We really enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable the beds were nice and the place was spacious and clean!

Great location. Marina is 100 yds. Secluded waterfront, lots of privacy , very quiet, free ice. Inside was clean and comfortable. Great little place

A quick weekend getaway! Loved, loved, loved this place! Nice quiet cove! We caught lots of fish! Super clean! Owner & Housekeeping were professional! The room was comfortable! I could not think of anything that we would need. They even had a griddle for pancakes etc! We will be back! Thanks for having us!

This was our second time renting from Sam. As with the first time we were not disappointed. We get a lot of good times from our stay. Quick response if anything comes up that you might need help with. Great place for fishing, sunsets and bright stars at night. It's why we want to come back again. Thanks for letting us stay and leaving Hectic by the firepit.

Check-in and out was a breeze. Place was as expected. Good area for fishing with a boat dock. Bonus ice machine on site. Would stay here again.

This property is perfect for 2 fishermen . Marina is less the 1 mile away to launch your boat.

The room was clean and the area was quiet, the housekeeper checked on us numerous times and made sure we had no issues. Only downside was no internet even though it was listed as on site.

Everything was very nice. Plenty of room for kids to play. Very clean and comfortable. I am 71 so my only complaint was the rocks outside the front of the rooms. A concrete or asphalt walkway between rooms would have been nice. Other than that it was great. Easy access to lake and nearby boat ramp. We will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a great time. Nice clean room for weekend or a week. Had everything we needed. Owner was very accommodating. Made some new friends and met with some friendly locals. Wouldn't mind a repeat next year.

Management was wonderful. It’s a cute little place for a weekend away. They are still in the process of updating, but still useable as is.

The property itself was very nice and perfect for a fishing trip. The mosquitoes were terrible and even inside the apartment. The result of post-hurricane we understand. That would be our only issue.

Pleasantly surprised! This was a last minute get away to Toledo Bend Lake which we had never visited. We had no idea what to expect; loved the area. Rental was the perfect little private get away spot for our family as we explored the area. Would love to return with more family and rent the entire triplex!

We enjoyed our stay here. The little appartment was just as seen in the pictures. Nice and quaint. The room was very clean. It would have been nice if the room had been facing the lake though. So we could just step outside on looking the lake. If you plan to fry your catch you may want to bring your own fish fryer. The one available was full of old grease and looked like it had been sitting there a lonnng time. Also the area in which the bbq pit and fryer were, was nothing extravagant. Just a couple mettle chairs in the dirt under the awning in the back. Over all the stay was nice. We had a nice clean place to sleep and cook. The kitchen isn't stocked too well but we did minimal cooking anyways. A good place to stay if fishing a weekend tournament.
