The property is beautiful and very comfortable, particularly for our group of septugenarins. The main house has plenty of room to spread out, the deck and patio perfect for morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, all the whole surrounded by the Sedona vistas. The Casita was sweet but a little small, and a drawback in terms of the location of the shelf above the bed. A bit too low for a 6 ft spouse who likes to read in bed. Water pressure in Casita sink was almost non existent.

Comfortable home with many living areas, inside and out. Wonderful views and quiet neighbors all around!

The house was good, plenty if space and perfect location. It was very dated inside and although it was cleaned, it could really use a deep clean. My sister and I had the twin beds which were dine but we woke with sore backs every day. Everything worked great it was just really dated and a bit dusty.

Nicely landscaped, quiet setting close to everything. The house is perfect for our family, extremely comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. All the amenities needed are there, we enjoyed cooking all our meals there (which was a huge savings from eating out energy meal all week!). We had an issue with the AC and they were immediate in response and it was taken care of right away. Communication is outstanding! We love this house, this was our second year and we will be back to this property!

A bit dated inside but who cares; you don't go to Sedona to be indoors.

House is in a great location. Hiking close by. Only complaint, the fireplace didn't work well. Also home is a bit dated (late 1970s look). I would say over all pretty good place for the pricing

Long weekend sister getaway was a wonderful break to hangout and see wonderful Sedona. Great view from the back patio!

On the fence for this house! Very cute, charming and spacious. It became a quest to gain access as VRBO had my email address wrong, physically went to property management which is for perm rentals only, once we found the vacation rental office they were incredibly helpful and apologetic for misinformation from VRBO. However, most frustrations came from little things in the home that were broken or inaccessible. The very cute courtyard must be accessed through bedrooms as the front doors are locked with a key that is not given to renters. The casita definitely problematic and very cold, musty, stinky. To be fair there was a disclaimer about the insulation on this unit. The first 2 space heaters we tried were broken. The 3rd time was a charm and yes it put out heat but still cold at night. The bathtub in the master has a crack and is not to be used, half a dozen light bulbs would still not be sufficient as many of the outlets are either burnt out or ?? Spoke with a nice young lady from property management that stated a maintenance man would be out the following day to repair bathroom door in the casita and take away the fire hazardous space heaters so that no one else would be tempted. That was our last contact and again to be fair I did not attempt further help. Kick plate under the oven is loose and my husband gashed his toe (do not cook barefooted) Poor owner needs to spend couple of evenings here to see what needs attention. Location is great and quiet

Wonderful home in gorgeous setting. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Several things, however, were in need of repair including broken knob on stove, broken door in bathroom of casita, and the bathtub in the master bedroom could not be used. Otherwise we had an awesome experience and I would certainly recommend this rental if you’re in the Sedona area.

Advertised as sleeping 10. There were 6 beds and a sofa sleeper. That is only 8. 2 of our group were stuck sleeping on couchs. Garden tub..(not hot tub) had sign on it instructing us to not use it. Other than than that, it was a great experiance. Plenty of towels and toilet paper...lol...hey it's the little things right?

Perfection! Marvelously clean, beautiful decor, supremely comfortable, unimaginably glorious private setting, communication was positive and timely. Family of 4 had plenty of room to relax and spread out. Kitchen had top line appliances, everything needed to cook and even bake. Only suggestion is maybe allow for some non-perishables in stock (i.e. Olive oil, sugar) so you don't have to spend on that only to use a fraction of it. Also, instructions for people like me who struggle with multiple remotes 😉. We absolutely will be back, love this home enough we will base our vacation time on it's availability.

The location is amazing! Plenty to explore and close to everything. The home is older, but was build with amenities in mind. The casita really can't be used in the summer, too hot, and I am not sure about it staying warm in winter. But there is plenty for comfortable places and room to sleep in the main house.

This property was as described. Convenient location with a great view of the majestic mountains. Yes, the furnishings are outdated and the mattresses are pretty hard however, location, spaciousness and amenities far out way the outdated furnishings. This property is only minutes from shopping, restaurants and great hiking. We loved sitting out on the courtyard for dinner and breakfast on the back porch. Highly recommend this property

The place is well furnished, nicely laid out to accommodate a large group. Has great views, nice decks, and is very centrally located. It was also well priced. However, it is dark and needs to be updated or renovated. They were great, except they forgot to send us a key code to enter the property and they were not in the office on Sunday (our arrival) so we called the emergency number, and they were very helpful. The staff was very responsive and always friendly. Great staff

We had a lovely time. The property is private; it has beautiful views, and is quite except for the birds and the coyotes. We will choose it again. The Foothills team is first class! I have worked with Kim and Cherry in the office. They are welcoming, friendly and efficient. I appreciate the fact that if they do not have an answer at hand they will say so and go and find the answer. The handyman, Anthony, is very pleasant, very polite and very efficient. When he had to come to the property to make repairs he called first, arrived on time, and completed the work with a minimum of fuss.

We arrived the property at 8 pm . It was so dark already, was very hard for us to find the house. It will be nice if there is a solar light by the mailbox. Thanks

My mom and I loved this cute home in Sedona! Our favorite part was sitting out on the back porch for breakfast! The home was fully stocked with everything we could have needed and close to plenty of restaurants and shops! We can not wait to come back!

Location good, secluded and quiet. Management company attentive. Home is clean and spaceous, but could really use a bit of updating.

Great location, good for large groups or families with two separate TV rooms. Quiet location with beautiful views. Outdated and a little dark, but the price makes up the difference for location and availability in Sedona. Door locks are difficult if you worry about security, but not a concern to us. We did inform the owner. We would love to buy!

This house was very clean and nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The courtyard was an excellent place to enjoy the outdoors. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood close to downtown Sedona and other attractions. Had an excellent stay; would stay again.

We loved the property even though it is outdated from other properties. We don't need that though. I will stay here again when I come to Sedona unless there is something more beautiful in our price range. There were 5 of us here, and I think everyone said the same thing. They loved this property!! I booked the rental, and someone else called because we had not found the key to front door and casita. We entered via the key code on carport door.

The property was perfect and the neighborhood was fantastic. Quiet ad beautiful location with excellent ammenities. The team was responsive, and prompt in addressing my questions. They provided clear instructions and guidance. Wonderful to work with on this rental.

The views from the home are beautiful. Nice quite neighborhood. I love the fact there was a trail right in the neighborhood. Did some hiking and mountain biking.

Awesome home and view. Shocked to find out that it is right next to a cemetery. I would have given this place 5 stars but the were a few scorpions found in the closet and some loose railings on the back porch that almost caused an incident. Other than that it was a great place. With minutes of the shopping and restaurants.
