The location is perfect! Very easy access to the beach and surrounding. Love that I could hear the beach waves from our bedroom. This place needs some upgrades like better shower heads. After a full day at the beach a great shower makes a great difference. The shower sucks. Also we had problems with a wrong code to check in. We had to wait about 30 minutes for online help. The internet code was also wrong.

It was so clean beyond expectations. We will be back. Best condo we have ever stayed in.Thank you

October is a wonderful time of year for a beach vacay! Very light crowd and weather was perfect! Condo was very spacious and comfortable with a nice deck to watch and listen to the waves! Would be nice to have more comfortable chairs for deck. I give the cleanliness of Condo a 3 star because the floors felt like they hadn't been mopped or swept and the bathtub and showers were gritty with sand and had mold growing! The dishwasher had a horrible smell and mold all over inside. Actually the whole place needs a deep cleaning! We had a problem with the air conditioning unit on our last day there. Kept going off because the condensation line was stopped up we assume. All that being said, Overall the home was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was clean. Basic essentials were included. Beds were comfortable. Nice location. Nice beachfront. Spaces in the parking garage are too tight!!!

We like the 4 br unit. Plenty of room. However there are areas that need to be addressed. The twin bedroom was exceptionally hot with no ventilation. Our guests had to sleep on the couch. The linens are thread bare and need to be replaced. The kitchen was well stocked except for the silverware. It is old and not enough. Sheets are too small on beds and come off as you sleep and old and thread bare. Finally your deck needs furniture that your guests can relax comfortably not just eat. Hopefully you can encourage your owners to address these issues.

The condo was absolutely spacious and right on the beach. We were able to reserve chairs and umbrellas. The unit provided a blender, Kitchenaide and Keurig. The elevator was never crowded. The master bedroom bed was lumpy and unfortunately there were small cups but not large cups for the coffee. The unit was not clean at 4pm when the contract said it would be. I called the management (Vacasa) 3 times with promises to have it clean but I ended up flagging down a housekeeper on the third floor to clean the room. Still did not hear from management even though promised several times call back. We basically wasted Saturday night waiting for the unit to be cleaned. This was very disappointing.

Very clean and easy to access. Large balcony and spacious rooms. Only a couple of small things- mattresses needed replacing and are worn, front bedroom with twin beds is a little hot (maybe a vent issue). Otherwise, it’s a great stay for large families.

This condo was perfect! Big balcony with great view. Chair rental service on beach was great! The condo is very spacious and rooms were large. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Large table was great for game night. Pool was lovely. We noticed a previous review that said the mattress in the King Bedroom off living room was sagging and messaged Vacasa to see if it had been replaced. It had not. We sent photos to them so hopefully they will replace it. Also, the back bedroom with twin beds is hot. Needed to use box fans and leave door open. Also let Vacasa know about that and they will have someone check it. I got very quick responses from Vacasa and if they fix those issues this condo would be awesome. Definitely would stay again.

The goods: Great condo with sweet views (love the big balcony!) Tons of room for everyone to spread out. Four bathrooms was awesome. Big TVs for watching the game. Kitchen has plenty of space and everything we needed. Elevators were quick and easy access to beach. Pizza place and bar across the street was convenient. Heated pool for those with little ones is nice. Check-in/out super easy. The bad: king mattress off the living room needs replacing (sags in the middle). Not very comfortable and we ended up shifting people around to other beds after the first night and some achy backs. One of the twin bed frames in the bedroom squeaks everytime you move, so it woke us up a lot. The so-so but can live with it: Water pressure in the master shower is a little weak, but I’ve seen worse. Fix the beds and this place would be perfect!

Condo was nice and as advertised. Pool and hot tub had issues week we were there. All in all nice place to stay. Parking was not an issue week we stayed Assigned parking space for condo very tight for Honda mini van

Nice furniture, good beds, loved that there was no carpeting. Loved having 2 beach chairs and umbrella with the unit. Unit was satisfactorily clean. In need of working ice maker, better stocked kitchen.

Sister trip. We all loved the condo! We had plenty of room. Place was was very comfortable and quiet. Can't beat the location. Easy entry. Only complaint is parking garage spaces are to small for large suv but lot outside was fine. Hope to come back and stay in same condo.

This unit has lots of space and is spread out which was great for us traveling with 3 couples and 2 kids. Views were great. Cleanliness could have been a little better in the bathrooms. Parking was not so great along with the “gym” if you want to even call it that. We loved enjoying the pool while being able to see the ocean. Not too busy of an area either. Fast elevators. Free ice, which took a big stress off of us not having to venture off the property to stock our coolers for the day. Our only real issue was the front right bedroom of the unit (room with the two beds), closest room to the door of the unit… never cooled. We thought this was maybe because it was open while unloading but we had to use multiple fans to keep the kids cool for the duration of our stay. It wasn’t even too hot for our trip so I imagine it gets down right hot in that room during mid summer. Overall, we would stay here again!

Plenty of room in this condo for our family of 8; Three couples and small children. King beds were comfy but queen bed was a little less comfortable and could use an upgrade. We all kept commenting on how much space we had and everyone had privacy. Kitchen is pretty well equipped but none of the skillets or baking sheets were non stick. We definitely would rent again if we return to Pensacola. Pool looks a little less than inviting in the pictures but is was nice. No children area though but they do allow children in the hot tub when accompanied by an adult. The pool was 3ft to 4ft I believe. Nice and free ice machine just off the pool area was always well stocked. All the maintenance people we ran across when out and about were very helpful and friendly. This condo even had a designated area to leave beach equipment or toys that you no longer needed for others to have if they desired. We were on the fourth floor and view was excellent to beach and part of the pool.

This place was just perfect for our family. Great ocean view and the accommodations were just what we needed for our family of 6. Easy access to the pool, the beach, & the grilling area. We hope to come back again to this exact place!

Lots of room, all bathrooms were updated and clean. 2 Bedrooms had balconies. Elevators were quick going up and down. Never had to wait more than a minute. We had 2 Seniors with limitations and everything had easy access. They both loved the pool with some shade. Loved the covered parking. Updated Kitchen with everything we needed.

The condo was well stocked and huge. Probably one of my favorite stays through VRBO and very affordable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I've had the pleasure of being able to travel multiple different places and room in multiple abodes but I can easily say, this rental has managed to top them all. It exceeded our expectations. Everything we want in a rental was provided--easy check-in and check-out, excellent views of the beach, clean rooms, comfortable beds and furniture, working internet, plenty of linen, a kitchen with the proper tools to cook and eat. The neighborhood was nice and there was quick to local stores and eateries but also a short drive to neighboring Pensacola. Overall, it was a perfect rental to make our getaway perfect.

Friends met up from different parts of the country. Plenty of room and private quarters and being on the ocean was our favorite part.

Home was great. Only shower curtain had mildew. Toaster didn’t work

Very roomy and comfortable. Right on the beach. Gym and hot tub were a little small, but overall a very great rental.

We had a thoroughly lovely time staying at the property. It's well decorated with tons of space. Be warned you will need to provide just about everything consumable (coffee filters, basic seasonings, dishwasher detergent, etc.) only a single days worth of coffee and dishwashing was provided. Not our usual VRBO / Air B and B experience in that regard.

Plenty of space and comfortable beds made our stay a pleasant one.

Really enjoyed the condo. It is very spacious. We had 7 people from ages 82-12. Plenty of room to spread out and have some privacy in the bedrooms. Loved the view. Beach and pool were clean and easy to get to. Especially like the little coffee/bar area with the Keurig. The balcony was very large and enjoyed by all. The African decorations are so interesting.

Great experience with Vacasa.

We have been here several times and I love it. I would definitely recommend vacationing here.

I am not sure we will stay at Windemere again. The reason for this is the lack of communication and the room was not cleaned as well as it should have been. The warming drawer in the kitchen still had cooked bacon in it, under one of the beds there was a piece of clothing that had been left by previous guests, under the couch was a bottle of childrens bubbles. One of the rooms was missing a TV remote and the AC did not seem to be cooling the same room. We called and was told a ticket would be submitted. The next day the AC filter was changed out but the room still was not cooling. We received a call about the TV remote the day before we checked out. Poor communication on the part of management. No one was on site to be able to talk to.We had a wonderful time however, for the price we spent it just seems like things should have been cleaner and the communication should have been quicker.

This unit was the best . Could not improve on anything. Everyone had a great time .Hopefully we will back for years to come same unit is a must .Thank you thank you
