This is a comfortable condo with a great mountain view. The kitchen is especially well equipped and the living room and master has AC that kept us comfortable even during a some record heat for the valley. We especially enjoy the location so close to the bike trails and River Run day lodge and lifts. Definitely easy walking distance. The only down sides have little to due with this actual unit, but the elevator was broken the week we were there. The two flights of stairs were not a real problem unless you booked it as an accessible unit. The other down side is that the cleaning crew leaves the blinds open and you are welcomed by a nice sunny view but a really hot condo that takes a day to cool down. That just goes to show you that the corporate Vacasa chatbot does not relay review information to the folks taking care of you locally. Still a good unit with good owners who set up the condo for your comfort.

I rent yet VRBO so I can deal directly with owners. Did not realize I was renting from a property managed by vaCasa when I booked. I gripes include that they do not communicate via Vrbo, such that I did not have a check in instructions as of the morning of check in. I was unable to get into a storage locker. That was a main reason for our booking, and was not able to resolve that through them. I had questions about check out that I could not get answered.… And spent a frustrating amount of my time in the process of trying to communicate, regarding the above, without satisfaction

We spent a long weekend at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed the location. You are able to walk to town as well as the Riverrun Base Lodge at Sun Valley. The underground parking garage and separate ski locker were very helpful, and the hot tub was enjoyable after a day of skiing.

The space is as advertised. Roomy, big kitchen with all the amenities. We were here in July when it is hot and the A/C is not powerful enough to cool the place down. The 2 bedrooms toward the front do not have a)c units and were miserably hot even with fans we asked for. I was traveling with a 92 year old and asked several times for an early check in but denied, until I called for the 4thbtkme and someone told me NO one was in the unit the previous day!! This stress could have easily been avoided. Too many hands in the pot where communication is involved and it was horrible. Had to ask for toilet paper, dish soap and laundry soap.

Beautiful views, stocked with everything you could need! Would absolutely rent again

The unit was exactly as shown, clean and well stocked. The Vacasa team timely communicated all details (address, access codes, etc) making smooth arrival & access to unit AND quickly responded to our questions & requests. Great stay!

This was a reasonably hot summer in Sun Valley and the partial airconditioning was both extremely noisy and not sufficient. Washer a dry were small but functional. Everything else was fine.

Big and spacious. Clean. Air conditioned, which was huge when we stayed their. Everything was in working order. Great location. Easy walk to town. Quiet. Nice balcony to relax on at night. Would definitely stay their again.

The property was beyond great. I cook a lot and it had more than I could ever use or want. It is a short drive to the ski area. I imagine there is a bus too. When I had an issue with clicking on the stove, they were right there to look at it. I can easily recommend this place to absolutely anyone. It is comfortable and very clean. Good job.

Clean, warm, fully stocked.

This was perfect for our summer family vacation as we enjoy great food and exploring all that Ketchum has to offer, and of course close proximity to trails for hiking, biking, and sightseeimg.

We loved this condo—spacious, clean and close to town and the bike trail. Over the years, we have stayed all over SV and while we have loved all of those locations, this one seemed to be the best of all worlds. The fact that we never had to take a car to go anywhere, we could walk out the door and be at the river, cycling to Hailey on the bike trail or walking to dinner. Perfect!

We appreciated a clean, airy apartment that is walking distance to Bald Mt., the river and town. The gym and hot tub were an added bonus.

Nice relaxing visit

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. Most importantly, the location is perfect. It is a very pleasant 5-10 minute walk to town and minutes from the bike path and Wood River. It is truly the perfect starting point for any trip to Sun Valley. The condo itself is super comfortable and attractive. It has lots of light, plenty of space and was so well equipped. The kitchen in particular was very well stocked. Since we visited during Covid-19, we cooked a lot. There were plenty of extra towels, portable fans, extra blankets. It truly had everything we could need. Having access to the washer/dryer was also very helpful. Lastly, the view from the deck is so nice and is the perfect way to start the day with coffee and end with wine! We would absolutely recommend this condo and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
