There was no enough hotwater. Heating was problematic. We have not been able to reach the reception over the phone by multiple alls. One of our guets had to sleep on the floor on the couch pillows due to the lack of extra beds. Extra beds are advertised on the website as free when I booked the room.

The business is clean and family friendly. Employees are extremely respectful, level and caring. A great buffet breakfast with stunning views is included in the extremely affordable room rate. The rooms are very spacious but very clean, as are the sheets and towels. I easily reached the place I needed to go for the meeting with my own vehicle. However, vehicle-free transportation seems difficult. The comments here were effective in my choice, thank you to those who wrote. A new, clean, high-rise building in a quiet and calm area. You can stay with your family. The staff is caring and courteous. I don't know if it was a star hotel, but it is in the setting of a 4 star hotel. The pool area

Cleaning service is poor dirty windows and floors. Receptionist is not speaking English German or Russian Language. The apartment has a kitchen without any equipment inside so it is useless. Plus i kindly ask for a early check in per mail no one answered, when i arrived they offered me a paid early check in and charged 700lira.

the location is in a quite place

no room service and they don’t clean from a day to another.the elevator floor was always wet from people using the pool.used towels thrown on the floor of the reception and nobody to remove them. the cleanliness of room was average and the price of the room does not worth the service they provide. i booked for 4 days but i left the second morning.i found a 5 stars hotel for the rest of my stay in mersin and the difference was huge between these 2 hotels and almost for the same price. maybe my comments will incite the “hotel” to improve their service. i hope so.
