The house was perfect for our little get away!

Had a peaceful time at this beach house. Very clean and comfortable, with a nice coastal feel. Ideal for a quiet weekend by the sea.

Outside pool and deck really nice. House has issues. Left after the cockroach fell on my head while laying down in bed. House not clean and they need to replace ALL of those nasty rugs. No offer of a refund for time left on house. Just to be clear was not just one roach. Stop charging all that money for cleaning ! The money you pay these homes should be spotless and bug free!

We loved the house and the pool! It had everything we needed and then some. We loved that the shed had extra sand toys and pool toys. It was an easy and convenient commute to the local stores and restaurants. So relaxing!

We had 2 families traveling together and everything was so perfect for us especially the pool! Beautiful property close to the beach with all the convenience of home. We really loved it and will hopefully be back!

This was an amazing rental. The pool and backyard were so wonderful, but we were still close to the beach. They also provided so many amenities!

My family and I have stayed at several vacation rentals in Carolina Beach, I can honestly say by far this has been our best experience. Not only did we have a private pool, but we had a shed full of beach toys, bicycles, grill, and lots of other fun stuff. The house also had plenty of beach towels to go around. The house was perfect, including everything that our family needed on our stay. Upon arrival check-in was very easy and my favorite part was the little notes throughout the house to remind us of things. That made our stay so much easier. I can’t wait to vacation here again, thanks for the best stay ever.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, well stocked, and beautiful. We loved hanging out at the fire pit at night. The house is in a great location and the communication with the hosts was awesome. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

Loved this property! We come to the area every year and this is by far our favorite property we stayed at. Clean, well stocked, spacious, so many amenities, great location, great communication with iTrip, and the list goes on! We can't get enough of Tipsea Toes. We loved nights by the fire pit, and morning walks to the beach. Although it was too cold for the pool this trip, we will be coming back during the summer and can't wait to enjoy the pool then! Highly recommend this place!

I will start with the 1 positive. The house was a 5 minute walk to a very nice beach, so when the weather is warm it would be good. The house had a pool and "Hot Tub" the pool was clean but freezer and the hot tub was not hot. Yes it did say that in the advertise ment but it was buried in the description. Also the fire pit ran out of propane and the tank was not refilled . So for 2 nights we had not firepit/place. We were told that since its the holiday it would not get refilled, but the point is that it should have been checked before we checked in. The condition of the house was clean and ok.

The house was cute. The pool area was awesome. Really liked that they had everything you needed for a fun day at the beach. The bedrooms were small except master. The carpets appeared dirty. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, however there was very few glasses and mugs for 6 grown ups. The one big issue I had with the house is I had to call management to report that none of the windows locked and I didn’t feel safe. They did send someone over to fix that. But The rental agent was not very pleasant to deal with and made me dumb.

Accomodations were very nice. Location was perfect for local sites.

House was very clean and neat ..TV is awesome because of size and selection you have to choose from .. the pool and spa were clean and nice. .. it rained on Sunday in the morning but the covered porch and rocking chairs were nice to sit in and watch it.. kitchen is stocked well with plenty of room to sit .. it has a nice deck to sit and cook out.. however be aware you might see a palmetto bug or two but they are more scared of you than you are them as I found out ..these just come with the territory down at the beach so don’t let them scare you off they house is still very nice and clean.. the beach is close enough to walk to if you didn’t have four wheel drive to drive on the beach ..had a great time would rent it again ..

My family and I rented Tipsea Toes for our annual beach vacation. It was our first time staying at this particular house but our 5th year at Carolina/Kure Beach. My son attends UNCW so we all take the 12 hour drive to see him off and spend the week together. Tipsea Toes was the perfect house for us. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lovely living, dining room and kitchen. All towels and linens are provided which is very helpful.The backyard with the pool was one of the highlights of this cozy beach home. We would sit by the pool until later in the afternoon and then take the short walk to the beach. The location is close to 2 convenient stores (one in either direction about a mile from the house) as well as several restaurants and bars. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for those that prefer to cook rather than dining out. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. My family and I would most certainly return to Tipsea Toes.

We had a good time. House could of been cleaner. My kid dropped a toy between couch cushions and I put my hand under couch and floor felt disgusting. Beds were not that comfortable. Wash cloths need replaced ASAP. Front hose would never fully turn off so it was leaking water. Bug spray people came and sprayed outside of fence but never came in side fence, which plants, trees needed sprayed also. A night bugs took over the back patio. Pool people came and cleaned pool Saturday. Kitchen had everything you need to cook whatever. We used the Baby Quip rental for some items and that was great. The pool at Tipsea Toe was the highlight for my kids, they really enjoyed it. The neighborhood was awesome, quite and friendly. Location of house was awesome 2min walk to beach. Communication with property managers was great. Over all had a wonderful time. We will book again. Thank you!

Our family stayed at Tipsea Toes in late June/early July 2022. We chose the house because of the location and amenities provided. We were not disappointed! The beach is an easy 2 minute walk away. The beach was never too crowded and the shed in back of the house had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available for use. When we were too lazy to walk to the beach, or just wanted a quick dip in the evenings, the private pool was perfect. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and everything we needed was provided (laundry detergent, dish soap, pool & bath towels, etc.). Appliances seemed fairly new/updated. Though most of the dishes/glassware were plastic, we didn't mind since that made us worry less about breaking anything. It was very convenient having the washer/dryer and we put it to good use. Communication with the management team was mostly through texting. They were very quick to respond to any questions we texted (within a few minutes). Prior to the trip, they provided an email with plenty of recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. Check in was at 4pm, but we got a text that cleaning/inspection were completed early and that we could check in around 2:30pm. We were still traveling at that point, but it was nice of the management team to let us know. We've already recommended Tipsea Toes to friends/family and would not hesitate to stay again.

We book a family trip to the beach every year, and this year at Tipsea Toes did not disappoint. It has everything you need and more!!! Private pool made it so fun for our kiddos and they swam every day and every evening. The beach access is less than a 2-minute walk and very convenient! The house was well maintained and clean and had all the amenities you could need (towels, linens, pool towels, cleaning supplies were included which was nice!) The management team was always available for questions and checked on us throughout our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We will be back!! Thanks for everything!!

This was a perfect spot for our family of 5. Morning's at the beach, afternoons at the pool, and easy access to both Carolina and Kure beach. Loved it, would recommend!

The house was comfortable for 4 adults and a toddler. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool and deck area are nice. The picture of the pool with the hot tub shows water flowing from the tub to the pool. On our visit, the tub was only partially filled. We knew it was nonfunctioning as described. Fire pit was a plus. They even had a mist system on the deck. Garage was neat and tidy loaded with beach gear. The front porch has 2 rockers and cooler in the evenings. Neighborhood was quite with the walk over to the beach fairly close. The grill works well. Our beds were comfortable. One of the bathrooms is small and could use updated but it was clean. Washer/dryer worked well. It was great being able to text messages to management. They were responsive to all text.

We had a great experience, especially with it being our first VRBO experience. The property was pretty much as advertised, and for the most part met my expectations. The pool was a little dirty when we checked in, but the pool cleaners were sent out as soon as I pointed it out to the property management. Great location, quiet neighborhood! I

The location is amazing! It’s a few minutes drive to attractions/ stores, and a good distance to the beach. My kids had fun staying here and we’re already talking about staying here again in the future.

My family and I had a very nice time at Tipsea Toes in Kure Beach NC. We are long time visitors of either Carolina or Kure beach and decided to try this house. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. My guess-timation is about 2 blocks from the door to the beach; turning left on F.F. Blvd is, by far, the shorter route. My grown children really enjoyed the pool and other outdoor features as well. The shed is well-equipped with many family fun items. We also enjoyed the use of the fire feature in the evening. I very much like having a smoke free animal free place to stay too.

House was a good size and location. Everything was nice. Wish they supplied more towels. It we washed them every day. The master bed needs work! That thing killed us.

The property was lovely , and perfect for a family getaway. I wish the hot tub heater had been working , as it would have been perfect during the cooler April days. All in all, I would definitely book here again. We had a great time

This cozy little house was perfect for my family. Looks newly renovated with new appliances, bathrooms and outdoor spaces, though the furniture is a bit dated. The house was well stocked with the necessities (paper towels, soap, TP, etc) though the kitchenware left much to be desired. (Plastic cup, plates, etc. ) They also provide anything you may need for a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds, not comfortable and very noisy. I was disappointed that we couldn't use the hot tub (Though it was not advertised as working, it is showing in the main photo.) and the shades in the master bedroom were not hung, leaving us feeling a bit exposed to the neighbors. The managers were extremely helpful and communicative. Providing great information on the island and local activities. Would definitely stay again if the few items mentioned are attended to.

We loved tipsea toe. Wish we could have stayed longer. The pool and deck was beautiful, but this time of the year the water was too cold to venture into. We will definitely rent again.

Really nice home just a short walk to the public beach access. Enough space for my wife and I, our 2 kids, and 2 grandparents. The outdoor space and backyard pool were great. You are very close to restaurants and the aquarium too, though still on a quiet street. Would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect set up and size for our family! ITrip was very helpful and communicated everything well to us. The only problem, which was nothing at fault of the owners was it rained heavily before we got there and the front yard had flooded. However we were given a heads up before we arrived and it had cleared up by the second day. No biggie we still really enjoyed our time and would definitely book again!

Amazing location between Carolina and Kure Beach, easily accessible (Short drive) from all the restaurants and entertainment in Carolina Beach. The home is a perfect size, fit our family of 5 very comfortably. The outdoor space could absolutely use some TLC and a good cleaning, maybe it was because we stayed in late September, end of season. Indoors was very clean. Kitchen was perfect for our needs, plenty of space, everything we needed to make meals daily. Used gas grill on the patio to cook some steaks, that was nice bonus!

Easy and fast

We had a great beach vaca while at this property. The walk to the beach was easy and close by. We really enjoyed the location near an old pier with lots of pelicans feeding, dolphins swimming and lots of things for our kids to catch in the sand! It was very nice coming back from the beach, rinsing off and enjoying time in the private pool.. The home is nice and everything was as expected. The iTrip staff were great to work with and quick to respond to our requests.
