This trip was a family trip with our 2 married kids, 18 year old and 2 grandkids. We all LOVED it. The property was an amazing and the location was perfect. My 3 year old grandson was either in the pool, at the ocean or sleeping. They all want to come back next year. Thank you Leah!!!

Excellent stay! Very clean, walking distance to bars, restaurants and beach. The pool was amazing! Leah is a fantastic host!

Location was great, walking distance to beach, restaurants/bars and shopping. We rented both the upper and lower unit. The layout was nice and the pool area was great! We only have a few complaints/suggestions. Cleaning needs to be done a little better everywhere and to the floors, they were very dirty to the point after one evening walking barefoot our feet were black on the bottom. Not sure what the smell was in the lower unit but gave us headaches and once outside our headaches went away. Need to fix that leaking kitchen sink, it’s gross having a dish pan catching the water and fix the upper bathroom shower handle, it’s very loose. I know dryers are expensive but to open the dryer with a pair of scissors is ridiculous and very dangerous. Last but surely not least, please buy slip covers for the furniture, We did not sit on the chairs or couches they were extremely dirty, you could see the worn in dirt especially on the red chairs in the upper unit.

We had an amazing trip, thanks to Leah! The location of this house is absolutely perfect. You are literally a 5 minute stroll to the pier and beach. You never have to drive to anything! You can walk to a ton of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The only time we drove was to the grocery store, but you could easily Instacart/Shipt your groceries and adult beverages to the house if you don’t have a car. There is also a 7-Eleven a few blocks away which has a pretty good selection of necessities (snacks, bread, eggs, pre-made sandwiches, drinks etc) Ok, back to the house! We rented the upper and lower units together, and it was perfect for our group of 8 adults! Both levels had their own entrance and kitchen. The pool was perfect - heated, clean and tons of sun! There are pool noodles, floaties, etc. and colored lights for night swimming. Lots of pool chairs for lounging. Leah was an excellent host and worked with us on our check-in and check-out times, so that we weren’t stuck without a place to stay on check-in or check-out day. Highly recommend!

When I return to Fort Myers, I will stay here again! Private if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of city, but only a short walk if you want to be in the middle of everything! Great place!

Perfect location, both units very clean and had what we needed. Pool was clean and awesome size to accommodate 4 adults and 5 kids. Leah was super accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We will surely be back!

We met Leah when we checked in and she was just amazing! We all loved the property, pool and location. The property was clean and it was great to have the beach buggy to load up with chairs, beach towels that were provided and a couple coolers we brought! Thank you Leah!!

We had a great stay at this property. My parents stayed upstairs, and we were downstairs with our two kids. Pool was NICE and warm for those slightly cooler days. Lots of options in the kitchen for cooking. Lots of great things for the beach like a cart, chairs, toys, and pool toys. Beds were mostly comfy- king size would be nice. There is a slightly musty smell to the propety, but I think that's to be expected given the climate and moisture. Overall, would stay again.

My boyfriend and I and two other couples went for a relaxing week in FMB to get away from Iowa cold. The house was clean and in walking distance to lots of fun bars and restaurants. Loved the pool and the neighbors dog, Leo! :)

The apartments were exactly as advertised. Leah quickly responded when we had questions and the pool and location were fabulous!

The seven of us had the most wonderful Christmas holiday here! The house was impeccably clean and well appointed to cook our Christmas feast and make our way to the beach. The pool was crystal clear and heated perfectly to enjoy in December. It was an easy walk to fun shops and great restaurants. We are already planning on our next trip!

Nice property and a great location. No car needed as you can walk wherever you need to go and Uber/Lyft is easily available if you need to travel further.

This house was perfect- the pool was hands down the best part! Could not have picked a better location and Leah got back to me with any question we had!

We loved the location of this place and having rented out the whole property, the backyard pool area was great! The musty smell in the lower location and the mosquitoes in the backyard are our only complaints.

Our stay was just what we could have hoped for. Very clean and amazing location! All questions were answered and we were accommodated! Literally a 5 minute walk from the beach & restaurants.

I booked the entire home for 7 friends for a girls weekend! The location was great a 2-3 mini walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby and shopping! The location is really good and what is best about this vacation home! The home was clean too to bottom. Leah did an awesome job at assuring comfort and making sure there was plenty of extra finishing touches! Home was fully stocked with utensils (we forgot our corkscrew)! She had a blender for mixed drinks! Outside she had 8 or more beach chairs, a wagon, cooler bags… anything we needed for the beach was on the home! There was even after sun aloe in the home! She had literally anything we needed, extra shampoo, conditioner, dish liquid, garbage bags, laundry detergent…. She had it all! We loved our stay and would book again with no questions! Thank you Leah for opening your home to us ❤️

This little gem is the perfect beach house! It was so much fun to walk down the road and be in the middle of shops and restaurants! The beach was an easy walk, even with little kids. The pool was a great bonus where we spent a lot of time. Overall, super fun place to stay!

Our first time taking a summer time vacation since COVID came. The property was well kept and within walking distance to everything else shops and restaurants. Hostess was great at getting back to us on any issues we had. Would recommend this place to everyone!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The property was perfect. The pictures do not do it a justice. My parents stayed in the lower level, while my family of 5 stayed in the upper level. Plenty of space for our party of 7 and then some. Close to restaurants, stores, ocean, pier. It was nice to have a pool of our own for night swims. Both units were fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Owner was very nice and communicated thoroughly throughout our stay. Can’t wait to come back again!
