The good…the place was clean and spacious. It has an amazing view from the balcony. The 2 big pools were nice and big and warm. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that it came with free beach chair and umbrella rental for our stay. The unit also came with convenient things such as small amounts of dish and laundry soap, toilet paper, and paper towels to get through the first day or two. The bad….hot tub not working and I couldn’t get anyone from Vacasa to respond to emails. There were lights out in master closet and master vanity that made it impossible to see. There was very little room for luggage and clothes in the double bedroom. At times there are long waits at elevator and one kept breaking down. Nearby parking is limited for those that have mobility issues. Overall it is a nice place. If we ever came back to Perdido Island we would stay again. However, we will likely not be back due to loving Fort Walton Beach so much.

Everything was amazing decor and all. The only complaint I have is that there were a few scratches on the dining room table and dresser in the master bedroom, also there wasn't enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub.

Good area seemed right in the middle of Alabama shores and Pensacola! Walking distance to breakfast club so yummy and a few shops!

Such a beautiful condo. Views are breath taking! Just as described. Was called by renters after we arrived to make sure everything was ok and then in middle of stay to make sure it was still alright. This place was clean and very well cared for. Will def be coming back to this one

Palacio 1005 was spacious and had everything we needed! It was so clean and fresh smelling when we walked in! The couch was a favorite as it had room for everyone! Beautiful view and comfy furniture on the balcony! Thanks for a great stay! We’ve used Vacasa several years in a row and they are a top notch rental agency!

The condo was very clean and was everything our family of 8 needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked with basic utensils, plates, pots and pans. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Pleasant surprise when we went to the beach…the owners had an umbrella and chairs already reserved for us! Definitely will be back

The condo had gorgeous views. The location was perfect and just across the street from shopping, food, and snow cones. It was super easy to get to the beach. The beach service was super, be sure and check in with them as soon as you arrive to get closer to the water. The balcony furniture was super comfortable, that’s where we spent most of our time. The property manager was great, making sure our checkin process went ok and that the condo was in good condition. Just make sure your parking pass is visible at all times. I recommend moving your car while returning the parking pass because we got a sticker notice in the short time it took to return it. Other than that, no complaints. Don’t hesitate with this condo, we can’t wait to go again.

We spent a month in this condo & were very pleased with the accommodations. The kitchen was well equipped for a vacation rental, but would recommend bringing your own kitchen utensils if you’re a serious cook. This condo was comfortable, but in need of updating. The big positive in our month here was the excellent service of Vacasa! Every problem was taken care of quickly & with friendly service. We would be happy to rent this condo again next year but not for the doubled rental increase!

It has great access to the beach and pool. Location is good with restaurants and shopping across the street.

Overall, the unit and property were nice and fit our needs. Both pools and the hot tub were great. The unit itself could use some updates.

Decorated beautifully and roomy! Loved it and would stay in this condo again. Only complaint was washed had an odor and dryer kept shutting off without clothes being dry. But other than that a great stay!

This was the perfect property for 2 adults, 3 kids (13, 9, 6). Had plenty of room for 3 or 4 more. Pool area had plenty of seating in great shape. Walkway to beach is short & has lots of shower heads to rinse sand off when coming in. Used complimentary chairs and umbrella every day. They are set closer together than what we experienced with pay services at other beaches on Gulf but not too cramped. This is definitely on our list of favorites to return to!

It was easy to get to our unit. We loved the unit and the location. We liked the space and amenities!

The area and beach were awesome.. however we had trouble with receiving WiFi fro a couple of days.. the dryer needs to be fixed because it took 2 hours to dry towels and the washer smelt like mildew.. the condo could use some attention but for the most part was great.. no dresser or chest in #2&3 bedrooms.. the view from the awesome balcony was amazing 🥰 the association manager was not friendly at all and treated the beach staff awful 😔 had a wonderful vacay but not likely to rent this one again..

Room was clean and roomy for 9 ladies. Enough room for a queen size air mattress in the master. Pools were nice and beach was very close to condo. Loved that the condo came with 2 chairs and umbrella. Would stay again.

Nice complex. Big unit. Issue with the washing machine that took several days to fix but accommodations were made for us to be able to wash. The desk at the complex was helpful during business hours but it was frustrating to have to call the reservations phone number (and a long hold time) for after hours maintenance/service. Minor inconveniences in the unit that need attention but overall a nice place.
