Large, gorgeous house tucked away just a short drive from the beach with a stunning wraparound porch that was perfect for morning coffee and evening hangouts.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful, open and spacious! The gardens gorgeous! The kitchen is pretty well stocked with pans and dishes, etc. and some spices. I would recommend bringing all of your own paper goods and soap, including hand and dish soap. When we arrived there was barely any tp on the rolls. We recleaned the counters which needed it but the house looked neat and clean on arrival. The owners have dogs we realized when we located a welcome book in the bookcase. The welcome book was really packed with info., I recommend every renter look it over. We had a person with us that is allergic to fur so when he sat on the couch there were issues. We probably should have asked that when booking but usually it is not a problem with good vacuuming ahead of time. There were a lot of notes around to help with all questions one might have. The light switches were a little daunting to get used to. The temperature in the house runs cold, they don’t want it above 72. At night the bedrooms are hot and they don’t want the team p under 68.The deck was a lot of was fun and we sat out there most nights til the mosquitoes & bugs came out. We set up a corn row set that we brought, it was a wonderful deck with great furniture! The only reason we would not book again is due to the dangerous narrow street. It is very busy and not really good for a bicycle ride or walks.There are some trails and a small pond at the end of the street. The VRBO fees along with the Sotheby’s fees and town taxes were crazy high over $1.5k.

Great wrap-around deck overlooking private grounds with plenty of seating. Very convenient location to Brewster, Orleans, and Dennis.

The rooms are very spacious and the house has a new feel, especially the kitchen. The deck wraps around the house and has new furniture. Pictures do not give the deck justice as it is very nice. Air conditioner is excellent at keeping the air cool and dry. Light switches are odd. No outdoor shower but the other amenities make up for that. Overall a joy to stay at this property!

This house is everything they say it is. It was clean, an open plan, had everything you need inside the house and an outstanding porch that wraps around the house which gives you all the privacy you need. Perfect location. Thanks you for sharing your home with our family.

We had a wonderful time on Cape Cod. The house is tucked away on a quiet secluded street. Quiet, picturesque, beautifully designed and taken care of. We loved the little notes around the house with reminders, everything about this house rental was amazing. We hope to return next year. Thank you for a much needed get away in this crazy time.

House is well designed works well for a family. Furnishings are all new and attractive. Grill is new, very large and clean. Great location in Brewster on the Bay side . Bay and nearby Nickerson State Park provide salt and fresh water swimming experiences. Wonderful stay!
