We stayed at the Beach House in late March and loved everything about it. Decorated great, clean, comfortable and close to everything. We walked to the beach and also rode our bikes and it was quick and easy. If we drove, it was usually a quick ride anywhere we went on the island. The place is spacious and our family of 4 all felt like we had enough space. We loved how quiet it was and it fit our family perfectly that we want to come back. The check in process was fantastic and the owners really wanted us to enjoy the island and communicated everything and things to do very well. They were even available during our stay and would respond quickly if we had any questions. When visiting Hilton Head Island, this is a fantastic place to stay for a long weekend or week long getaway and we feel we have found our go-to spot when we re-visit HHI.

215 Evian was adorable. So pretty inside with colors & furnishings. Close to everything. Owners were very responsive & friendly. We really enjoyed our stay & would stay here again!

We have been going to HHI for twenty years, We have stayed at several locations on Shipyard, but this condo was the best we have ever stayed in. Loved everything about it. Looking forward to our next stay at this location.

This was our 4th time on the island and it did not disappoint. We love Shipyard and loved Evian Way. We were close to everything! This time we ordered bikes from Mike's Bikes...per Laura and Steves suggestion. They delivered and picked them up. It was so convenient! We rode to Coligny, to the beach, rode on the beach. It was so much fun! Biking is the WAY to get around the island!! The condo had everything we needed...even tide pods and bounce dryer sheets! We've never had a condo supply that before. It was a fabulous stay and we can't wait to come back again.

The property was clean and enjoyable. We were comfortable relaxing on the deck and in the house. It was a great walk to the beach and the beach was gorgeous. The pool unfortunately had a break while we stayed, but the owners were quick to communicate with me and try to resolve it!

Very lovely unit, spacious and clean. Enjoyed ourselves immensely. Nice to have the electric grill, as most units don’t have a grill. Beds were very comfortable. All in all, very nice and I’d love to stay here again!

The Beach House was perfect for our family! Very clean and roomy. Nicely located for my older chidren to have fun and explore Hilton Head and very close to the pool! We had a great time!

This property is located in a very nice community that offers a lot of fun activities. It is centrally located with easy access to HHI attractions and really nice restaurants. The villa is very nicely decorated and spacious. I highly recommend!

The Evian Beach House lives up to the stellar reviews. Fabulous location in Shipyard, great beach chairs to borrow, and comfortable (king sized!) bed. Steve and Laura were excellent before and during our stay, and we had everything we needed to have a great week on HHI.

We booked this location for our family of 7. It was absolutely perfect ! We have 3 little ones and two older children who where all well accommodated. Everything is in close proximity. The pool was quiet. The beach was just 5 mins up the road which included splash pad and stores to shop at. The owner also recommended skull creek dockside restaurant and it was amazing ! The owners are super friendly and everything is well organized. They respond very quickly. The best part is the app they provide ! They have recommendations for everything on there. It’s awesome. Would definitely come back ! We are already discussing when we can book again. Highly recommend.

Everything was beautiful at the location the accommodations were adequately supplied with everything we needed and the beach wagon and chairs were a very nice addition to the place! Close to the pool and very quiet and beauty decorated inside! Laura was ez to communicate with and always replied promptly to any questions we had! Definitely would like to return! Hilton Head was beautiful!

Very lovely home in a safe, beautiful gated community! Steve and Laura were wonderful hosts and made everything super easy, including ideas of restaurant choices and activities around the area ! The home was clean and had a beautiful coastal decor ! We would definitely return when in Hilton Head !

The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake. Good size rooms and very clean. Nice setting area outside. Short drive to the beach or bike ride. We will book again.

Very clean and well equipped. Quiet area with great deck. Pool and tennis courts nearby and lots of bike trails to enjoy.

Fantastic and easy experience. The phone app guidebook provided by Laura and Steve make planning and executing your vacation so easy. A truly no stress trip! House is spacious and welcoming. My kids loved it!

We loved the condo and had great communication with Laura and Steve regarding questions. They gave helpful tips about Hilton Head and the community that made our stay even better! We hope to stay in Hilton Head again and will be trying to rent from the same condo. They truly thought of everything which made packing for our trip so easy!

This house was perfect for us, very clean, felt like home, had everything you needed. We loved the location, easy access to many bike paths, golf courses, beach, pool. The owners were very welcoming, had everything set up so it was easy to find and use. We plan on staying here again when we return to Hilton Head. Everything about it was great! We also loved that they had beach chairs and other beach accessories to use while we were there. I can't say enough great things about our experience. We love Hilton Head Island as well. Perfect place for a perfect family vacation.

We had mixed feelings about this rental. It was nicely furnished and very clean. It also lacked certain necessities that we were accustomed to in all other rentals. No herbs or spices whatsoever. Not even salt and pepper! In other rentals, during COVID, dry foods were left for the next renter like pasta or other odds and ends. Books were often left but not here. No personal touches at all. No beach towels - you must bring your own. Last rental we were at had a basket of them for our use. Little things like that add up. The second bathroom with the tub was very unappealing. I love baths but didn’t take one the whole week. Just looked grimy and kind of mildew. Also unit had only four mugs and no cups and saucers either. Owners did respond quickly to any issues which was a plus. It is a good 15 min walk to the beach with a cart laden with chairs and umbrella. Pool is nearby but expect kids jumping in and splashing. All in all, it was as advertised but wouldn’t rush back.

These accommodations are excellent The hosts were in contact with us from moment we rented giving us information on the place and the island. The location is near plenty of shops and restaurants. This is definitely a return in the future
