Our entire family (cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents) all stayed in this home, and there was plenty of space to spread out. The extra living spaces were great to have so the younger kids could watch t.v. together and the adults could gather in the main living area.
The walk to the beach was simple and quick - even with small children and a baby.
We loved having the extra chairs and towels that were provided. They were easily accessible and in good shape.
You can't beat the location and price point. We hope to return again!

This is a wonderful large home with a great kitchen and top notch appliances and fully stocked to cook and eat in. The pool was fun, great view of the pond, some ocean view, super short walk to the beach. Loved that chairs and beach towels and some beach toys were provided. Close to restaurants but far enough away from high rises so not tons of people at the beach. Will stay again!

This will be the one we will definitely come back to. The home was beautiful spacious and fit four families . A cross the street to beach and had a great pool and fire pit next to the lake . Beds and sofas was so comfortable and showers had a good strong flow . The day we arrived early hoping to spend the day at the beach before check in time but we got rain on . I reached out to the manager to see if we could check in a little earlier and they were very accommodating . I was very surprised that they had a lot of beach towels , chairs and water toys there we could use . Wish we had more sunshine days tho .. Hopefully when we come back next time !!

The house is well cared for. The owner and his wife are close by and respond immediately. The beach access was super close and the beach was not crowded at all. It was nice to be inbetween 30A and Panama City. It was quiet but close to everything. The house had everything we needed and the towels and beach chairs were a huge bonus!

We all arrived on Saturday, June 10, between 4:00 and 5:30 pm. I had toured the house with Marilyn in January and learned that new furniture would be in place. Everything looked beautiful and welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Whoever buys the house should get a great return on your investment!

We loved staying at this property for our Christmas Family Vacation! There was plenty of room for 13 people. The kids adored the bunk beds! We had plenty of space to hang out collectively and separately. Beach access was less than a 5 minute walk and was beautiful! The property manager was prompt and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay.

The house looks EXACTLY like the pictures listed . The host was super helpful and was available anytime I had a question . It’s really not much more I can say about this property other than it was an AMAZING experience. The beach was within walking distance , they supplied plenty of beach towels , chairs and entertainment for the kiddos . Give this house a try , you won’t be disappointed.

Check-in was decent but required owner to come to property to reset code.
Furniture was very unclean. Sofas were stained & sleeper on 1st floor was loaded with Cheeze-Its.
Dishes were extremely dirty & all required washing before using.
On the plus side, having beach chairs & towels was a great perk.

Four families trying to find one place that made everyone happy was horrible....until we found this place. It was perfect for our group!!! Easy, short walk to the beach, clean house, clean pool and short drive to get supplies. In the past, I've stayed in the center of PCB where everything is crowded...especially the beach. Sunnyside was nice and peaceful and we we're all able to relax!

We had 3 families of teenage boys. The floors allowed everyone to have their own space. The towels and chairs in the garage were a huge help. Easy walk to the beach. Easy access to Pier Park, baseball fields and other beach areas. Overall great experience.

This house was perfect for my family of 13 ! Spacious sitting & living areas on each floor!
The location of this property is exactly what we were looking for .. pool in the back .. pond the kids could fish in .. beach access right across the street .. ample towels /floats / chairs /& most anything we needed for our stay ! We honestly had everything we needed !

Amazing Stay
I usually do not write reviews, but I have to let the people know about this property. The pictures does this property some good but not enough. The view from the inside out is amazing, the host Amazing, the rooms amazing the kitchen amazing. The walk to and from the beach amazing. I love this place I will be booking for future stays before its booked up. You will not be disappointed...... BOOK NOW!

Lots of space, master on 2nd floor with common
Love the layout, common areas on each of the 3 floors, the main common area on the 2nd with the master, quant and intimate downstairs kind of like a like mother-in-law suite, the 3rd floor has a bunk room and a 2nd & 3rd bdrms with en suite bathrooms.

Fantastic for a large group
This place was decorated so beautifully!! The view from the balconies over the water was fantastic!! We loved our stay and was just a quick walk across the street to the beach so it was perfect!

The house was stunning! Very clean! Owner had little extra touches to make it enjoyable. It was a bonus to meet Mike who came to fix loose back door knob. Enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Family Beach Fun
Our family of 14 stayed at Rivera Retreat last week. The house accommodated us perfectly with plenty of room for togetherness and small group chats. The house was very clean and the ideal location was away from the busiest part of town.and just a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed having the pool as an option. I would highly recommend this house for an enjoyable family retreat.

Wonderful Location!
We loved our time at Rivera Retreat! The house is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. We had to call the management company to get a drain unclogged and they were there super quick. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Vacation 2021
It was a very enjoyable vacation, first time we’ve rented a house and we loved ALL the room.. We were a little concerned about being across the street from beach but wasn’t bad at all, not much traffic and when there was they were very courteous to the pedestrian.. I have a couple of suggestions, I would have liked dressers in the bedrooms and some blinds in the upstairs bedrooms.. otherwise it was great!

Very clean, new, spacious and close to the beach!
At first a little nervous due to all the "rules" and paperwork but turned out great and well worth it! Met the owner the first day. Very nice. Would recommend!

Great place for family!
Our family had a great time. Great setup for 8 adults and 6 kids. We enjoyed the easy access to pool and beach. Only challenge we had was creating dark rooms for kids to sleep. Some windows don’t have blinds and even with blinds there’s a lot of light with street lights, pool lights and sun light. Overall we really enjoyed the house and location. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to stay!!
We loved our stay at Riveria Retreat! The house was very clean and has so much space and plenty of room for multiple families. The walk to the beach is short and the beach isn’t super crowded. You do have to cross the street to get the beach but it isn’t very busy. The extra beach towels and chairs provided were nice and there were plenty of beach toys for our kids to play with also. We usually stay on 30a and this was our first time staying in this area but we enjoyed the location! Overall a fantastic place to stay!

My Riviera Retreat stay
From the first time stepping in the door, to the last day. This place was perfect! It had everything we needed. Right next to the beach. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Views from all the balconies were awesome. Everyone in my group loved this place. Communication with Management was superb. This place is on my the go list and I would definitely come here again!
