Have stayed in many vacation rentals and this house was the best equipped house of them all....everything you need is here. Beautiful clean home and the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Sit back on any one of the excellent patio/ dock chairs and watch the world go by on the bay or pick up a paddle and go out on the kayak. Look forward to returning!

We had a lovely Fall getaway at this unbelievably beautiful home! We felt to lucky to have found a quiet place with gorgeous views in East Point section of Manahawkin’s bay community. We had everything we need for our extended stay.. the kitchen gear was just want we needed for home cooking; home office with two monitor set up made working from “home” a treat. The living room was very comfy and we spent most nights either enjoying the big screen tv or taking in the views. Would be great for a large family as well. Above all our host was so accommodating and kind. We were staying while our home underwent renovations and Fernando was very fexible when our schedule changed. Already Planning to rent again during the summer.

We have never stayed in a home as clean and fully equipped as this one. You will need nothing to feel at home here. The beach decor and roominess made my family feel cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 8-9 of us and a baby. Waking up to that view every morning was awesome! We didn’t even have to leave the house for a vacation feel. We had a wonderful staycation! We swam in the bay, rode the kayaks, soaked up the sun, caught crabs, and grilled and ate while gazing at the view. Fernando was attentive and informative. Fernando, you and your wife did a great job making your home a fantastic rental. We will definitely be back!

Fernando was a great host. Quick to respond to my questions. We love Beach Haven West. Never had we been on the bayside and this property did not disappoint. Amazing sunrise, great pier for crabbing (kids loved it) , ample room to entertain our guests and a quick 10-15 minute ride to the beach. The house was very comfortable for two families. Thank you Fernando , we hope to be back in the future.

Stop right here! This property is simply amazing and Fernando is just as. He was very accommodating and helpful from day one of my booking until the very end always available for your questions or concerns. This beach house was immaculate. So much detail went into this place. Every picture or knickknack is perfectly placed. The pictures do not do it justice. I’m an avid renter of homes around the world and very particular and can honestly say you will be very happy here. If you go to the market before you get here, you will never need to leave again but if you do, LBI SeaShell Beach Club as he mentions is about 30mins away food is great and the town of Beach Haven is so cute definitely should check it out so many little shops and food choices. Neighbors are delightful, very friendly and helpful. I’m jealous of everyone staying after me. Please treat this home with love and care and enjoy it to the fullest! Fernando thank you so very much! Wonderful stay at Fernando’s bayside retreat. 10 minute drive to LBI beaches, but so much to do without leaving the home. Gas grill, beautiful long updated dock/pier for crabbing and tying up your tubes on, watch the boats and jet skis go by, go for a walk, bike ride.. the list goes on. Beautiful home with all of the amenities you need at your home away from home. Our pups thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well with the plethora of dog toys available to them. Would absolutely stay again!! Thank you Fernando and family for your hospitality!!! Can’t wait to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bay Breeze house and cannot wait to visit again! The views of the bay at sunrise and sunset were amazing and just what was needed during this time. The house was immaculate and there was more than enough space for three teens/pre-teens and our dog! Fernando was extremely responsive and helpful when we had any questions and we really felt like home during our week stay. We have lasting memories of a fun-filled, relaxing week at a beautiful home that we will never forget. We’ll be back again soon!
