This was my favorite stay in the 4 years we’ve been coming to Chicago to visit my son in school. We’ve stayed in so many hotels and apartments - this was far and away my favorite. It was beautiful and comfortable and well equipped. The view was outstanding. I couldn’t get enough of it. Every time I posted a photo I’d get requests asking for the link to book it.

What a great location in Chicago. Close to deep dish pizza, hot dogs and diners. Galleries and museums all close by. Bike share dock right out front for those longer trips

This property has amazing views! It’s a corner unit on the 16th floor. You can see Lake Michigan and it’s beautiful to see the sunrise coming up over the lake. The nighttime views are spectacular as well!! Highly recommend staying at this place. Not far from downtown, but much quieter being in the South Loop. The walkable Target was great too. We had a great home base for our family vacation.

Hosting team was incredibly on top of everything and checked in several times. The view is awesome and location is an easy walk to the lake, great restaurants, and grocery stores. A real gem — we will definitely be back — THANKS!!!

Amazing location, convenient to everything. If walking around is not your thing there are several options for public transportation. I would recommend black out shades for for the property as the surrounding skyscrapers shine a lot of light.

Property was as advertised. Loved the floor to ceiling windows in both bedrooms and main living areas. Comfortable beds and clean.
Target less than a block away was super convenient. Check-in and check out was seamless and easy with very detailed instructions. Loved seeing the city lights every night. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend trip to Chicago with family. Although we we did have trouble with the check in process with Kasa, they were very helpful and responsive in getting the issue fixed. The step by step directions regarding getting into parking garage were very helpful. The apartment is nice and clean, but feel the photos make it look better then it actually is, which is a little dated with low-end furniture. Would have liked a few more towels. Coffee accoutrements were great. Kitchen stocked well. We felt safe walking around the area to restaurants. My boys loved the workout room. Overall, great experience, we had a wonderful stay.

We voted this the favorite VRBO we have stayed in. It has a beautiful view, great location, walking distance to Target to pick up anything needed. The beds were sooooo comfortable. It slept 4 very easily. We loved it!!!!!

The location is fantastic -- literally next to a Target and close to Willis Tower + the Museum Campus. Very quiet apartment and the view was spectacular!

As a mom laying in bed is the best part of vacation. The view from the master is incredible but all views from the windows can keep you occupied for hours.

The apartment was wonderful. The view was incredible. The beds had wonderful foam mattresses. It was very clean especially for being a rental. The building staff was very helpful and kind. The location to restaurants and other things was ideal. Indoor covered parking was a nice perk

My 3 cousins and I, being over 75 years old were very comfortable in this condo in South Loop Chicago. The view of the skyscrapers of Chicago was fantastic, looking out two sides of the windowed living room. There was a Target with grocery less than a block away, a Trader Joes within a few walking blocks and several restauarants, bus stops and subway stops close by. We used the Lyft and found it to be handy.
We received an email from the property manager to see if we needed anything. We replied that the tub was slow draining and they arrived and fixed it in just a few hours.
The arrival and departure instructions were easy and concise to follow.

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. The apartment had all the little touches like laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, coffee, tea. It was well equipped. The view was amazing and the location, for us, was perfect. There was a coffee shop and restaurants within a 5 minute walk plus a Target. Grant Park is very close. Staff is incredibly friendly. This will be a top on our list from now on. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome views!
My husband and I stayed here for Christmas in Chicago with our dog, and had an awesome time! The building is super dog friendly, and the views were gorgeous! The location downtown is very convenient to so many things to do in the city, and the dog park on the property was an added bonus for taking our dog out at all hours of the day/night. We also loved having a space in the parking garage included in our stay. Overall, we had a great time and would be back again.

We were very happy with our decision. Great location, nice unit and wonderful staff. Kasa is very organized for check in and check out. Staff was on site for assistance. Highly recommend

We were very happy with our decision. Great location, nice unit and wonderful staff. Kasa is very organized for check in and check out. Staff was on site for assistance. Highly recommend

The location was ideal for my friends and I. The place was bigger than we thought it would be and comfortably housed 5 people. We wished we could’ve accessed the amenities but understand we’re in a pandemic. Also got noise complaints even though we weren’t being loud at all, but we’re able to hear our neighbors so the walls are super thin. Overall it was a good stay.
