My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and the three outdoor porches were an added bonus. There were five of us, and we had plenty of space and never felt crowded. I can’t say enough positive things about the pool space! The pool area had plenty of space, and the owner provided several noodles and floats for guest use in the pool. Additionally, the beach was a quick walk away, and the provided wagon was helpful to carry our beach equipment. I have already booked for next year and look forward to making more memories at Holden in this beautiful beach property!

The weather was horrible but the home was wonderful! The heated pool, games, seating areas and amenities saved the weekend. Beautiful home so close to the beach. Cant wait to come back and enjoy the sunshine!

The house was very nice and had great amenities.

Great place to stay. Very clean and well Maintained. The beach is a beautiful and a very short walk. (Our two year old was fine with it). They provide a ton of items to take to the beach like cart, chairs, umbrella, and toys. Makes it very easy when traveling to not have to bring with you. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook the whole week. We loved having the option of the pool too. It is on a marsh, so the pool had a ton of bugs when it was low tide. But if we planned it right we were fine. I would just bring bug spray if you plan on using that area a lot. Otherwise this place is pretty amazing.

We loved this house. Anything you can imagine needing is there. It was only a short walk to the beach. We saw deer in the neighborhood 3 or 4 times. The house was really clean. We would love to stay there again.

This house was amazing! They literally have thought of everything you may need on a beach vacation. The pool is perfect, my family on ended up going to the beach once the whole week we were there because we didn’t want to leave the house. We will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay at this house. The house is beautiful and was just perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is my dream kitchen and had everything we needed and more! It was so nice to have the pool as well. I have 2 young daughters and they spent half of our trip in it! If we return to Holden Beach, we would love to stay here again. The owner was extremely prompt with answering any questions I had.

We have vacationed at Holden Beach for over 20 years. This vacation home had been the very best in all years of renting. Everything from A-Z in kitchen, linens and towels. Furnishings, baby gates, you name it and it was included. The short walk to beach with 2 yr old very doable. We will rent this property again. Thank you again for making our stay so very comfortable.

We nicknamed the house No Egrets because 1) We had no regrets about the house and 2) the marsh was full of egrets, which were fun to watch! It was perfect for our family of four plus two grandparents who visited for two nights. Beautiful to look out at the marsh, quiet street, easy walk to the beach, perfect and clean pool! House was clean, we had everything we needed, and Sue was wonderful!

This house was beautiful and clean! We had everything we needed. It's closer to the beach than I expected, too. The walk isn't bad at all. Overall everything was wonderful!

The house was actually prettier in person and the views were amazing. It was just a short walk to the beach. The home was well maintained, the pool was beautiful and warm. We did have to buy a lot of basics like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc. For example, the hand soap in every bathroom was empty. I did also do a good amount of cleaning when I arrived. The floor and stairs had not been well vacuumed and mopped. I’d still stay here again but there were a few things that could have been cleaner.

This property was beautiful and very nicely decorated. The sheets were nice quality and high-quality appointments. Our only disappointment was that the beach bikes were not available as advertised. If we had known we would have brought our own.

Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the pool! We enjoyed watching the tide fill the marshland next to he home, and watch the birds come and go while we relaxed.

Beautiful home in a serene setting. I cannot think of a single criticism for the home. Every need was thoughtfully provided for by the home owner. Beautiful custom and fully stocked kitchen area. Beautiful finishings and soft clean bedding. Best home visited at Holden Beach to date. The Beautiful marsh views were wonderful to enjoy from the ample and comfortable screen porch. There is a short walk to a quaint beach access that was easy for even my small children. The beach was quiet and seemed almost private during the week. Cannot say enough how wonderful this home was. Hope to return one day!

House was clean, there was a public beach access point that we used rather than the private beach access as the public didn’t have any stairs and seemed like a slightly shorter walk. Would stay here again.

The house is beautiful. The saltwater pool with privacy was the best part for us. The marsh view on both the screened in porch and upper level deck was spectacular. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner Sue was very kind and welcoming.

Pool is awesome. We took a 10 x 10 pop up tent to provide shade which made using the pool in the afternoon doable. (Just need to watch for winds). Owners were very responsive to requests and issues.

We rented this property excited to visit Holden Beach… and this property did not disappoint! It was just as pictured! We had rather dreary weather, but this property made the rainy days so much better! We were a little nervous about the walk with a just turned 2 year old, but it wasn’t bad at all! My 9 and 5 year old had no problems at all with the walk! The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to prepare meals! The pool was another awesome feature that everyone enjoyed! If you can snag a week at this property, DO IT! You will make many special memories in a beautiful rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful beach house. The house was the perfect size for our family of four and my parents. The kids (4y and 7y) loved the pool and it was a great way to cool off for the whole family. Everything was clean and well stocked. There are some great board games provided which was a nice surprise. The view on the screened in porch was one of our favorite things and we spent a lot of time reading and eating out there. It was very comfortable, even as the heat index approached 100 degrees.

From the heated saltwater pool, to the slow close drawers (love those), the furnishings, the custom deck work, the pocket doors that maximized space, and all the extra oil, spices, and other kitchen amenities available to us. Perfectly thought through. We will be back Sue!

The house is beautiful with a great layout. Kitchen was fully stocked with brand new pots and pans, sharp knives, plenty of dishes, etc. We were able to heat the pool at the end of our stay and it was worth it. The kids (ages 3,6,7,8) had a blast. Very short walk to the beach and the cart in the garage made it easy to carry our things. Overall it was a fabulous stay, and we will definitely be back to Holden Beach.

Really fun trip! Love this house! Great for our family of four. Views were gorgeous and loved seeing birds and deer. Pool was the best! Had it heated and it was super warm and nice. Pool during the day and almost a hot tub at night. Was wonderful. Well-stocked home. Easy walk to the beach. Had great weather. Sue was super nice and easy to work with. Just an all around great trip! Will stay here again.

Our family loved the house and our daughter had so much fun in the pool. Owners were easy to work with and very helpful.

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. The house is just as described and the amount of space was perfect for our family of 5. The owners thought of everything to ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was fully stocked, just as other reviewers had previously mentioned. The screened in porch was perfect for drinking your morning cup of coffee and observing the wildlife in the marsh. The beach was about a 5–10 minute walk from the house (walk down the street and make a right to the main road and the beach is across the street). We stayed the week of Sept 13th and thoroughly enjoyed the pool for the first couple of days of our stay. On the third day, we requested to have the pool heated and paid a small sum to have pool heated for the remainder of our stay. Sue made every effort to honor our request. She promptly came over the same day to turn on the pools’s heating unit. Beginning on the 3rd day of our stay, we experienced a drop in outside temperature, rain, thunderstorms and even a tornado watch due to the remnants of Hurricane Sally, making its presence along the coast. Due to the unforeseen weather circumstances and some mechanical issues with the pool’s heat pump, after 3 days the pool water still remained cold. Sue gladly initiated a request to refund our money that was previously paid for pool heat, due to the pool water never reaching the proper heated temperature. This was our family’s very first time vacationing in Holden Beach but it definitely won’t be the last. We hope to stay at this property again next summer!

We searched for a great home, private pool and quiet community due to Covid. We found it here. The home is new, updated, clean. The kitchen is great. Lots of balconies. Screened porch is great to eat meals. Mattresses comfortable. Best part was the pool. We loved having a private pool to enjoy. If I had 1 recommendation, it would be to replace the screened in porch furniture. The whole home has new furniture everywhere. But the screened porch furniture seems older and could be replaced. Everything was great. Will be back.

We booked this never having been to Holden Beach before. Great location amazing property. Love the pool and the proximity to the beach. House was very clean and OWNER was very very pleasant to deal with. Would not hesitate to book again!
