The views flare exactly as posted on the listing, breathtaking! Nice location on the edge of town. Can walk to the market for morning coffee. The hot tub was out of order during our stay, however management did work with us to mmmmm for other options due to this inconvenience and it was being fixed as we were leaving. Would recommend to others

Close to town, but just far enough away for a peaceful stay. Interior finishes in the unit are fresh and comfortable.

Etta Too was a great location on the public transportation route. Condo has a great view of the mountain and convenient to a chair lift. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds and linens were a dream.

102 Etta was exactly as advertised. The view out the window is NOT photoshopped. Very well-accessorized kitchen. The beds are clean and extremely comfortable. Most restaurants & shops are within walking distance. Exceptional Stays truly was exceptional...., especially Erica.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is great, with every amenities possible! The beds are super comfy! Went for bike rides and hikes right outside the door!

We were very pleased with the condition of the property and all of the items that were included. Nice kitchen and all the tools needed for cooking. Bedding was nice and there were plenty of blankets.

We felt very at home at Etta 102. The location is perfect - walkable to everything. The condo is very comfortable and decorated well. The kitchen was fully stocked, more than any other rental we've stayed at. The only negative is there are no fans in the living area and the fan in the main bedroom did not work so overall airflow was not great. Also, one of the living room windows would not open. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a long weekend in the summer. It’s located right as you enter into town but you are still very close to everything. The place was clean and the rooms were nice. There is only one guaranteed parking spot so just keep that in mind if you have two cars. The second lot is 72hr parking and is right next to the main lot. Very responsive to our questions and I would stay here again.

This property was beauty from the moment we stepped in the door! It was better than the online pictures! The views were great and right up the mountain side!! Clean from top to bottom and more than we needed!! The Manager and the Management Company were great and fast in getting back to us! We will return! Great place, perfectly equipped and amazing bed.

This place was great for our family of 4. The place is clean and recently updated. The pictures accurately reflect the space. The kitchen is well equipped with quality items to make a variety of dishes. Beds and linens are comfortable. Parking in the lot across the street was easy. We had a great experience.

We really liked the location as it’s steps from lift #7 & the lift ticket window, and if you’re an advanced skier/boarder you can take “Stumper” right back to the back door of your condo. The condo was perfect for us (2 couples) having everything we needed for a comfortable stay - small kitchen, extra blankets/pillows, washer/dryer, etc. The hot tub is great & the free town shuttle comes right past the front door.

This property was amazing, beautiful, clean, comfortable, and updated. It way exceeded our expectations. It was feet from the lift. True ski in and ski out. Gorgeous view out of the living room. I highly recommend and will stay their again.

Enjoyed stay!

The description and pictures are completely accurate. The kitchen is very well stocked so we cooked a couple of dinners in addition to doing takeout from Brown Dog Pizza and Siam as suggested by the listing agent. The walk to Lift 7 and the ski run down at the end of the day were straightforward. Another unit were using the hot tub so for covid-safety reasons we did not join them although they looked quite happy out there. Yes, we could hear other people in the building and within the unit but everyone was very considerate of each other during our time there.

This apartment/condo was great. It was very clean and had all the extras that you might need at a vacation spot. The only cons were that the building itself is pretty outdated and the walls are thin. We heard lots of stomping/walking each morning from the unit above. The view is amazing but some top down shades might help block out the pool view/help with privacy. And the front door definitely needs an additional lock or at least a sturdier one.

This is a great condo which has been updated and is very clean. Location on the edge of town next to the river trail allows you to walk everywhere. Also, parking across the street was easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend this location!

Etta Place 102 was the only disappointment of an otherwise wonderful trip to Telluride. To begin, the place is located in an old and worn out building with paper thin walls. The condo has been renovated but you can tell it has only been dressed up once you see the rest of the facilities. Even with respectful neighbors it is difficult to sleep at night due to the noise. As such, it was not restful, especially for my wife who is not comfortable wearing ear plugs. Of note, the second bedroom only has a double bed which is too small for most adults to sleep together. The only saving grace was the sofa sleeper. Next is the pool which was cleaned regularly but the jacuzzi water was disgusting. One night, a group of construction workers that had reportedly rented a condo in the building were in the jacuzzi playing very loud music and drinking. My wife witnessed one of them take their pants off in the jacuzzi. At that point, I spoke to Peter with Exceptional stays, and he agreed to talk to them. Of note, Peter and someone who called the following day were the only bright spots of staying at Etta Place 102. It appears clear that the housing problem in Telluride is real, but what we didn’t realize is that there would be local individuals or hired construction workers staying in our building. As such, there was no “resort” feel and frankly it felt like we were just renting an apartment in a relatively run-down building. I have stayed in Whistler, Deer Valley, Sun Valley, and Jackson Hole over the past 7 years and had much better accommodations for similar costs, even factoring in recent inflation. Finally, on our second to last day, a local 7 to 9-year-old boy was trying to get into the pool by going under the gate. He asked me for the gate code and said his parents were at work. When I returned later that day, he was in the pool by himself. After he left, I took pictures of the pool, a weathered life preserver, jacuzzi, and a slushy that had been spilled on the table for days. There was no oversight of the pool throughout our stay. Overall, for the money, our stay at Etta Place 102 was atrocious.

Etta Place 102 was everything and more we hoped for. Unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly want for a perfect stay. Great location to downtown Telluride. Would highly recommend Etta Place!

The property is super clean and very comfortable for four adults. The view from the living room is lovely at all times of day. We enjoyed having the river/walking trail so close by, as well as the shuttle stop. Easy walk to the grocery store and many great restaurants and shops.
