Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr ruhig. Das Personal vom dazugehörigen Hotel war sehr zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und die Ferienwohnung mit allem, was benötigt wird, ausgestattet.
Leider war es teilweise etwas laut, da im Nebenraum irgendwelche Maschinen laute Geräusche gemacht haben, auch nachts.

Tolles Zimmer, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wellness Bereich war super!
Das Wasser im Pool hätte etwas wärmer sein können, aber sonst war alles top

Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt, groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Sauna und Pool waren gepflegt und ausreichend groß.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel, tout y est pour un séjour réussi, la piscine de l’espace wellness sont un vrai plus, ainsi que la salle de jeu avec le baby-foot !

Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und hochwertig. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr besonders und toll. Der Empfang im Hotel war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich mit einem Begrüßungssekt am Kamin, da fing der Urlaub schon gut an! Die verfügbaren Freizeitmöglichkeiten waren spitze: Kicker, Tischtennis, Wellness, Sportraum, Wandern, Skifahren und Restaurants der Hotelfamilie. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen!
Unter dem Bett waren leider dicke Staubflocken und der Teppich (Tierfell) im Wohnzimmer hatte Krümel und es waren Haare davon oder von einem vorigen Tier auf dem Sofa. Hier könnte die Reinigung noch etwas optimiert werden, aber ansonsten war alles top und super sauber!

The staff were great especially the young lady at reception with short hair and glasses with very good English. Even the house keepers were really friendly. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Definitely chose the best place to stay in the Black Forest!
We weren’t sure how to ask to get the room to be cleaned but it wasn’t a problem as we still had fresh towels from reception.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles (außergewöhnliches) Apartment mit Rooftop-Pool, moderne Ausstattung, tolle Lage und Umgebung, super Frühstück mit Wahlmöglichkeit (Hotel oder Köhlerei)...hat zwar seinen Preis, aber der war in Summe auch gerechtfertigt.
Klage auf ganz ganz hohem Niveau: der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer war zu groß - mittendrin, statt nur dabei war zutreffend. ;-)

Great apartment with full facilities. Very clean and in good condition. The pool and the sauna were great addition. Laundry room was very useful. Comfortable parking and close to lidl (grocery store).
The check in and check out are at a hotel 2 min drive (hard to get there by foot). Asking for additional towels or sheets also through the hotel. Even if you get stuck outside your apartment you need to go to the hotel.

Large well clean apartment w/ all necessities needed for a family vacation, amazing response from which ever personal in the stuff working , beautiful design - we had the best 9 days - thank you so much 😀

perfect way to spend your time in the Black Forest, close drive to Titisee. Great pool on site for an afternoon swim. Lovely service from staff. rooms were comfortable
it was a shame we had a shared balcony with other rooms, not a lot of privacy there, but it was fine.

we got an upgrade to a three bedroom unit. it was perfect. love the heated floors which is v important during winter.
it was difficult to locate on Google maps. led us towards a small tight road. after we located the property and checked in. alls good.

The appartments and the receptionist is at a different location if you do not have service on your phone you can not contact them, they say you can through thire tablet but it is not true i have tried , the spare bad was with no Linnean and all they had to say they thought me and my daughter were a couple, don't know what this got to do with anything.

The property is situated in a splendid location amidst nature. The view was mesmerising. You can see the black forest from the balcony. The stay was so relaxing. Overall it was a good experience. :)
The check-in was not easy. You had to go to another hotel to pick the card(key). Also the receptionist Lady was a bit rude.

The smaller apt. has no available kitchen storage (it comes filled with pots, plates glasses and such).
Awesome bath and rooms. lots of cabin area in the rooms.
The place is EXACTLY like in the pictures!!!
check in is done at a different hotel (very close). no AC, however at the evening it gets cooler so no big issue here.
No Microwave oven (!)
