No parking for vehicles. And that they asked to park on side of the road . They said that it was safe . But it isn’t safe my car headlight washers was missing. Someone robbed it. Management was not answering for that .

Nice hotel to stay at a reasonable rate near the railway station with all amenities.

Nil Nothing negative to say about the lodge. Nothing to mention bad remarks on it. Disturbance near the hotel because of the crowd because tea shoots & meals & tiffin hotels. No other things to mention.

The reception desk failed to honor the booking.com rates. The rate at which I booked it was Rs 728. The receptionist stated the rate of booking.com isn't applicable at the hotel. He the asked for Rs 1300, almost double. How is that fair? The reception staff was extremely rude too. Piss poor pathetic hotel.

I like the accommodation ambiance and comfort in the room.

The way the staff of the hotel handling the customers was not good People have been coming there from long distance they are not giving accommodation before the check in time they are asking to book directly there itself and giving reply to customers was in a harsh manner ridiculous apart from that everything was ok

It was near in the prime location

We book the room at 12pm 29/05/2023.. and we got a booking confirmation also. But when I was reaching there, that time was 29/05/23, 21.45 pm. They told me no room, please get out. I'm showing my booking confirmation message, it's not used in one rupee. I feel very very ashame front of my wife. What is the truth actually, hotel's in not control in Oyo. That's the fact. But I was very lucky, the same time, one person vacat the room, so, the hotel receptionist was told me, dirt fellows, wait there in 20 mins, we will try to give the room, but only cash and phone pay. Credit card is not accepting ., My booking time 29/05/23. And I got a message for if not reached, are no show, the hotel person will be detected full amount in my credit card.
