the balcony! Everything inside is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Carolyn was very attentive and happy to help us in any way we needed. You’ll be close to every store you’ll need and plenty of non beach activities. We can’t wait to return!
