Very comfortable property. Easy walk to the beach. Beds comfortable. Easy walk to multiple restaurants and to Smugglers cove golf. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything was Great. Carey property manager was very responsive. Great access to beach. Well equipment place. Only complaint would be the water pressure. Water pressure was adequate and long and nobody else was showering, doing laundry, flushing a toilet or running a faucet. It any of those things were being doing at the same time there is Little to no pressure.EVEN WITH WATER PRESSURE WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!

The condo was clean, beautiful, and well maintained! Loved the close proximity to the beaches and local restaurants. The host was very accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for a lovely relaxing stay, will definitely be coming back!

Everything was very close, and we loved the area.

Fan blade fell off almost hit my daughter , washer and dryer leave black grease marks on all my clothes manager said they would come check it out and no one came we have been staying at this condo on and off and we won’t be coming back due to extreme price increases and not maintaining the units

Came to town for my brothers wedding. Carey (host) was fast to respond, and made our stay very easy. Easy access to beach and shops. Plenty of beach towels, beach toys and games. equipped with all the necessities. Great stay!! Thank again for everything Carey!!

Very nice condo. Well kept. Short walk to the beach. Great location. Was able to take trolley all day for $5.00 to st pete beach and clearwater beach and call beaches in between. Owner was very responsive. Would recommend. And I would love to stay here again.

Property was just as pictured and easy access to beach just across the beach. Morning coffee on the deck started our day. Everything you could ask for no need for anything, great family get away.

We had a wonderful time in Indian Shores. The condo was clean, perfect size and had everything we needed. The beach towels, chairs, boards, etc were all wonderful to be able to use as well. The beach is just across the street and the condo is located right next to restaurants and shopping. We were right in between John’s Pass and Clearwater so either direction we could be around the attractions, but our beach was not very crowded. We were able to unwind and just enjoy the end of summer. We definitely recommend!!! :)

Nice place short walk to public access at the beach. Beach was not crowded. Convenient having a wagon, towels, umbrella, coolers, and chairs available.

Wasn’t crazy about not getting a response from the property mgr about an early check- in just for her to tell me, as we were on our way to the unit, “no that’s not gonna happen” but we did get a text that we could enter an hour earlier than noted. Unit is just as pictured: nice, spacious enough with good balcony space. Neighbors are close though, the spiral stairs to get to the loft are a bit hazardous and we would have liked way more blankets, more regular tissue and toilet tissue. Beach was lovely and nearby eateries were good and hospitable.

Things were very homey for a family. The location is perfect for going into town or going to the beach. Amenities such as; beach assessories, onsight laundry, everything you need to make you comfortable.

Would definitely come back!!

Being close to the ocean was a wonderful benefit. It was a short walk. We knew there would be stairs, as stated, but didn't know there would be 2 flights, 32 stairs. The stairwell was not very inviting or clean. There was a broken screen on the patio door.

The property was clean and had many needed amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels, and toiletries, all of which were helpful for those flying to this destination. The condo was close to the beach, had a nice patio, and was a great place to get away to relax with our family.

We arrived late to the condo because of our flight time. Check in was very easy (the door code is provided in an email) and carefree. There is an iPad/tablet in the house as the welcome guide. While I appreciate the technology, it was VERY hard to navigate after it sat idle. We could never get it to go back to the homescreen. There is a website you can access it which is way more handy. There is a guest contact provided but after I sent an email on day 2, I never did receive a response. My friend called the number, and received a voicemail and no response until the following day. We had a group of four girls. The sleep accommodations were plenty for us. The spiral staircase to the loft is difficult but would be perfect for children. The shower drain in the guest bath was slow to drain but it wasn’t an issue for the other girls. The patio outside is wonderful to sit out and relax on. You can see the ocean in one direction and the intercostal in the other. We spent much of our mornings outside on the patio. The beach is such a short, convenient walk. We found the beach to not be crowded until later in the afternoon. The pool is at what I would consider the back of the property. It was a nice area… heated… and the bathroom was clean. I do suggest umbrellas out there though. The area itself is very nice and quiet. It’s not a super tourist trap like you’d find at Clearwater/St Pete. But, there is a few restaurants and a couple shops within walking distance. We definitely enjoyed this area and I’ve been telling my fiancé I would love to do a family vacation here. I would recommend not only the area but the property we stayed at to anyone. Definitely had a good time.

This property fit all our needs. Location was fantastic! Literally 2 min walk to the beach! Cleanliness wasn’t great, but personally I feel like some of that comes with being so close to the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful time!
