Very clean waterfront home with easy access to boating and great restaurants.

We were amazed when we arrived. The house is beautiful! It's even better than the pictures. We felt like we were living in luxury. Everything seemed brand new. The pool area is so nice. Great pool with an umbrella. Loved the zero entry section for our 1 & 2 year olds to play in. Also had a lot of outdoor seating areas to relax and have meals.

The pictures don't do it justice. It is a magnificent property. They thought of everything when they built this house. It was definitely, the nicest house we ever stayed in. A great location on the water in a great neighborhood. We had our kids and grandkids with us and they all enjoyed every minute. The pool was delicious. And our PM's Cindy and Mike could not have been more responsive. Great experience!

Such a great property for the family - clean, new and with every amenity you could ask for - the Key Colony community gives you access to Sunset Beach, Restaurant, Bar, Par 3 Golf, Bait shop, Bikes, Pontoon Rentals and basically everything you need for a great family vacation. Cindy our host was prompt, courteous and helpful the entire time

We truly enjoyed our vacation at this property. Beginning with the property manager we had nothing but good experiences. Cindy was attentive to detail and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The house itself was top notch- beautiful design and decor. The location was ideal. Loved having our boat in the water right at the house. Would highly recommend.

INCREDIBLE HOME! Fully stocked. Great location. Clean! Wonderful and helpful owner. The cabana was perfect for an adult couple plus our young four year old on the pull out couch. Two big fridges plus a mini fridge. The beach towels were a big help. There’s a pull out bed plus a high chair. Will be back!

Our stay at Kokomo was over and above what we expected… The property is immaculate the location is perfect. The pictures online do not do it justice. Cannot wait to go back next year.

For many years we have been visiting Marathon with our 5 children ages 13-20. We especially love the safe feeling of Key Colony. This home was picture perfect in every way. We loved everything about it. Can’t wait to visit next year.

This house was 100% amazing! Not only is the home beautiful to look at but it literally has everything you would need on vacation, down to all the different charging ports needed for various electronic devices located next to every bed. If I had to come up with one recommendation, it would be that the outdoor kitchen area could use a sink. The location was perfect for Atlantic or Gulf side water access and the dock was great for our 30' Blackfin. I even got to paddleboard the canal almost everyday. Cindy was great to work with and it was a big plus that she lives right down the street. We have already booked for next year. This place is more than can be described and made our first family vacation in the Keys together truly magical.

House was everything advertised and more! Layout was perfect; kitchen fully stocked with more than you would need. Very nicely decorated and immaculately clean. Can’t say enough good things.

This is our second time staying at the house and we have already booked our third trip. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need. We take our boat and the dock and access to the gulf and Atlantic is perfect. Cindy is always available if you need anything or have any questions.

This house is beautiful and was just as described - actually the pictures did not do the house enough justice. The space was perfect for our group of 8 and the house was stocked with anything you could need. The location is perfect for boating, as is the dock. We will definitely be returning!

We loved the house and location. We had 2 families with 4 teenagers and one 8 year old. We did tons of fishing, and being close to the end of the canal made it a quick trip before the fishing could begin. We love the restaurants in that area, but we also loved cooking at the house with night time swimming and watching sunsets! The pool was a hit for the adults and kids. Fishing, lobstering, diving and spear fishing, mermaid classes , the turtle hospital, and swimming with the dolphins and manatees were just a few of our highlights! We hope to be back soon!

THIS IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY .Everything was there for a great vacation. You will enjoy this house .We had a 38 fountain boat that we had at the dock it fit perfectly.....See you next year..

Very convenient to all Marathon has to offer!

Absolutely amazing experience! The house was beautiful, very clean, and had everything you need both inside and outside. Fully stocked kitchen with all cookware and utensils you could ever need. The pool and dock area was a huge plus. The no wake ride is extremely short both ways which makes this house a perfect match for a fishing or diving vacation. Communication with the host was bar none.

We chose this home for our vacation with family to the keys. It is a beautiful home, very well taken care of. We were very pleased with all the property had to offer as well !

We've vacationed in Marathon annually for over 20 years and for the past 5 years, specifically in Key Colony. We really enjoyed our stay at this property, it was clean, beautiful, had a great layout and quick access out with the boat. We would stay here again for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property included everything we could possibly need. The owners and property manager went over and above to make sure our stay was the perfect vacation. I highly recommend this beautiful, well-maintained and clean home for anyone looking for a great place to stay. We will definately consider staying here again.

We are experienced travelers and have used VRBO many times. This property was excellent. Brand new, clean, well appointed. All master suites were great, and bathrooms were excellent. Downstairs outside living area worked great . . . nice pool with sun or shade. Was nice to have the Cabana suite on the lower level as well. Quick and easy boat access to both the ocean and bay side. Excellent dock with water, cleaning station, and bait freezer. Cindy was great as well. Highly recommend! Note that reservations are Sunday to Sunday.

The owners thought of everything in this home! Everything was brand new and high end. We loved it all. Super short boat ride to the Atlantic or the Gulf (2 minutes). Separate guest suite off the pool with it’s own kitchen (Cabana), so cool! Two master suites upstairs. The whole family spent a huge amount of time down by the pool hanging out under the spacious covered living room area and outdoor kitchen. The design and layout of the home made it so easy for our entire extended family to be together and enjoy a fantastic vacation. Gorgeous sunsets from the veranda. Property manager was great.
