I stayed here with my husband, and our 17 year-old daughter, 21 year-old nephew, and 75 year-old mother. So, there were 5 of us. The bedroom situation was perfect for us. My mom had the king room that has the walkout to the pool, my husband and I took the other king room, I gave my nephew the queen bedroom, and our daughter had the front bedroom with the 2 twins. When the sun rises, it does come streaming in the front bedroom with the twin beds, and the 2nd king bedroom. We had to hang towels over the windows in order to sleep past 5 am, but we just went to bed a lot earlier than usual to compensate. I should mention that the bedroom with the twin beds doesn't have a real door - there is a barn style door but it doesn't meet the walls (large gaps) so that room doesn't get quiet or dark - it works if everyone in the house goes to bed at the same time so that the person in that room won't be stuck hearing the living room TV, seeing lights from the kitchen, etc. The first night we didn't realize the situation with that room so our daughter wasn't able to sleep much due to us being up with the kitchen light on quite late. After that though, we just all went to bed at the same time, on the early side and it worked just fine. The kitchen is very spacious and all 5 of us were frequently in there without anyone really bumping into each other. The refrigerator makes ice so that was handy. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, pans, silverware. In the bathrooms, the water pressure is great in the showers, and the water gets nice and hot. The temperature of the pool is perfect, and the pool area is very nice. We used the grill a couple of times, which was very convenient. The location is wonderful - we walked to the Mercato shopping plaza, we walked to the ocean to see sunsets, we walked to a pizza place. When you drive around there, it takes longer than you may think to get places - there are about 3 to 5 lights every mile in some directions. So, even though a store may appear to be 1-2 miles away, it will take much longer than you think to get there - there are no "quick trips" to the stores. We were able to walk to the Mercato shopping plaza in far less time than it would have taken us to drive. But we were on vacation so never in a hurry to be anywhere. We liked getting the exercise with all of the walking. The owner is very communicative and responsive which was the best part of the vacation! We'll book this house again someday!

Everything was good, but the house is very dated. I do not think my family would want to stay there again, but it is just about the dated look. Nothing else was wrong.

Great location very close to the beach, the house has everything you need and more. Our communication with the owner was very fast and effective, Christine is a very nice person. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. We definitely recommend this property for family vacations

The beaches are within walking distance or a quick ride on the well maintained bikes. We opted for the most laid back and quiet beach retreat and paid to park at the state park then spent evenings in the pool. This home is located near several beautiful beaches all within a short drive. It's location also makes for great trips north to Bonita Springs, south Naples and Marco Island. We would definitely return!

What a wonderful place. My family of 8 was so comfortable and pleased. Christine was there to greet my elderly parents and let them get settled earlier than we expected. Made it so easy for us! Plus, we all all enjoyed the pool and bikes!! We would definitely come back!!

Enjoyed our stay, the kids loved swimming in the pool, the beaches were beautiful and within driving distance. Close to shopping and restaurants. Christine the property manager was quick to answer all our questions and help us with anything we needed.

I really enjoyed this property. Christine was communicative and made you feel welcome. The house is set up beautifully & has so many things in the kitchen that made cooking there problem free. Definitely would recommend & would return & rent again.

Two families with 4 kids, 4-8 stayed and had a great time. The kids loved the pool (nice and warm). Christine was phenomenal at answering questions quickly and checking in to make sure everything was going well. The beds were super comfy and plenty of towels for everyone.

Great place to stay! It is a beautiful property and the pool was great to relax in. Plenty of sleep space. Just like the pictures show! Thanks for a great time for our extended family to reconnect!! We loved it and if in the area again we all agreed to come back here.

The location was perfect: the house was close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. The only thing I noticed was a musty, cigarette smell to the home. At some point, the owners must have allowed smokers.

We booked this property at the last minute due to red tide where we were originally supposed to stay. Christine was great to work with and the property was extremely well appointed. We were thrilled with all the "extras" that were supplied, and loved the pool floats, etc. Because we had young kids with us, we were a little far to walk to the beach (it would have been an easy bike ride if our kids were older), but parking was easy and there are lots of local beaches to explore. Highly recommend and we hope to come back again.

There was a safety fence to put up to keep our toddlers safe and for piece of mind. The tile by the pool would get very slippery when wet. There are strips down straight out from the sliding door to the pool but not in the other area by the master bedroom door. There where a ton of beaches close by. Clam Pass Park was my personal favorite. After you park there is a golf cart shuttle that takes you down the long boardwalk to the beach. At the end of the boardwalk is a little bar with drinks and food. The ocean on the gulf side is calm and perfect for kids. I would definitely go back.

Overall the house was great. Plenty of space & well kept. We did run short on garbage bags, but Christine was quick to drop more off. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The pool towels, bikes & beach accessories were also a nice plus. My only other feedback would be regarding the pool maintenance team. We were not made aware that anyone would be coming to service the pool until he showed up to treat the water. We had to get out of the pool and wait while he cleaned and added chemicals which he then suggested we wait a little longer before returning to the water. Not too big of a deal, but a heads up would have been appreciated. Christine was great at communicating prior to the trip, throughout our stay, and upon checkout.

Fantastic, well maintained and updated property. Perfect for our group of eight. Cynthia was accommodating to all of our needs and very pleasant. Only constructive feedback would be that the charge fir an additional guest over 7 was not on the website. We only saw it upon booking. The deposit is also charged to the credit card before and not a hold on the card. We would have booked anyway. Highly recommend the property and owners.
