Thee owner Francesca is wonderful and speaks great English! The property is beautiful and clean and the large swimming pool provides a perfect respite from the Sicilian heat.

Ideally located close to the main road to Palermo airport. Private parking,we stayed one night before our flight the following day. Pool is a nice addition, Restaurants for diners are a 10 minute walk but owner does give you a free parking permit if you want to drive

Our hosts were amazing. Francesca could not do enough for us. 5* hosting. Great pool too and we loved our room with bath spa.

The area is a little off the beaten track which we loved but my 80 year old parents struggled with the walking. Great restaurant next door. Everything is good value because it's not touristy.

This beautiful place was the highlight of our trip. Franchesca was warm, welcoming and so helpful. we felt like we were at luxury spa it was so quiet and relaxing . The pool is beautiful, the breakfast delicious every morning and it felt like a home away from home. The nicest place we have ever stayed in. Thank you Franchesca and family. Sicily was wonderful

we loved everything we have nothing to complain about

Turning from not a very pretty road I did not expect such a nice garden with a beautiful view! It is well hidden from the noise. We stayed there only for one night before our departure from Palermo airport, but I can imagine it must be also nice for longer stays. It has great pool, place to sit outside and really comfy sunbeds. There is a free parking with a lot of space. Property has really well-thought system with an automatic gate - we had to checkout very early in the morning, we could let ourselves out and it was not a problem. If you want to go to the city by car, they even have a parking permit that you can use and park for free! Amazing idea that I have not seen anywhere else. Room was maybe not very spacious, but still comfortable, there was even a little sink and a fridge. There are proper blinds, so the room is dark in the night, which was often a problem in other places that we stayed in. Francesca was very welcoming and spoke really good English. She gave us some good advice about local folk fest which we really enjoyed.

We were staying in the room furthest from the pool and the wifi signal did not reach there at all. Wasn't an issue with such a short stay, but would be with a longer one. Fridge in the room started to be very loud in the night and woke us up. Pillows were very flat.

The room was very well appointed. Francesca couldn’t have more helpful or gracious. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Rooms very comfortable and very clean.

The breakfast was wonderful, fresh pastry, meat and cheese, great coffee and juice. all with Francesca's smiling face!

The bed was hard, everything else was great but the bed was not so comfy.

Francesca is perhaps the best host we have had in Sicily; she was so helpful with information about Terrasini & Palermo, she provided a parking pass for Terrasini & she prepared a delicious breakfast with an assortment of savory & sweet meat, cheese, eggs, breads, & more. The grounds are beautiful, from the surrounding olive grove to the beautiful pool & outdoor sitting areas. Don’t be put off by the narrow gated entry on a commercial street! A very special place is behind the gate.The view to the mountains of the setting sun is gorgeous.

The B&B is isolated and a car is a necessity. The neighborhood is not the best one.

Inkantu B&B is a great spot in Terrasini with a wonderful host and very friendly staff. The rooms were super clean and tidy and remodelled to a very good standard. We were comfortable for the whole stay and the communication with the B&B was seamless and spot on.

Very nice B&B. Owners are lovely people and the house and pool are spectacular. Full breakfast spread in the morning and we were permitted to stay at the pool past checkout time. Would certainly return.

The gate was a tad difficult to locate amongst numerous similar gates late at night, but the GPS nailed it.

Stunning hotel to relax at. Francesca is extremely accomodating and will help you with booking tours and taxis. Pool is very big with nice sun beds. Breakfast was great :)

Are you looking for a more quiet and comfortable alternative to noisy Palermo yet want to be close to the action and history? Look no more. Inkantu is a fantastic B&B with every facility you can dream of. And that dreamy pool! Being new at traveling with a baby we had one too many requests and they fulfilled them all. The host and her family go above and beyond every guest’s needs. Thank you so much for everything and we just can’t wait to come back soon!

forgot a pair of shoes and they didn’t send any message to inform me. Shoes were thrown away. unfortunate…

The B&B is well located, a short walk from the town and the sea. The rooms are very nicely set out and clean with a tv and a great shower. I was really pleased that there were extra blankets and pillows and the shower was fantastic. The staff were also very nice and accommodating and allowed us to check in early with no fuss, and booked us a taxi to the airport.

it’s not the most beautiful of places and is on a big main road, but it’s not audible from the rooms.
