Only a couple blocks to the beach.

The place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Extremely clean and the host has all the little things you may need like coffee pods, iron, sound machine, blow dryer... We loved being able to walk to the train and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the accommodations provided at this place. The owners were very helpful and everything went very smoothly

This property is a great get away. That is a short walk to the beach and T station. Clean house and great host to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and convenient with everything we need

We were very happy with our stay for many reasons. First of all, its a good location. The most beautiful beach with huge seashells is quite literally a 4 minute walk. The owner provided beach chairs, beach blankets, beach umbrellas, everything! There is a 7-Eleven a block away if you forget anything. The assigned, large, safe parking area is a huge bonus too. Its a 15 minute drive or T into downtown Boston. Secondly, the interior is beautiful. 2 good sized bedrooms with comfy beds, a beautiful modern bathroom, stunning kitchen. The living/dining area is huge! You just cant get this feeling of space from a hotel room. Full size washer and dryer, all kinds of useful things like laundry detergent, coffee creamer, spices, condiments, hand sanitizer, etc. Tastefully decorated too. Last of all, I must say that the owners are very very responsive. Within 5 minutes of running out of paper towels, they brought me some. I liked not having to wait if i had a question too. Stay here, its great.

Olga’s place is amazing! If we are ever back in MA, this is where we will stay! Anything you forgot, this apartments got it. Beds are crazy comfy-everything is beautifully decorated! 7-11 and 99 restaurant super close. Billy’s Chinese right next door, was phenomenal! Thank you for sharing your amazing space!

Property was as advertised. Great location for the subway and easy to get to. You’ll notice the road noise but it’s the price you pay for location. The host did provide sound machines for the rooms, however we didn’t require them. Overall happy with the house and communication with the host was always within 1 hour for a reply.

Very accurate to the listing, beds were comfy. Check in was a breeze a lot of easy to access parking. Far enough away from the city to feel relaxed but very easy to get in and out of Boston.

This was a great place to stay near Boston. We were close to the train station and it was very easy to get downtown. The place was clean and accurate to the listing

We had a great stay. Plenty of room, modern, towels, coffee and very clean. 8-10 min walk to subway at into Boston. The listing says it is in a busy street… that is no joke. It is right at a light if 2 very very busy streets. If your are a med to light sleeper this might not be the place for you. Was nice to have washer and dryer to wash clothes before heading home. Would recommend, just know it is loud.

Easy to get any place in Boston area

Was overall an excellent house and could not have asked for a better property. The only problem that arose was the loudness of the traffic at night, but it was drowned out by the AC. Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is great! It is very close to public transportation, so it is fine if you don’t want to rent a car. We had a car and just left it parked because transportation was so convenient. The little Mexican restaurant a tiny bit South on N Shore was absolutely delicious, so if you need quick takeout, it’s a winner! The apartment was perfect for 2 or 4 people, and both beds are comfortable. It was beautiful. We would absolutely rent again!

We had a really amazing stay at this apartment! The place is clean and beautiful, and it has everything you could need if you forget to pack something. Parking in back of the building was great, and the location was also awesome. We had a really amazing time and would love to come back. Aura was a great host, I would 100% would recommend staying here :)

When we 1st arrived, we were a little scared... the neighborhood does not appear to be the best, but it is an up and coming area with a lot of high dollar, high rises being built around it. We had no issues with people or the area after we got comfortable there. We were disappointed as we thought there was an outdoor patio, but it appears to be for the other tenants in the back of the house. My only recommendation to the owners is to allow access via the back door, so you don't have to go out to the street for access. We had the ability to go out the door, but couldn't lock it, so we were forced to use the front door on the main street. The location was central to Cape Cod, Boston and Salem, places we wanted to visit while in the area. It says "Beach" location, but the beach is not one as you would expect (like a Wildwood NJ or Virginia Beach setting with a boardwalk and lots of people swimming) - I did not feel comfortable walking down the street with beach items, I would recommend driving there if you go to the beach. Honestly we didn't even make it to the beach and that was the "selling" point of our rental.Upon arriving, we had to go past the house, and turn around as it was very heavy traffic. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. A lot of pluses like snacks and coffee for guests, motion lights in the back parking area. They also had quite a few brochures about the surrounding areas. My only other point is that the front bedroom was VERY LOUD as the location is just 2 doors down from a very busy traffic light. The owners provided ear plugs for use if you wanted them, however, if you left the fan on the a/c running it blocked out most of the noise while trying to sleep. Overall, I would rate this as a 4/5 stars. I would stay again if in the area, now that I know the area is not an issue! They say never judge a book by its cover, and this was one of those instances for sure!Note, we went to the Wharf for dinner (it is just around the corner) the 1st night and it was VERY GOOD!!! I highly recommend it!
