We had our ups & downs with this property. Views are great, location was great. We did see more than a few spiders & my daughter woke up with one on her face one morning. My other daughter was bit on the back of her neck. We know this time of year they are more prominent but try telling that to kids. We’ll be back to Sedona just won’t be back to this house.

My wife and I both remarked that the location and property were "Heaven on Earth". The octagon home was very clean and we felt safe. The wrap-around deck was incredible as well as the pool. We were able to take walks each day because the area was really safe and picturesque. We loved it!

We had such a good time at this house. The views are amazing. The house was well stocked and comfortable. The pool area was a nice elarea to sit outside and visit with the family and watch the wildlife. We saw a HUGE deer walk across the hillside behind the house and we also saw javelinas and lots of birds. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

I LOVE this house! Everything about it. The spot, the views. It’s perfectly dated in all the right ways, you feel like you are in a wonderful time warp. You can walk to ‘downtown’. We can walk to some great trails, as well. It’s perfect.

Absolutely loved staying here. House was very clean and management was easy and wonderful to deal with. Very responsive. The views were magnificent! Loved watching the birds every morning and playing in the pool. Only critique is certain parts of the house could use a little updating.

Waking up and drinking our coffee while sitting on an amazing deck gave us an unforgettable view of the mountains all around Sedona. These mornings are etched in our great memories of staying in this special home, that BTW is very clean and organized. The pool was a must on our hot Summer day hikes. The process for this stay was seamless. the Property Managers were responsive and set us up for a great stay. The actual property is positioned in a great setting that offers excellent views of Sedona. It was great having a cup of coffee in the morning on the newly finished wrap-around porch and watching the sun rise. The sunsets were equally as amazing. This property had a ton of space for our family and the amenities were very good. Would love to go again someday!

Stayed here with extended family. Great space to allow some togetherness and some alone time. Views are wonderful and easy access to some nice hiking trails right at the end of the court. Plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. And the pool is lovely.

This rental home is amazing! The place was well stocked with everything anyone would need (Towels, bedding, kitchen accessories for cooking just about anything, books, games, laundry and detergent...) The house was immaculate. The views were stunning. The pool was warm enough to swim in even though it was cool outside. The location is perfect! Very Close to shopping, food and hiking spots! Absolutely Perfect!

This is an amazing house. The views from the upstairs living room and master bedroom are breathtaking. The house is perfect equipped and provides an uncanning level of comfort and awe.

You know how when you stay at a rental and all the guests are always mentioning that one thing out of place or missing? Not here. Not one of us complained about anything ever. It was spacious and comfortable. The location makes it a great home base for everything you want to do in Sedona.

We had a large group and the house was perfect. We were relaxed with enough space to spread out and enjoy our visit. Everyone had a great time. Would love to go back. They were easy to work with and answered questions quickly. Great service.

The cabinet doors definitely need to be replaced and wouldn't cost that much. Carpeting should be replaced as well. During the massive snow storm we call about the possibility of getting a snow shovel since the driveway was so long. We never received a call back.
