This condo was amazing. Well appointed, well located, well suited to relaxation and fun. There was plenty of space for all of us. It just couldn't have been more perfect - we loved it and hope to return soon!

So sorry we didn’t text when we left at 9:25am Sunday but we had a great stay, accommodations were great. View of the beach was great. Only feedback was that, there was not a large skillet, there was not toilet paper, and guest bath shower was hard to figure out. Overall great stay! We will definitely be back in touch for our next stay!

Travelled for a long weekend with family. The unit was very clean with plenty of room for everyone. Being located on the first floor was great with easy access to the elevator and stairs. The unit was well stocked with beach gear, and towels, (although we brought our own gear). Kitchen has everything we needed and it was great to have a washer / dryer. Access to the beach, pool, and BBQ area was awesome too, The owners were very responsive and we will definitely look to stay at the property again.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean. Kids were thrilled to have sand toys provided and the beds were comfy. Convenient access to a grocery store. We had a great time.

Clean, roomy, well-equipped condo on one of our favorite beaches! Hosts were over-the-top responsive and helpful. Check-in AND check-out were easy. Location was ideal. A perfect place for my grown kids and their kids to enjoy Florida sunshine and each other.

Loved the views of the ocean and the access to the beach. Matt and Brandi were excellent hosts. They responded to all my questions promptly and were so welcoming. This is a great place to stay with multiple people who are looking to enjoy the beach.

Usually stay in Indian Rocks which is closer to some restaurants etc. However we really enjoyed this location & the unit was very nice. Best stocked unit I’ve ever stayed in - many small extras made it pleasant. Every possible consideration - even salt water taffy welcome candies! Owner was responsive. Beautiful view. Nicely decorated.

Big hang out space, nice rooms, nice coffee bar. Everything was current and nicely updated. Terrific beach front view. The only way to make this place better is add a third bathroom. But we would happily stay here again as is.

We came for Phillies spring traing for my husbands 60th birthday with our three children and their partners. There was plenty of room for everyone at Matt and Brandi were so great to work with.

This was a beach-facing condo with plenty of room for all of us (kids, teens and adults) to enjoy ourselves. We had a sunset view of the beach from our first floor deck. The accommodations were well stocked, plenty of linens as well as beach towels, chairs, and toys. Brandi made the check in procedure easy and quick and she answered our questions with quick replies. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo more than met our expectations! So many extras were provided (beach chairs, umbrellas… even sunscreen!) that it made this rental stand out even more! The unit was spacious, clean and the decor was beach perfect. We loved being on the first floor with easy access to the beach. The owners were responsive and provided us with all the information we needed to settle in easily. We would love to visit again!

I was so impressed with this wonderful property. The condo was beautiful decorated and so well stocked. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. They were friendly and helpful. I rented this for a relaxing bachelorette getaway for the bride. It more than met my expectations. The morning views and falling asleep to the waves was perfect beginning and end to the day. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were walking distance from great restaurants. Perfect location. Would rent this place again anytime

The condo was as the pictures showed plus the owners were generous with stocked items like sunscreen, coffee, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels and more. We didn’t have to buy any of those items and really appreciated it. The owners were very responsive when we had a question and the beach and pool were great.

The condo was decorated charming. The seaside decorations made it feel like home. Great floor layout with nice view of the ocean. Was very large and spacious. Everything we could have needed was there!

Mother-in-law and care giver stayed at this property for 4 months. Family was in and out the entire time. This place was paradise from the cold Indiana winter. I would highly recommend staying here. Brandi is great, met us upon arrival and answered every text within minutes. They took care of the minor issues very quickly. Condo is very clean and the perfect location on the beach. Amenities were plenty and beds were comfy. Even sitting on the balcony was wonderful as there is beach volleyball right outside the condo so there is usually something to watch. Nice TV and fireplace inside too. I would rent from Brandi again and I would recommend staying at the Seagate 103!

A perfect place to retreat and rest with loved ones.

The condo was exactly as pictured! Beautiful views, easy access to the beach, and a few minutes walking distance to a restaurant, bar and coffee shop! Perfect for a long weekend stay.

I can’t say enough about this property. The owners are super communicative. Every time I turned around I found so many different things included in the condo. So many special touches. It had everything we needed and truly felt like home on the beach. I’m ready to rebook ans go back. I’d definitely return. It was a special birthday for me and hard time d’or my family and I couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate it all.

Check in simple. Pictures of condo accurate. Umbrellas and beach chairs and towels provided. Fantastic view from balcony. Beach not crowded. Small problem with AC and fixed within the hour. Great communication with host. Highly recommend this condo. Kids also loved the pool.

Extremely easy to find this location. Parking was ample during our stay, even with 3 vehicles between the family. The owners were very responsive and pleasant. The rental unit was fully equipped for hosting and with beach supplies. I would stay here again.

As pictured - beautiful condo and beach! Kitchen and condo were well stocked with all the basics, way more than any other property we have visited. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Was the perfect location for a bunch of friends wanting to hang out on the beach and not worry about anything. Would highly recommend!
