Overall the property was great. Fully loaded with necessities. Even had a pack and play for our child. The beach was close and close to main road to get pretty much anywhere. Close to groceries and restaurants. There was some dog hair which didn’t bother us too much but may bother others. Pool was nice and property was very well kept. Thanks!

This home was in a wonderful location, close to restaurants and beaches. It is situated in a nice well-kept, quiet neighborhood. The home is completely updated and very nicely decorated. Everything we needed was provided. They even left dog treats for our pup. The backyard is BEAUTIFUL! There is a nice screened porch to relax. The backyard and pool are very well maintained. The backyard was spacious and private. There is plenty of outdoor seating and lounge chairs to just relax. We would highly recommend this home and we look forward to returning. Additionally, Evolve was fantastic to work with!!!

This is a great property for any plans you have in Naples. It is located close to everything. The property has anything you need for a beach trip, swim in the pool, or a day relaxing and shopping. They are super dog friendly and our dogs loved running in the backyard. I would totally stay here again. Thank you so much for a great stay that my whole family truly enjoyed.

This is our second year spending time at this house in Naples and it is just perfect for what we're looking for and what we need. Enough space to sleep, big kitchen, outdoor space to hangout by pool, plus indoor space for later in the evening relaxing. Close to everything, very clean. Easy check in, etc. All good!

Pleasant house near beach
This house was clean and was exactly as described. The pool was enjoyable, and the proximity to the beach, dining, shopping, and entertainment was very convenient. Although the provided beach pass was expired and the property manager never responded to my emails, I would still say the property made for a great little beach getaway.

My wife and I had an excellent 5 week stay at this modern, well-appointed home in Naples Park. We found the home spacious and newly renovated with a welcoming enclosed porch and private, pet - friendly back yard. The location is quiet and convenient - super easy bike ride to beaches, shops, and restaurants.
We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful beaches, local eateries, bike rides and amazing sunsets. Awesome place for a well deserved vacation .... we shall be back!

Great stay in Naples!
We loved this house. It’s nicely designed, in a great location and perfect for just a few travelers. Bedrooms are a little small but the house is a great place to rest at the end of the day. Communication with Evolve was a little tricky as they didn’t respond to an email I sent them until 3 weeks later. But the communication with the owner was great! Only thing I think should be added is better beach chairs and a cooler since most folks are going to be there to hit the beach. You’d have to buy a cooler on your own otherwise. It was a great stay with a great outdoor space and we are hoping to come back next year!

Better than the Ritz Carlton
I have high expectations and am usually disappointed but not this trip. Wow what a perfect vacation house; spacious, quiet, clean, well equipped and close to the beach. So much better than being crammed in a hotel room. What made it extraordinary was the new inground heated pool. Light it up and swim at night! Whole Foods and Publix so close that we grilled dinner 3 nights rather than fight the crowds at restaurants. We really never had to leave but took advantage of the state park pass and visited the beach. Host very helpful and responsive. Don’t hesitate for a minute to book this house!

Looks like pictures but twin bed needs replacing!
The listing looks just like the images. Great location near a lot of shopping/groceries/restaurants. The third bedroom with twin bed is slanted and not good to sleep on. Property manager is responsive and brought a pack and play over upon request, which was really nice!

Best place we have stayed at so far. Very clean, recently renovated, new pool, park pass for beach...everything you need! Location was close to too many options to list for restaurants, beaches grocery stores. We brought our dog and the fenced in yard was recently landscaped with out door lighting. Great beach cottage with modern finishes
My husband and I really enjoyed this renovated Naples Park house. It was perfect for our stay and for bringing our dog. You can tell that all of the new fixtures and furniture was picked out with care. It’s such a cute place!

Wonderful Naples vacation
The house is modern, updated and extremely clean. It has everything you need and more to enjoy a comfortable stay. It is conveniently located close to food shopping - Whole foods, Trader Joe's and Publix, restaurants and the beach. Vanderbilt beach is only 5 min away by car and the beach passes for the entire family provided by the owner came in handy- we used them every day. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation stay and I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation to my family and friends!

We spent a family spring break is this beautiful decorated home. Very clean, well maintained home. This place has everything you need. When we come to Naples we stay in Naples Park and is close to everything. This 3 bedroom home is very comfortable and spacious. Big back yard with a lanai patio with plenty of seating. Washer and dryer, plenty of linens, towels, beach towels, 2 brand new bikes... Basically Book this house! We will definitely will book this home again! Highly recommended!

This house was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults. Clean, roomy, very nice screened-in lanai. The neighborhood is friendly; not pretentious and a great location. You can walk to the shops and restaurants on 41. The state park pass is such a great perk! We used it everyday to go to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect rental by the beach
We had a great stay at this perfect rental near the beach. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Open floor plan was perfect for family time and entertaining. Located in Naples Park just a short bike ride from gorgeous Vanderbilt Beach. Close to tons of restaurant options and lots of shopping. Highly recommend!

Televisions are new and the cable and Wifi are good. Kitchen is outrigged with just about everything you need. Garage is clean and can park one large car. The lanai floor needs regular sweeping because it borders on a grass yard and can sometimes get a bitty messy as a result, but the lanai itself is thoughtfully furnished. This is a great house for dog owners as the backyard is fenced in.You won't go wrong staying here.

Wonderful Home
This property is wonderful. The cleanliness, the decor, the location all were great. I gave the 4 stars on location only because the streets are quite narrow, but that seems normal in this area of Naples.
The beds were very comfortable. The furnishings clean and modern. A fully equipped kitchen. The caged lanai was a big plus for sitting out in the evening.

Wonderful home and perfect location
This home was so beautiful and we felt like we were in Paradise when we arrived. It was comfortable, clean and relaxing. The location was perfect and near everything that was important to us....shopping, dining and beach. We enjoyed the screened in lanai and the dogs had fun playing in the large back yard. The host thought of all we could need - beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a stocked kitchen. Wished we could have stayed longer and will absolutely return.

Clean, modern & centrally located
House was very clean, modern, and newly renovated. Centrally located to everything in Naples and Bonita Springs. Having the beach access pass was a huge plus, thank you! Can comfortably sleep 6. Great to have a garage for the car!! Nice, fully-fenced backyard for the dog to run safely. House had most of the linens and kitchen supplies you need for a vacation rental. Check-in was very easy and simple.
