Great location, wonderful appartment, fully equiped with everything you could need. A wonderful base to explore the beautiful city of Alkmaar and beyond.

Good location in centre. Walking distance from Station.Very comfortable with good quality sheets and towels. Well equipped for self catering.

Lots of stairs up to apartment. ( more than I expected) Also could have done with some instructions on use of oven and TV , but didn’t particularly put me out! Also could have been warned about the Cathedral bells which chimed through the night. Luckily I’m a fairly good sleeper!!

The location is perfect. The apartment was accessorized for everything needed, from a spoon and salt in the kitchen to games to the little once. Comfy beds. Large open area in the living room. Nice porch.

Only one keys was given. The owner wasn't as available as needed, very nice and helped when answered but sometimes it didn't matter by the time we got a response. At night the apartment is very cold, the thermostat is not easy to understand. The lights in the apartment are very low. There were some broken items in the apartment that looks like been like this for a while.

The terrace and the bathroom and the location were exceptional. Loved that my son could stay enjoying the outdoors even while at home. They had toys and coloring pages set up for him which he and even I were so happy with :) The refurbishment of the bathroom is definately a 10+. The location is spectacular, we had everything we need from supermarkets to parks to restaurants and shops and even canals. My room had access to a lot of natural light it was perfectly balanced as they had blinds so at night it could be pitch black ( perfect for a good night sleep) , Really think that the open wardrobe is a great idea keeps everything very tidy. The atmosphere of the house was beautiful would definately stay there again. Thank you for the lovely lady's help with figuring out last minute transport, we really appreciated it ❤️

Would have enjoyed more light during the night in the kitchen. Both of the beds would be double beds as one of them were 2 singles together. There were construction exactly in our street which wasnt much fun listening to certain machines all night long. An extra pair of keys would have been handy too.

Great apartment, very clean and nice. There is a kitchen with all the facilities.

The street is under construction and on monday - friday, there is a big construction noise very early in the morning.
