The house was beautifully kept and the location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the walking access to all of the restaurants, shops, etc. the views were breathtaking and we enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot to stay in Sedona.

Beautiful, well-appointed property with room for everyone to spread out. Thoughtful touches like ample laundry and dish detergent, bottles of water, and shower supplies. Plus cornhole and a small putting green! Very peaceful and relaxing.

Spacious home for our family of five! Clean, comfortable and great location to Uptown Sedona. Loved seeing the Red Rocks out the windows. Nice touch of having fresh fruit and water available when we arrived. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful from start to finish. Responsive host. Loved the location…walked to lunch, dinner and Pink Jeep Tours. Centrally located for so many great hikes as well! We also enjoyed the corn hole game and putting green. Loved our stay and wish it could have been longer.

Fantastic views! Great location for walking to restaurants and shops. Everywhere you look another beautiful view! The house was perfect for our family! Son and daughter in law loved the master suite with private terrace! The dining room was wonderful for family dinners and breakfasts. Kitchen was well equipped. There was a gas grill outside and the livingroom had gas fireplace, tv, and comfy couches to end each day's adventures. Loved the putting green and cornhole set!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It is in a great location within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Also was very close to hiking destinations and shuttles to the various trailheads. The property was very well maintained and provided a nice retreat for rest after numerous excursions. We would absolutely recommend this property to other families considering a trip to Sedona!

This property is exactly as described. It's walking distance to everything in Uptown Sedona. It was well stocked with everything we needed and super clean. The upstairs balcony overlooking the red rocks was our perfect evening routine. I highly recommend!

The house is very conveniently located near downtown. We loved the back patio with corn hole, a waterfall and pond and out door seating. The putting green out front is a lot of fun too. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and great living space.

We chose this house for three couples because the bedroom/bathroom ratio was right. Casa Magnolia is within easy walking distance of uptown but on a quieter section of a street which is busy in other parts. The house was clean and adequately equipped but we did need to clean up the washing machine before use and the trash in the garage was odorous (hence the lower rating for cleanliness). The upstairs bedroom and deck offer a bright view of the sky and mountains. We asked the manager for one item and it was delivered within hours. The furnishings and finishings are slightly dated but in good shape and the beds were comfortable and roomy.

Casa Magnolia is a great home in the best location in Sedona. 3 couples were very comfortable and enjoyed the house after long days of hiking adventures. Dave was a great host. Attentive during our stay and extremely fast to respond. When I asked about the Red Rock trail pass. He delivered it within minutes. I definitely recommend this property

This was a fantastic property to rent for the Sedona experience! The house was very well appointed and a short convenient walk to town shops and restaurants. I would stay here again!

A lovely property. We appreciated being able to walk to the main street in Uptown—just a couple of blocks from the house. The bathrooms are roomy, and the one off the primary bedroom upstairs has beautiful natural light flowing in. Views from this bedroom are gorgeous. The backyard is cozy and relaxing with a running fountain. Putting green in front yard was fun. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, including a blender. Great counter space afforded by a big island. The house felt clean and well-kept.
