We had a great time! The house was perfect for our family. My sister is in a wheelchair and the house was easily accessible. Lake access was great and house boat rental was easy! Our buddy diesel the dog was so sweet and played with the kids. We almost took him home with us 😉

Great location on the Lake. Great house and we rented their pontoon. Everything was perfect. Will be a yearly destination for our group.

This is simply paradise! Amenities are awesome. We rented a pontoon from the owners, blast! House was amazing, so much room! Entire family was there, 3 children and spouses , 7 grandchildren (1 to 17 years). Brother and wife 8 year old grandson part of week. Family came to visit us, first time home in 6 years. So much room to visit without interruption. But last but not least the property management was awesome! House was ready and he responded to any request immediately. When I was searching for a house I had to take in consideration my husbands disability. He is in a wheelchair part of the time, walker in doors. Even though this property is not ADA it is accessible for those with limitations. He was able to easily get in and out of the home and even on the pontoon with assistance of our boys. Fishing trip with grandsons, not successful with the catch but memories made ! I give this property an A And hope to return again! Worth every penny and then some!

We were looking for a true vacation home where we could relax and enjoy time away from work and the hustle and bustle. This was it! It had the location, the scenery, the quiet, the lake, the beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for.. we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you!

This house is absolutely beautiful, such an amazing view. All the kids and adults were very happy w everything the house has to offer. Owner was very kind and fast to respond to. Great house for a mountain experience!

What an amazing place this is! Beautiful house with wonderful amenities. We loved being able to drive to the dock and not have to worry about the steps for the older and younger in our group. The swim spa and game room in the basement are a nice extra touch! Comfy beds and everything we needed to cook meals. The dock area is fantastic for fishing and hanging out, and it was awesome that they brought the pontoon to us for the weekend! The fire place was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

This home is spacious and cozy all at once. The view is excellent and the balcony space is exceptional. We wore the lake out during our stay and the house was great to come home to and settle in for the evening. We didn't mind but it is best to drive down to the doc since the incline of the property is hard to tell from the pictures. Town and grocery store is close for runs for any forgotten goods. We enjoyed morning runs in the surrounding hills and watching deer come out in the evening. The owners house was next door but they were not around and it made us feel like we were totally off the grid...which we loved. Norris Lake and Swan Seymour were a great combination in East Tennessee.

Stunning! The view is gorgeous! This house was the perfect fit for our very large family, fantastic amenities for the adults as well as the kids! Having a private dock for our boats was a very nice added bonus. Gunner, Jodie and Brian were greats hosts and made us all feel very welcome.

Spectacular home overlooking beautiful Norris Lake. Lots of room in the house and on the dock. Boat house slip was perfect to park my ski boat, and it stayed in the water all week! Amazing setting on the dock, feels like you are out in the middle of the lake!!! Perfect place for our family reunion/vacation!

The property is amazing as well as the house. Everything about the property is great and gunner made everything seamless from checking in, to any issue we had come up. The owners of the property itself were fantastic and we enjoyed meeting them. The dock area if you have kids is the best on the lake. We spent a majority of our time at the lake. If you need a boat they offer them as well. Thank you for such a great place to enjoy our family vacation and we plan on being back in the near future

This house is gorgeous and perfect for some time to disconnect. There is an amazing view of the lake and easy access to go swimming and boating. The house has a great setup for socializing, but also lots a places to go for some time alone. Renting a boat was super easy as well! The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes making it easy to prepare all of our meals. I highly recommend this property if you want to get away and relax.

Our family had an amazing time. The property is A+, and the views are beautiful! The hosts were very accommodating. There is plenty of privacy, with wildlife all around. Hanging out on the dock was super fun too! The house is clean and modern with great decks. There were 13 adults and 3 children in our group and we had plenty of space. Gunner was great to deal with thru the whole process, very professional. A real vacation that we will definitely recommend to our friends !

Gunner is an excellent host, very helpful and always available! The house is gorgeous and the view from the property is stunning. Very private, no neighbors close by. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving meals. Perfect vacation home!

When you round the last bend on the driveway and see the setting of the house, it is jaw dropping! The house is very spacious, clean, and full of stuff to do! There is a nice 5 minute walk to the dock and a very remote and peaceful environment to the whole property. The property manager and owners were quick to respond to any questions and requests we had and were great to work with! I would say this was the coolest vacation rental we have ever done!

What a perfect retreat, especially in these crazy times!! We rented this getaway sort of last minute this year in an effort to still do a vacation, but not surrounded by a ton of people! We got exactly what we were looking for! We went with 4 different families and this was what we needed! First off, the house is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated and spacious! We loved that the house had the hot tub upstairs and then the large tub downstairs! The property manager, Gunner, was absolutely on top of every request or question we had from the time we booked until the time we left. We forgot an item and he was very quick about sending it right back to who left it behind! This is a place I would definitely return to year after year and one that you will not regret renting!

We loved staying in Maynardville. Everything about it was perfect; the house, the setting, the location, the owner and manager, and all the amenities. Every age group enjoyed. every moment. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back.
