We had a great weekend, this condo was perfect for us. Close to everything, easy to find with the direction provided. Can't wait to come visit again.

Golf? Perfect place to stay. Just want to get away? Perfect place to stay. Quite. Clean. Well equipped. Very spacious. It was just what we were looking for during our extended stay. A much better choice than a hotel.

We are moving to Mesquite in May and this was a great place to stay while we were in town for our home inspection. Property manager was easy to reach asap and we had a great experience. Also brought our dog and the park nearby (through a gate in the complex) was much enjoyed! We grilled out and used the pool and really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place and hope to stay here again as we come closer to our move in date.

Overall the condo was fine for our purposes for a 28 day stay….1 couple in each bedroom with no place other than the closet (for hanging items) to put clothes. Each bedroom needs a small dresser! The MBR had a kid-size desk that held a couple items but there were no drawers in either BR except small night stand drawers. Poor lighting in LR. Dishwasher was leaking upon arrival. Manager responded promptly to the issue and eventually had new dishwasher installed 9 days after our check in. 2 of 4 track light bulbs were working in kitchen. Management dropped off new lights, but we installed track light bulbs and light over kitchen sink ourselves. A few items need attention….cabinet door missing from vanity in hall bath. Both bathrooms need more than one towel rack…at least one for hand towel. Floors were not clean…one evening of walking around in white socks and they were filthy. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easy. TVs were very good and we were able to use fire stick easily for favorite shows. Internet was very reliable.

Great place for golf and gambling, but that’s all.

It was great overall, we were grateful for a place to stay as it was a busy weekend in mesquite. The complex pool was not heated and the hot tub was cold, so maybe not count on that and if it is warm/hot- then bonus!!

The condo was quiet and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Debi was quick to respond with information and answers to questions. The complex itself could use some TLC. The hot tub was hot but the jets were not working. The bbq's at the pool area were chained up and not available for use. All things considered we enjoyed our stay and hope to make a return visit!

We stay at this same condo every time we visit Mesquite. Great location, clean, beds are very comfortable, and has everything we need. A+

Needed a place to stay while visiting family who live nearby. Tried the Holiday Inn previously, was not impressed. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed! Only complaint is new sheets are needed, the elastic in the bottom sheet is stretched and it didn’t stay on as we slept.

Communication given was perfect easy to understand. This place was clean, close to the softball fields and had super comfortable couches and beds. After 10 hours at the field it was nice to come home and relax. Quiet neighborhood too. Thank you so much for having us.

We had an excellent experience renting this property. The property managers were easy to deal with and quick to address any problems that arose. The kitchen was well-equiped and the beds were comfortable.

This condo is clean, tastefully furnished, had everything to make our stay comfortable and most importantly conveniently located close to the sports complex, golf course and grocery stores. Easy access to the freeway and non casino venues. We're more hikers so the location was good for us and our dog.

This is a dog friendly rental. There is a great park to walk your dog. It is adjacent to the property. Easy access. Parking is close to the rental. The area was safe. The rental was exceptionally clean. Contacting the property manager was easy and response was prompt. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your condo.

We rented this property for 3 nights for our teen's golf tournament. The property was terrific - very clean, very well kept and well furnished - felt like new with everything you'd need for a week stay! It was also in a very convenient location. The host/owner was fantastic to deal with and very accommodating. We will definitely rent here again when we are next in Mesquite!

We were very pleased with the property: we liked the modern comfortable furniture., cleanliness and nicely decorated rooms.

We spent 4 nights at this property along with our 2 senior dachshunds while visiting friends who live in Mesquite. The owner, Debi, was super friendly, easy to communicate with and highly responsive. This is an apartment style condo complex, and the unit has one covered parking space. We felt safe while staying here, and the proximity to Marilyn Redd Park, a dog friendly park with nice green grass, was outstanding. It was waaaaay too hot during our stay (117 degrees when we arrived) to walk our pups over to the park, and our pups are far too old and arthritic to walk that much, anyway, but we would put them in the car and drive a short minute over to the park periodically so they could take care of their business. For guests with able bodied dogs, there is an access gate to the park from the condo complex. The condo was clean when we arrived on Friday night, but quite warm for us. The Nest thermostat was apparently set at 78 degrees and, with it still being 110 degrees outside in the evening, it took a while for the unit to cool down to a temp comfortable enough for us northern Utahns to sleep comfortably. The Nest thermostat was fine over the weekend, but on Monday evening we returned to the unit to find it set at 78 degrees, requiring a few hours to cool down yet again. The bed was SUPER comfortable (I need to find out what brand that mattress is!) and we slept well each night when the room temperature was sufficiently cool. We found no sponge or dishrag in the kitchen to wash dishes with. Not sure if that was an oversight by the cleaning crew or what, but because we travel frequently with our pups, we keep small sponges in their travel bag to use for cleaning their dishes when staying in hotels which we were able to utilize, so that wasn't a big deal for us. There were two nights where we could hear people in the unit above us stomping around, but it was more noticeable in the living area than the bedroom, so we were able to sleep just fine. This complex is by the Mesquite airport, but we were never bothered by any air traffic noise. We would stay here again, but would definitely try to figure out how to keep the Nest thermostat from resetting back to 78 degrees while we are not in the unit during triple digit weather!

We has a wonderful time at the condo. It was perfect for us. Ground floor so it was very easy with our dog. Location was really good and complex was very quiet. I would recommend highly.

We drove through Mesquite on our way from LA to Salt Lake City and needed a place to stop to break up the trip. The condo was perfect! It was very clean, well-appointed, and quiet. It was also close to the freeway making it easy to get back on the road the next day. Communication with the host was great and seamless.

The apartment was great- everything we needed, immaculate, location was easy. Communication from host was great, entry worked perfectly. I would come again if I returned

This was our first trip to Mesquite within last year. Had a great stay...golfed, got a massage, and plenty of fun in the sun. The accommodation were perfect for us. Debi was always responsive to questions. Place was clean. Could have used a couple more trash bags would definitely stay there again.
