The place was great had lots of the things we needed for cooking with friends.

This property was the perfect spot! Very clean, comfortable, well stocked and convenient to everything. Property is as described. Loved just sitting on the porch chatting and drinking wine. Property owner was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again! Already looking to book for a future trip with friends and renting both apartments #1 & #2. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Nice spot for a quick visit to the island in the fall. Did not visit the beach but good location and easy access.

The apartment is very nice, has all you need and is very comfortable. As other reviewers have commented, don't count on WiFi - what's in place just doesn't seem to work. I have unlimited data, so was able to get by and the rest of the stay was great!!

A much needed break was spent here and we enjoyed the accommodations. I don’t recall needing for anything more than better weather but definitely convenient to the beach, and food and drink options.

This cute little condo is in a great location. Beach access, Blue Parrot, BJs pizza, Mango Mikes & many others are within walking distance. Beds are very comfortable. Lush towels. Only 1 full bath to share (there’s a second powder room), but for our mother/daughter trip it was fine. Plenty of relaxing room. Veranda was breezy & nice. So glad we were able to rent for just a few nights rather than a full week since we could only get away for 4 days. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at this property! Everything was clean and thoughtful. The welcome binder was super helpful. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Use of the golf cart was a huge bonus! Would stay again. We are already thinking about future stays!

Very nice and clean. Updated abs had a lot of nice little extras available. Would recommend for size group of 4 or less and like to be in walking distance if everything. 5 stars all around.

This is the perfect condo in the perfect location. Right in the heart of SGI, everything was within walking distance. The property was immaculate and had new appliances. We especially loved the huge wraparound porch where we would have dinner on the picnic table. We will definitely be back.

2 minute walk to 4-5 restaurants and 2 grocery stores. Ten minute drive to the most beautiful state park/beach we have ever been to. We went Easter week and there were no crowds AT ALL. Apartment exactly as described. Laundry around back. Easy parking. Will absolutely return.

After reading reviews about the property I contacted the host to inquire about the availability of Internet and was told that everything is good. Upon arrival we discovered TVs with no cable connection at all and no Wi-Fi at all. The host indicated that the Wi-Fi would be provided by the real estate office beneath us, however there was not enough throughput to effectively use the connection We were promised a connected system of Wi-Fi and TV on our for the final day of our stay but this did not materialize. The host promised us a full refund which obviously would’ve been very acceptable considering the fact that we needed high speed Internet to conduct our business. We received a two day refund which is better than nothing. I just wish the host had been upfront with us about the issues that were going on with his property prior to our arrival so that we could’ve made alternative arrangements. I appreciate the refund, however, the problems we encountered created a lot of stress and made for a miserable visit to the island. RENTERS BEWARE!

Upon arrival the apartment looked lovely. It was centrally located on the Island. After eating out for dinner we tried to turn the Living room TV on…we received a message that there was not internet to continue. The TV in one bedroom was not hooked up, there was not a co-axel cable. Both TV’s were brand new. The 2nd bedroom did not have a TV. There was NOT WIFI. The only lamp in the living room did not have a working lightbulb so we had to use overhead lights. The kitchen did not have a dishcloth or dish towels. If I had known I would have brought some. I did email the Manager and after 12 hours I called him and left a voicemail. When I did not receive a call back I called VRBO for help with these problems. The Manager did respond but was not able to to fix the problems. The overall frustration was the apartment to the East of us had a working TV and they were using a computer. And the Realty Agency on the 1st floor had WIFI. We were given the Username and Passcode but we could not access. I don’t think it was due to lightning strike or telephone Pole replacement. The SuperBowl was Sunday and we could not watch it!!!! Very Frustrating weekend due to the above problems.

We have traveled to and stayed at many different places, but this VRBO on SGI is by far one of my favorites. If you're looking for a quiet stay in a low key, down to earth little town, SGI is the place to go. This property was spotless and offered all of the comforts of home. All of the restaurants on the island were within walking distance. We were very pleased with our stay. Also, be sure to get some Weber's little donuts. :)

Everything was great besides the ac stopped working and TVs did not work in either bedroom. And we kept getting locked out the door.
