This property was exactly as described. Loved that it was simply decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable too!

This was the first time we got an place with Vrbo and I am so glad we went with this lovely apartment, just about 5 minutes from the beach by car. Everything was spotless and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment so cozy. I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it.

This little apartment has so much charm and appeal! From the modern touches to the eclectic accents it’s fun and relaxing at the same time. There is a full size washer and dryer which is great when coming home from the beach. All of the appliances are top notch and the beds are super comfortable too. It’s the perfect size for 2-4 people. If you want to use any of the beach chairs and cooler make sure to request those ahead of time. It’s not noted in the description but the owners were on top of it and got what we needed quickly. They are great communicators! The courtyard area is also so charming. Coffee outside in the morning or wine at night. It’s so peaceful and quiet. We had no issues with any of the other guests. Everyone was respectful of each other. There is so much to do in St. Petersburg which is only minutes away. Several white sandy beaches are close so you don’t have to go far. Plenty of shopping and fun all around! We will most definitely be back. Thank you again Natalia & Yuri! Your little complex is just the perfect place for vacation!

Beautiful, clean and peaceful. Just few minutes from Treasure Island Beach. Walking distance from Publix and Walmart neighborhood. I really enjoyed my stay at Pasadena On The Gulf.

This rental was amazing. So cute, so chic and the location is unmatched. We had the best time visiting, for a family members wedding. This home was located in the perfect spot for all our needs. We will most certainly be back again. 😉

My sister and I went to visit our senior dad and we stayed at this property. It was very clean, great communication with the hosts, easy check in etc. we will def try to stay here again when we visit dad

Where do I begin. Communications with the host were a delight. She was so friendly and helpful. The condo was beautifully appointed. All furniture and appliances impeccable. The area was upscale and clean and we felt very safe. It’s only 7 min to the beach and a Publix around the corner. We highly recommend this place, we are definitely going back.

We really enjoyed the grill. Not a fan of the smart TV. We prefer cable. We do not have all the internet apps and options.I do want to report that canopy was broken when tried to use it.Thank you Natalia for your good communication.Charley
