The house was perfect for our sister getaway weekend. The house was clean and as advertised. Anna was communicative and easy to work with. Would stay here again.

There was a slight issue with check-in but Anna was very helpful in sorting it out. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants. The wine bar next door is listed as permanently closed. We definitely plan to return!

Property is conveniently located to great food, local shopping and of course the beach! There is also a community pool and a local Italian ice/ ice cream right next door that the kids loved.

I was just overall impress, The host is such an amazing and attentive person, the home was clean and welcoming, and the locations of the home was amazing, lots of local and delicious restaurants to eat from. Overall, I will definitely be renting this home in the future.

We so enjoyed our stay at Anna's home in Atlantic Beach! The location was perfect for us. The walk to the beach was not bad but I wish we had brought our beach cart. The beds were comfy as was the furniture in general. Great communication with our host made check in and out easy! We loved Atlantic Beach being a sleepy little beach town busy on the weekend but not crowed during the week. Atlantic Beach has become our new favorite beach!

This is a great spot! Close to the beac/restaurants and the pool is nice. Had fun reminding my daughter who’s the chess champion!

The property was clean and the owner communicated very clearly. It was well stocked with towels and coffee :) Very convenient to beach. Would definitely stay again!

It was fantastic the beautiful condo just steps away from the beach and restaurants. It was perfect place to stay and go to Emerald Isle for a day or to Beaufort! We loved sitting on the front balcony at night and just listening to the live music or the sound of the waves crashing. It was great from beginning to end and can't wait to stay again!!!!!

This was a return trip to this condo complex because we love everything about the location to the beach and restaurants, design, and the pool. Anna could not be a friendlier or more responsive host. Her condo is absolutely beautiful--we will definitely return in the future!

What a wonderful stay! My one request was that I wanted to park the car for the weekend and just chill (other than a quick shopping trip to Beaufort). Restaurants, ice cream, cocktails, and most importantly, the beach were all within walking distance. Great porches and ample sitting in the kitchen and living room for the four of us. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and parking was a breeze. Thank you for letting us stay

Perfect Location
Perfect location for one of our family beach trips.
Quick walk to the beach. Restaurants are basically out your front door. Clean! Everything was provided that we needed. We enoyed ourselves.

Annual Family Beach trip
The condo was great! Perfect size for the three of us. Great location to some of our favorite eateries. Easy to walk to the beach and then back to the pool after a long day. The pool was never crowded and we went at various times.
Anna was great to work with. So easy to communicate with and made booking the place, planning and staying a breeze! Would love to stay here again. Beautiful place, great location, great owner, and wonderful vacation…. What more can you ask for???

Great experience. Great place. Great view. Small easy walk to beach. Only problem we had was their was only 4 wash clothes and 5 of us. Went a got a few from the dollar store.

Anniversary Trip
Felt like home! Coffee was ready to be enjoyed. Wonderfull sleeping accommodations. Hotel towels. Well appointed kitchen. Access to the pool or ocean a very short stroll. Hostess was warm and welcoming! Looking forward to a return trip already!

In real estate they always say it’s about the location!
We really wanted to stay in the circle to have access to the beach, local restaurants and bars. This location allowed all of this. Adorably decorated and provided the amenities we needed for our stay. Note this space occupies a second and third floor which is not uncommon for beach property - just prepare to hoof it for the restrooms located on the third floor!

Great weekend
The house was great! Very clean and in a good location. We spent the weekend in the off season, October. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and still have plenty of resturants to walk to as well. We left the car parked all day Saturday, which was nice.

Lots of steps
This condo was perfect in size and location to our wedding venue. We didn't realize there would be so many steps. I am 71 and my partner is 81and we are both in great shape. I think there were 8 outside steps, 17 inside steps to kitchen and living room, another 16 or 17 steps up to the bedrooms and baths.

Very impressed

Best Atlantic Beach Vacation
The beach house was in an excellent location and very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and worked well for our family of four. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach, very quiet, and had nice views. The private pool was also just steps away and was very clean and enjoyable. To make our stay even better, the property owner, Anna Felts, was absolutely the kindest and friendliest person we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was very generous in attending to our needs and provided us with excellent recommendations for dining and activities in the area, making this the best stay in Atlantic Beach we've ever had. We will definitely book with Anna for our next Atlantic Beach vacation!

We really enjoyed our time in Atlantic Beach. The house was perfect with a view of the beach and easily walkable to the beach, shops and food. Anna (homeowner) was in town at her other unit during our stay. She was super helpful with answering any and all questions. We will definitely be back!

What a magical getaway!!
This precious property felt like a true getaway for my husband and me. After almost a year of being quarantined and working from home due to Covid, we were looking for more than just a depressing hotel room for a relaxing weekend. This property totally delivered! The ocean views, gorgeous beachy decor, short walk to the beach, quaint bars and restaurants within walking distance was just what we needed to reset our lives! We have already discussed when we can return!

The Perfect Place
Wow! This place was great! I had to come to the area for work, and was able to bring my kids (13 & 15) with me, and we absolutely loved it. VERY short walk to Atlantic Beach, close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. The condo was very clean. If I ever have to come back for work (which I’m sure I will) I’ll be staying here again. Thank you again!

Beautiful property, even better location
What a beautiful unit! This townhouse had high end finishes and a great location in Atlantic Beach. The front deck looks directly at oceanfront giving you a nice sea breeze & views and the back deck gets you out of the sun when wanted. Located steps from the beach and great restaurants! Please note, all bathrooms were upstairs with the 2 bedrooms, away from the main living area. There was only one negative about our trip and it was that unfortunately the property smelled like someone had smoked in it. During our 4 night stay the smell continued, even after attempting to air it out.
