The home was even better than what we expected! Sparkling clean, kitchen stocked, plenty of towels and bedding, games, and even shampoo and conditioner. The pool area was wonderful, spent a lot of time in there and loved the window that opens from the kitchen to pass food through. Bathroom has a door that opens to the pool area, so no wet kids running through the house, getting water everywhere! We enjoyed relaxing on the dock on the canal with our coffee in the mornings. Loved having the washer and dryer, they worked great, along with all the kitchen appliances, and the TVs in every bedroom were really nice. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and minutes away from several restaurants. We will definitely look to book the sea horse ranch if we are back in Cocoa Beach!

We had a good stay at Seahorse Ranch. It’s not quite the perfect rental home we were hoping for but very clean. A three star house needing some updates, but we give Janice 5 stars!
Janice was VERY helpful and quite responsive. She responded quickly to a pest control issue. At the end of our stay, we sent her a list of things we feel needed improvement for future guests. (Minor maintenance and linen update.) She is such a good host that I suspect if we had sent her our ideas earlier in the week, she would have taken care of some of them.
We loved how clean the house was, we loved the one-level living, we enjoyed sitting in the screened in pool area and on the dock, watching wildlife in the canal, and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood location close to everything.
If you kayak, we recommend renting kayaks as you can access the Thousand Island area (where kayak tours go ) right from the canal. We used A1A Beach Rentals and were happy with their free delivery and pick-up.

But happy to say the Seahorse Ranch was a great spot, the heated pool was wonderful, 12-min walk to the ocean, some great restaurants 20-30 min walk (few minutes drive). Property manager Autumn was always available and very friendly to deal with (we had an issue with the dryer but it was fixed right away...thank you!).
Note, while the description indicates the kitchen is well stocked for just about any meal prep that can be a bit misleading. The kitchen is definitely well equipped but all cupboards were bare which added to our grocery costs. A few basic non-perishable items would have been helpful (e.g. salt/pepper, spices, cooking oil etc.), but that could be due to a rule of the property. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, can't wait to go back!

This house was perfect for our family get together. House manager was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay and was always very helpful. Our kids spent lots of time in the heated pool and we saw lots of wildlife in the canal including dolphins and manatees! If we vacation in this area again we will definitely look to see if this place is booked.

Area was great. Enjoyed the pool and fishing. Beds need updated, washing machine wouldn’t rinse, freezer was froze over therefore didn’t make ice. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

We came down to see the Artemis launch and had an issue with another property so picked this one up at the last minute. Janice was fabulous, very accomodating with our schedules and situation. We had the same small issue with the washer that I think is resolved now, and Janice was extremely responsive. Cleanliness was the most important thing to me and as I said in the title, this home is sparkling clean. The pool was so much fun! We loved the dock and the wildlife in the canal, also the coconuts floating down the canal. ?! :) One note, it has two keurigs, I didn't see that in the listing so we bought one but when we got there saw that it already had one. Actually two!
Kitchen is very well stocked. You can park in the garage if you want. Nice landscaping, art, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful very spacious house pool was awesome fishing and seeing dolphins in the backyard was spectacular!!! Easy check in and check out! Something was off with the washer machine but was still able to wash clothes … overall great relaxing vacation!! Great place!

This home was perfect, it was walking distance to the ocean and downtown. We saw dolphins, crabs, stingrays, etc from the pier! My only concern was the washing machine had a few difficulties, but otherwise was an amazing trip!

Mile but we walked it every day. Our only complaint was the bedrooms. No dressers in any of the rooms, only one bedroom had a mirror, bedside lamps were really small, and mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Adding comfortable beds, dressers and mirrors would Have made the property perfect. We also needed to add water to the pool several
Times since the mail level got too low for the filter and heater to work properly.

Beautiful home with nature in the backyard
House was very clean, great location that was close to everything, the pool was nice, but we didn’t expect all the beautiful animals in the backyard on the canal! We saw a manatee, a dolphin, ducks, fish jumping and a Herron.

Loved our stay in this home. Beautiful views of the water and birds. Pool was very nice and so glad it was heated. The house is very comfortable, but we spent most of our time on the large, well-furnished patio. Evenings were particularly nice, listening to the fish jump in the canal, and we could even hear the ocean waves just a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Cocoa Beach.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Property Manager was great and always responded quickly. A few things about the property - BBQ did not fully work and was not the one pictured on the online photos and the mattresses/frames need an upgrade as they are not comfortable to sleep on.
All in all...would definitely stay there again!

This is by far the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed at. There were 10 in our party and we had enough room. The pool was awesome and the waterway behind the house was perfect for fishing. We had everything we needed at the house and did a lot of cooking while we were there. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is within walking distance but several blocks away however there is beach access parking right there so no need to walk. Management was nice and very quick to respond. My only 2 complaints were with the master bedroom. The bed sunk badly in the middle making it difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably in it. The master shower drain took FOREVER to drain and if several people are trying to shower back to back you will be standing in someone else’s shower water. Management did say they have a new bed ordered and had a plumbing company come look at the shower claiming it needed some expensive work to fix it. Other than that, I would recommend this place to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay.
