We had a great holiday at this property. We were looking for a quiet place to stay which in Sept/Oct it is fairly quiet. In the summer it would, I imagine, be very busy with lots of families on what is a very big complex that has 6 swimming pools. The apartment has everything you would need and couldn't fault it. It is on the ground floor and literally three metres from the pool. The complex has its own shop, restaurant and private beach area. It is at the end of the resort area and so a bit of a walk into the promenade area where you will find all the restaurants and bars but the local bus service runs about every 5 mins so not really a problem. The property manager Nadine is excellent and responds immediately to any problems and organized our private taxi transfers from Dalaman airport. Would recommend the Beach Club at the end of the season if you are looking for a bit of peace and quiet or for families in July and August. That's just our opinion! The weather was also amazing and in the 30's even this late in the season. Ged & Sue Cloherty, 6/10/22.

The accomadation is really comfortable. Everything you could wish for facility wise. Th e resort is really clean and the pools are exceptionally clean. It is peaceful and the beach is just across the road. Supermarket and bars are 10 minute walk away. We would highly recommend this accomadation.

pool 2 m from the couch ...sea <50 m ...transport even less.very clean very easy on the eye and straightforward no hidden monsters. it was brilliant even though we were there off season it was and is a lovely place ...I know I will be heading back. The apartment is very well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean, there was plenty of clean towels and linen upon arrival. The complex is very well maintained and the pool area is also spotless, no early morning rush for sunbeds as there are always plenty. There is a little dolmus bus that stops at the entrance to the complex which makes Calis and Fethyie very accessible (2 lira to either destination). We arrived late at night and was escorted to the apartment by Orange who provided us with our transfer from the airport.The bed was made so we didn't have to worry about that and our welcome pack was put in place for our arrival.The apartment was just what we needed for our 12 night stay, it was very clean and tidy and had every thing we could wish for and has been well looked after by previous tenants and the company who look after the place.The view from the bedroom was spectacular, blue skies and the mountain view was great.It was sure bliss to have the pool just a mere stone throw from the balcony which received the sun first thing in the morning. The owners tip in leaving the back balcony door open made all the difference to the temperature of the apartment and we didn't once use the air con.The small shop on the campus was ideal for the fresh bread every morning for a mere few lira's.The complex maintenance was second to none. the pool was checked most days and cleaned regularly and surrounding areas were hosed down most days. the lawns had been mowed twice in our 12 day stay.A stroll along the sea front took us into Calis and most restaurant's overlooked the sea when eating our main meal in the evening and watching the sunsets was lovely. We enjoyed the Water taxi into Fethiye we did this twice once during the day and once in the evening, both trips were relaxing and made a change and was cheap as well as its a good 20/30 minute boat trip.Overall we felt safe at the apartment, on the campus and walking into Calis with breeze from the sea to help on our way.All in all we really did enjoy our stay at this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.Cheers.

My partner and I spent 10 days in this apartment. The location was excellent. Took 10 mins to walk to the bars and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped plenty of towels, bed linen and beach towels and crockery ect. The apartment and complex was very clean. Always someone cleaning and watering the grounds. We used the airport transfers that were excellent. On time with lovely air con mini bus just for the two of us.

Accurate description of the property which was clean and practically furnished.The resort is well maintained and very suitable for families,due to the amenities available. As we know the area quite well the location suited us,with its easy link by Dolmus into Fetihye,it's also worth trying the waterbus from the main hub of Calis. Trevor the owner,is a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and informative.

On our arrival the apartment was clean and tidy. It was very well equipped and there wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't there. We spent a very comfortable week in April and the weather was kind to us too! The apartment location is ideal, we found it to be very peaceful and quiet. We would like to return and stay longer because we enjoyed it so much!

Lovely location, watching the sunset over the sea. Apartment was well equipped and just the right size for the two of us. As we went out of season we didn't get to sample the complex facilities but all looked well kept and staff were friendly. We had a slight issue which was sorted very quickly by the management company and without any disruption. Great communication with the owner and very informative guide book provided. The property was well maintained and everything clean and safe prior to arrival. We would recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again in the future.

We booked this apartment for a late holiday to relax from the strains of everyday life and I can honestly say that it did not disappoint. The apartment is well equipped and well maintained and Trevor has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from the outset. The complex is well maintained and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We were not expecting the added bonus of weather in the high 20's enabling us to sunbathe in late October/early November (on a private beach) - just perfect!!! I would like to add that the picture of the view from the complex really does not do it justice. We marvelled at it every time we walked towards the beach. Calis is a wonderful place to take a holiday. There are numerous extremely good restaurants and the sunsets are unrivaled. Would definitely recommend!

It was well situated and we really enjoyed being able to stroll into town. It was lovely after a long day out to be able to jump into an extremely clean pool which was fantastic to have just outside the patio. We even enjoyed a few evenings in as it was so quiet and peaceful, having a BBQ and sitting on the patio with a good glass of wine and a book. All the staff around the complex we so friendly and chatty. A great place to stay and watching the sunset is a must to see!

We stayed for just under 2 weeks in aqua 21 and absolutely loved it. Have never done self catering before but everything we needed was provided in apartment and BBQ was a great condition. Apartment itself is great, very modern, clean and well cared for and having your own sun beds is an added luxury! Trevor was helpful from booking and even whilst we were away, providing info for us.we tried all restaurants mentioned in info booklet and would also recommend them too. Paragliding in olu deniz is a must if you stay here. There is nothing bad I could say about the place. We will definitely be back!

Don't worry about the weather, blimey it was roasting ! Trevor is great to deal with, always responds and made booking this holiday easy. His transfer company was efficient and again easy to deal with, therefore close to stress free. The appartment was value for money in my opinion and I can see myself asking him for a rental again in the next couple of years.

Would highly recommend both the Sunset beach complex and this apartment. The complex is clean and very well maintained and well situated, just across the road from a private section of beach and just 5-10 minutes stroll from the beach side walkway where all the restaurants etc are situated. The Dolmus buses can be caught right outside the complex and there is also a taxi stand at the same location so if you dont want to walk this isnt a problem. There are a choice of pools on the complex, all very clean, with one right outside the apartment itself with plenty general sunbeds available, although the apartment has two private sunbeds for guests to use. There is a bar and restaurant on site and also a lovely spa/turkish assage centre. The apartment is very modern, well appointed with high quality fittings and spotlessly clean. There is plenty crockery/cutlery and pans etc in you do wish to cook and the aprtment has satellite tv, a dvd player. Little extras like a hairdryer to use were much appreciated. As mentioned there are two sunbeds specifically for guests of the apartment and patio furniture on the verandah, with a useful built in barbeque. The management on site are helpful and readily available in case of need. The owner is very helpful with excellent communication during the booking process and both prior to our arrival and during our stay. He provided a very comprehensive information pack, about the apartment itself and attractions/places of interest both locally and further afield. All in all this is a lovely aprtment and I would have no hesitation in either recommending to others or returning for future vists myself.
