Great except outdoor grill took an hour to clean

We had a great stay! The views are amazing, house was great, enough room and things to do for all of us! The only thing that was a little disappointing was a company showed up to service the hot tub on Saturday afternoon and the water was pretty chilly for that evening because the heater didn't get turned back on. Other than that we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Justin!

No photograph can do justice for how amazing the views are from this property! The place was huge, clean, and perfect for medium to large groups. The host was responsive to a couple minor questions we had, and overall we had a great time!

Great house for our family and friends! We fit well and it was very clean! Hot tub was awesome—a welcome amenity! Beautiful views to wake up to—sunrise and sunsets were both beautiful! Thank you for great accommodations to help us all have a very enjoyable weekend!!

Everything was perfect for our large group. Lots of space and beds, great kitchen with everything needed to prepare large meals.

We had 14 people for a 40th birthday party and the house was perfect! The rooms were great, and almost everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub was nice and the kitchen well equipped (two microwaves and two stoves!) The location was great-away from neighbors and kinda of secluded but also very close to grocery stores, breweries, and outdoor activities. Half our party went alpine skiing at Keystone and the others were able to cross-country ski at Frisco Nordic Center nearby. Justin was communicative and a great host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home in a magnificent setting!!

Beautiful home with a great location. Silverthorne is an amazing town with many options very close by. Justin is a great host and the house added a perfect place to stay while enjoying Colorado.

Great house. UNDERSTATED in the listing. Beutiful amd spacious house , great views, nice decks... Very ,very acomidating host. All in all a great experiance.

Needed to get away during these Covid times and this was a spacious option with beautiful views. The kids loved the movie room and adults loved the extra large hot tub. I especially loved that you could walk to a trailhead. It was almost 9.75 miles from the house to the waterfall. We didn’t use the room with the queen bed and bunks, and beware the bath for those occupants is downstairs. There is also a drumset in the room so I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving kids alone in that room. Communication with Justin was easy. There were plenty of notes and safety warnings which were appreciated. We brought our own espressos machine but there was a Keuring and french press tucked away in a lower cabinet. We also brought a baby gate but didn’t end up using it. The steps are wood but not necessarily extra steep. The location has beautiful views but sits atop Silverthorne which has lots of commercial shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Lake Dillon for renting boats or paddle boards. Overall the family appreciated everyone having their own room with an attached bath. If I rent again I may bring my own comfy pillow though!
