Girls group, loved this luxury condo!! included lots of extras like grocery pick up, toothbrushes, towels, extra pantry items. Beds are comfortable, sauna and shower are an added bonus after long lake day. Owners

We stayed here for our annual 16 man golf trip and the accommodations could not have been more perfect. Our hosts were available by text for anything that we needed or had questions about. We move the location of our annual golf outing every year but there has already been discussion of returning to this location specifically for this property sometime in the future. I highly recommend!

Our group of 12 stayed at the condo for a bachelor party, and the experience was remarkable. From the communication with our hosts Jordan and Ricky to the experiences they helped us book and the condo itself, everything was above and beyond our expectations.
Ricky took great care of us the entire weekend and was always a phone call or text away if we needed anything. Additionally, Jordan helped us book both a sushi chef (Kyle from Naked Fish) and a craft bartender (Jordan) to come to the condo and make us dinner and drinks. Highly recommend booking both of those guys if you do end up renting this place, it was an incredible experience and both guys were great. The hosts know the area extremely well and had the best recommendations for anything from Ski Rentals (highly recommend Ski Butlers) to nightlife.
And I haven't even gotten to the condo itself. It's a massive, luxurious condo that had plenty of space for our group to sleep comfortably. There are several different areas in the condo where we were able to hang out and spend time, and the amenities made the experience feel one-of-a-kind.
Lastly, the location can't be beat. We had the Heavenly gondola a 5-minute walk away and were in the heart of the nightlife.
Long story short, booking this place was a great decision. If you're going to Tahoe with a large group and especially a bachelor party, I can't recommend booking this condo enough.

Walking distance to everything! Walk to casinos and restaurants. Jordan and Ricky are great hosts! Can’t wait to stay again

The condo has a perfect setup for any occasion. Plenty of comfortable sleeping options and roomy living quarters. The sound system was top notch as well.
The hosts have a simple check in process and the property was very clean.

My buddies and I booked the Condo for a bachelor party weekend and it was everything it was billed to be.
- The hands-on service Ricky and Jordan provided was excellent and very accommodating. If we had questions or needed help, they were always quick to respond and give us guidance.
- The location is second to none. With this being a bachelor party, we didn't want to book a cabin due to potential noise ordinance/complaints; this is why the Condo was a perfect fit. It is located above AleWorx and Lucky Beaver, as well as right between Harrah's and Bally's, so everything was easily walkable and we never had to worry about being too noisy.
- The Condo itself is perfectly designed. It's spacious. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. And it comes with all the bells and whistles that are shown in the pictures.
Would highly highly recommend this spot to anyone that has a bachelor/ette party and/or ski trip coming up! My friends and I are already trying to figure out our next trip back.

Best Place In South Lake!
My fiancée and I stayed here with about 10 friends the weekend of our wedding and WOW. What a perfect way to spend time bonding, we didn’t even need to go out to eat/drink because The Condo had everything we needed.

Perfect place for a guys ski trip. This place is really off the hook. Easy walk to the gondola, bar, hot tub, steam room....everything worked great.
Ricky was responsive and was able to secure us a dinner reservation for a large group with short notice.

We came for skiing and gambling and great food. The host went out of their way to help us set things up and arrange transportation and even get us dinner reservations. They set us with a casino host and were available throughout our stay. They even met us at the condo to show us around. More of a hotel like experience than a typical VRBO! Will be back!

This spot is perfect for big groups! It is centrally located on the main street of South Lake, walkable to the Heavenly gondola, bars, restaurants, and casinos. An extremely unique and beautifully designed place that will be memoriable for your entire group. They are two locals that have connections all around town that are basically your concierge during your visit, with hookups to the popular South Lake bar, clubs, and restaurants. Must Stay Location!
This was the coolest place I have ever stayed in. Its right downtown and the place lives up to the photos. I went for a bachelor party and the place fit all 14 of us very comfortably. The host was the most communicative and accommodating out of any other rental I've done. If you're going to Tahoe this place is a must stay.

Perfect Party Spot
This is the most impressive rental property I've ever seen. The condo is breathtaking and the location could not have been better. I can't recommend the condo highly enough. Jordan and Ricky were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process and they made our weekend the trip of a lifetime.

If you want to have a sober night or get in before 2a, all you hear is the sound system and the bass from the bar below. If you plan on being out until 2a or intoxicated it’s not an issue.

This was by far the most epic and I must say it’s 80% due to the property and the host, Jordan. The property is centrally located, next to all the hottest spots/casinos and the inside was carefully crafted to the finest detail. Everything was stocked for our group, from the spice drawer, to the pantry, to the two ice machines. Jordan took the time to walk us through and show us the ropes and he was quick to respond when we had questions. One detail I must note is that Jordan installed six water heaters for the property, the water pressure and temperature consistency was better than any other property I’ve stayed at bar none. We had dudes running the showers for hours straight when we got ready in the morning and we all walked out refreshed and without complaint. Thanks J!

Jordan made sure to make the condo everything we dreamed of. From the check in process to being there whenever we had a question he was on it. Pre-wedding Celebrations
I rented the condo as a surprise for my fiancé, and his 3 kids (18, 19, and 23) to celebrate a few days before our wedding. Just like I thought, they all LOVED it. There was something for everyone from the incredible sound system to the drop down movie screen to the hot tub to the steam room..... no one wanted to leave at the end of our stay! And Jordan and Ricky who own/manage the place were the best! So responsive and accommodating. I can’t say enough, best VBRO experience I’ve ever had... and I’ve rented all over, from East to West coast. I definitely recommend it for groups of friends or families with older kids who want to make the most of the space and the proximity to downtown South Lake!!
