Came down with the family and a friend for a weekend away at the beach. House is a walk away from the beach and has an amazing pool so you can split time between both. Very responsive owners who answered questions quickly.

We have been coming to Vilano Beach for many years for family summer vacation. This is by far the best property we have stayed in. Fabulous location, everything you needed right there and great pool! We would recommend to everyone!

We stayed here for 6 days. Beautiful property! Close proximity to the beach. Sadly, it wasn’t easily accessible; son-in-law is a paraplegic. Pool was fantastic! Had all the amenities to make us comfortable. Easy drive to St. Augustine. Highly recommend!

We travelled with our family of four plus my parents and had the best Thanksgiving. Check in was super easy and the house was spotless. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (which is rarely the case at a VRBO!) and my kids loved the games that were available to play. The highlight of the stay was 100% the pool. My kids were in it multiple times per day and loved night swimming due to the lighting outside. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and while it wasn't quite 'beach weather' we went multiple times a day to do a beach walk. (Gotta catch it at low tide because at high tide there is no beach to walk) Would 100% recommend this property to anyone coming to the area.

This house was perfect for our family with Grandparents and kids under two. The one story and pool were some of the perks. The house was equipped with everything you need and more!

This home and property was amazing. It was perfect for my family of 4 plus our dog. Working with the property manager and owner was very prompt and easy. All of our needs were more than met. They have thought of everything for all of their visitors. We can't wait to come back and visit again!

Great location. Easy check in/out.

The property exceeded our expectations. The home is located in a very quite neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Everything just worked well for us. Everyone needed to take some down time from work or grad school and this was just the place. Between the beach and pool all the members of the family had something they enjoyed. The owner was a pleasure to work with. The communications and check in process were smooth and well thought out. We are all looking forward to returning next here.

We spent a week at the property and loved every minute of our stay. The location was perfect, the pool was perfect, and owners were very responsive and accommodating. It’s a much closer walk to the beach than we originally thought and a drive into the historic district took just a few minutes. If we ever return to the area we will be staying there again!

Fun for the whole family. The pool was a huge hit. The B&B was exactly as you see on the images on Vrbo. I will say because we were dealing with a major heat wave, that the main room and the two side guest rooms and bathroom stayed very warm. We had to bring/purchase ourselves additional fans to get it where it was bareable. The master bedroom and bath stayed more regulated with cooler air. The kitchen was fantastic. The supplies in the house from a washer and dryer, to the refrigerator, to the cleaning supplies, to the kitchen utensils was fully furnished. The property manager was expedient and helpful and a pleasure to work with. We also had a goodie basket with waters and food and location magazines to help us plan our trip as well as we had our dogs there. They also had a dog bowl with some toys and treats in them which the dogs loved. It was in a great location not far from the beach easy to get to as well as a gorgeous public grocery store nearby and within 20 minutes of downtown Saint Augustine to get to all kinds of things and have more fun. That made it the best of both worlds having your privacy in your relaxing seclusion in this beautiful home with the pool and the opportunity to go do other things. Dog friendly and a place we would highly recommend.

Our family had a great time at La Vida Playa! The house was well stocked and had plenty of games and things to do. We loved it! We’ll be back next year. :)

The property was even better than expected. Nice quiet area and so close to the beach. It had everything you could need for a home stay. Uber access was readily available with an easy quick ride over to downtown St. Augustine.

Overall experience, the house was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the location and the access to the beaches. The pool was the best part of the vacation!! Only complaint we had was the back bedrooms were hot. We had to buy extra fans to get air circulating in the rooms. It was a huge difference walking from the living area to the rooms in the back.

We cannot say enough nice things about this property its host. The house and amenities are accurate, the host very accommodating and the location perfect. The layout of the house is great with guests staying with us as the Master Suite area is nicely separated from the other bedrooms. Everything we needed was there. We stayed for a whole month and have booked already for 5 weeks next year. We highly recommend this property or the other two they also own and rent out. This rental property was amazing. I feel that rarely do pictures actually represent the property accurately and these pics were exactly as it was. The property was clean, beautiful and literally had everything you could imagine you would need for a stay in a home. Additionally, Evelyn was very available and helpful and Vilano Beach is gorgeous. The property is a 3 min walk to the beach. I highly recommend this stay to anyone who is looking to relax in a beautiful place.

Our family, including our yellow Lab, loved staying at this property. It was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need to settle in and feel at home. The short walk to the beach and heated pool made it even better. When we arrived we felt so welcome with holiday music playing and festive lights lit!. Thanks for a wonderful week!

The Location: The area is absolutely beautiful!! A very short walk to the beach through the quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The House/Accommodations: The pool was absolutely what drove us over the top... heated just the right temp, just the right size, filtration is phenomenal, rooms are beautifully decorated, the shower was....wow! and kitchen/laundry fully equipped beautiful and ultra clean! The Owner/Host: One of the best I've ever interacted with, and we travel frequently. Very accommodating and extra helpful on recommending places to visit and restaurants. The welcome basket was an extra special touch!!

The property was just lovely, just as the pictures show. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived, from the welcome baskets (one for humans and one for my dogs!) to the welcome note and sign. Everything you need is provided for the home and the beach. There is a lot of extra special touches that come with this rental property and I honestly cannot think of anything we needed that we didn't have. And I haven't even mentioned the awesome pool! You will not be disappointed, one of the best houses we have rented!

Our family stayed for a week in this amazing home! We had family ages from 13 to 60 and accommodated everyone. The home it's self is beautiful, pictures due it no justice. The pool and out door shower is amazing to have as a bonus. The neighborhood is so quiet and we rode bikes every morning greeted by all neighbors out walking. The check in and out no hassle at all. This is one of the best places our whole family has stayed at and hope to be back next year.
