This property had everything we needed. Great location to restaurants, target and downtown. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and the fantastic view!!

We were in town for the Windy City Smokeout and this was a short ride share to the venue. Location was good and neighboring amenities were great.

We stayed here for my daughter’s 16 birthday. Loved the location. Easy to walk to a grocery store. Close to transit and even had a parking garage for our car. Missing a few odds and ends like some pot holders and cooking utensils but overall the view was amazing and loved the location.

Property was clean, checkin was easy, and a great view from the rooms. All of the Chicago family sites were a moderate walk or short drive away. Would definitely stay here again!

Had all of the amenities we needed. The view is fantastic. Loved the rooftop patio. Great location close to the Magnificent Mile and with a Target a block away for our essentials.

Beautiful apartment, but our sheets were dirty when we arrived. We washed them because it was late at night when we figured this out and when we let the property manager know, he was very apologetic. Our disabled parking was not any good with this property because their “orange” parking spaces are on the top floors as far away from the elevator as possible. So if that is something you need, you might find another property. Loved the stay otherwise.

Family getaway
The place was great. It has everything we needed for a 4 day visit to chicago. There wasn’t much we didn’t have access to. Enjoyed the property immensely.

Superb apartment and location
This apartment, on the edge of the Loop, was superb. We were at the front of the building with expansive city views and we could even glimpse Lake Michigan between the buildings. The apartment itself was relatively simple, but with everything we needed. The main bed was huge and it was a delight to have so much space compared to a hotel room.

Beautiful Property
We absolutely loved the property. The views were beautiful, the beds were comfy, and the location was awesome.
The only strange thing was is that we received noise complaints Friday and Saturday around 3:30-4 in the afternoon ( 4 adults over 40 😆)
When we checked with the building security they were not sure who or where the complaints were coming from.
It was a bit frustrating to feel like you had traveled so far and paid a reasonable amount of money to not feel 100% comfortable. .
I don’t say this to complain, but to be aware of this as a pretty serious thing to consider when booking.
Thank you we had the best time being in the city!

Great for Blended Family Event
Everything was as promised. We were in town for my step-son's wedding. My husband's ex-wife was driving in to Chicago and sharing the space with us. She needed a place to park her car that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. She had one room, we had the other and we were all very comfortable in the space.
The location was perfect--could catch the "L" when we needed to and walk to the Field Museum and the Shedd.

Great experience
Kasa made the whole process super smooth. Everybody involved was very helpful! The apartment was the cherry on top of a wonderful trip to Chicago. It was always to so nice to walk in after a busy day to our cozy place. I'm already missing the city. Thanks for everything! We will be back!

Well-appointed apartment with floor to ceiling windows! I’m a linen snob and the bedding and towels were top notch. Kasa was very responsive to all issues (nothing major). Would definitely stay again.
