We stayed here with our extended family, and it was great, plenty of space. The racket ball room and spa were a lot of fun for the kids. Sheets were not provided for the pull out couch beds or air mattresses though (which they do count as beds so they should have had sheets). There are two sets of washer and dryers so that was very handy for washing towels and drying wet clothes. The showers and Floors were not very clean, Over all a good experience.

This was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with friends! The hotub and sauna were so relaxing & the racquetball room with ping pong was an absolute blast! We arrived right at the check in time, however the cleaning crew was still working. I let management know about a half hour into waiting and they extended our checkout time 3 hours! They didn’t need to extend it that long but we were so grateful they did! I would definitely recommend staying here for a large group! It was relaxing and fun and such a beautiful home with amazing views!

House was well located for hiking/biking. There was some 8ssue with cleanliness with dirty shirts and floors.

Place was overall nice however for large property it was missing items. There were only 2 kitchen towels both were not in good shape, no pizza cutter/no pizza pan. Lack of silverware for a larger group. No tongs for BBQ, had to buy some. Pool table felt is old needs new felt, one corner pocket is falling apart. On the positive outdoor patio and BBQ was great.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is set up well for a large group, the location is great, but it we did have some issues that needed to be addressed. We arrived later in the evening only to find that we were missing some linens and blankets. We contacted management but the earliest they could get to us was the next morning so kids had to sleep in ski clothes. Second, the hot water in the master bedroom shower wasn't working properly,. Unfortunately, local management wasn't very responsive to this issue and pretty much ignored it for the entire week. Cold/cool showers aren't very fun. To be fair, Avantstay corporate contacted me after our stay and did offer some concessions, which was very much appreciated. They didn't try to sugar coat it. Lastly, the coffee maker and electric cook top need to be replaced, neither one works properly. Sorry to list all the negatives but I wanted to document them for the next renter. All this said, we truly loved our trip to Park City and this house was a really great option for our group! Thanks again to Avanstay corporate for working with and owning up to the shortfalls.

Family fall trip turned out absolutely delightful. This charming custom home has all of the amenities for a very peaceful, relaxing Deer Valley vacation. The house is clearly a custom home, with lots of nooks and crannies for exploring. Plenty of space for at least 12 people. Downstairs has a separate apartment type area with a kitchen and fridge. Racketball court, sauna, and ping pong table. Could easily have a small family down there with their own comfortable space. The main floor has a pool table that we very much enjoyed, a massive TV in a living room with comfy couches and a fire place where many afternoon naps occurred. Plenty of space upstairs for another 8 folks to sleep comfortably. Master is very cozy. The outdoor entertaining area is simply lovely. Dog friendly property with a small fenced in backyard that we did not take advantage of until it was too late. The home is in a very quiet culdesac. One of the neighbors had an off leash dog that we had to be careful of and if you bring a pet, please be careful with the deer and moose that make this neighborhood absolutely charming. Gorgeous, quiet neighborhood, beautiful walks and trails around. 5 min drive to Deer Valley and Park City entertainment. Heaven. Quiet, beautiful, absolutely lovely.

Such a beautiful property and location! Huge back deck with lots of seating and a hot tub- we spent most of our time out there, listening to the trees rustle in the breeze. This house has something for everyone, from the racket ball court, to the games, pool table and TV area. We would definitely stay again.

This property was super spacious! Had plenty of room to allow adults to have their own space and for kids to have their own play area (racketball court) away from the adults. Home was gorgeous, multiple stories, loved having 2 kitchens and 2 washer and dryer sets in the home. About 5 minutes to quaint main street area with shopping and food. Great for a slow get away especially this time of year (off season in May).

This was an amazing property and perfect for our group! We used the racquetball court for yoga and the outside deck as well. Plenty of beds and sleeping blankets. The smell in the kitchen is the only down side...not sure where it was coming from. The staff were very responsive to questions and every need I had.
