The condo was spacious and comfortable and cozy! We loved the short walk to the ski lift. It has a very well stocked kitchen, great water pressure, and firm beds.

This condo is incredibly convenient to both Park City and Canyons lift. Plenty of room for my family of 7. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and was very well stocked!! Great place for your family ski vacation.

Very nice place , everything would have been perfect if it wasn’t so hot. There was no air conditioning. Eric handled everything perfectly. We ended up not staying because it was just too hot . Would definitely stay during the cooler months .

Our family of five and two small dogs stayed at this property over Thanksgiving, 2021. We were very impressed with the rental. Very clean, lots of room, as advertised with no surprises. Super easy check in. Fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils, appliances, flatware, spices needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. We brought several kitchen items with us but it was not necessary. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely stocked with comfortable betting and more than enough towels. The closets included portable fans, heaters, air conditioning units, cleaning supplies, games. Includes a nice fireplace for cold nights. Great location; close to 7-Eleven, Walgreens, a large grocery store, a city park, and dog park. Walking distance to historic Park City downtown. We look forward to staying at this property again on our next visit to Park City.

Near downtown PC and the PC ski resort. Only issue was hot tub inop but wasn't a big deal to us.

We had everything we needed and loved bringing our doggie. The only reason I didn't give five stars for cleanliness is I'd just recommend cleaning the carpet in bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and very functional apartment. AC would be a great feature to add, though we were probably there on the hottest week of the year!

We ran into a few hiccups while renting the condo, but Eric was great to work with. He put in a lot of effort to make sure we were still able to enjoy our stay. The condo is on the back side of the property and so it was nice and quiet. Our niece, who stayed a couple of nights with us, loved the loft and bunk beds and we loved being able to travel with our dogs. The kitchen is small but has everything you need.

A great property and a central location. Owner communication was good and the whole process was very easy.

It was nice, but they should not list a hot tub if it is out of commission. We enjoyed the location, everything was close enough to walk to. We appreciate the dog-friendliness.

We had a great time! The condo was well equipped and Eric was super helpful and just a text away when needed. Cozy condo and our teens loved the loft area!

Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful four days of skiing and five nights at this excellent Park City condo. Everything was perfect. We had plenty of space, comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen, super convenient location, and a friendly and responsive property owner. Everything was just as described in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped and even stocked with some extra stuff from previous guests that made our shopping and cooking easier. There were plenty of little extras that made our stay more enjoyable - cozy blankets, ski boot warmers, games and cards, towels for the hot tub, etc. We will definitely be back!

This was very convenient to skiing. We waked over each day and were able to walk home for lunch. We very much appreciated having our dogs with us. Thanks for letting us stay here!

Great location for easy access to the lifts (10 min walk) and a town bus stop right next to the building for a quick ride up the hill to downtown restaurants, bars and shops. Owner was super responsive and helpful.

This is the perfect place to stay! Location, space, cleanliness, everything - just wonderful! The hot tub is also a bonus when you’re sore from hitting the slopes. Would definitely stay again!

A very cozy and conveniently located condo. Found it exactly as advertised. Very friendly owner with great communication. Fully stacked kitchen. And PET FRIENDLY! A few minor details to note - kitchen is somewhat small, if that matters to you. No ski storage in the condo, but leaving at the base in overnight storage is a better option anyway. Would definitely go back.

Myself and 3 friends rented this condo for our trip to Park City. Location is perfect and is ideal for friends to stay and not have to sleep in the same bed. 5-10 minute walk to Park City lifts and the bus stop is right in front of the condo to get into town (3 minutes) and to Deer Valley. Owner was very responsive as well.

This place is great! Quick walk to the lifts so you don’t have to deal with parking or traffic. Lots of space and thoughtful touches. Eric was very accommodating and quick to respond.

If you want to take a ski vacation in Park City, this condo is a great place to stay. My family and I had a blast. The condo has plenty of room for a family or group of friends. My wife and I, our 2 kids and my Mom just had a great vacation skiing. This condo offers affordable accommodations that are really close to the main lift area and the ski schools. Our kids went everyday and it was easy to drop them off and hit the slopes. The condo has easy access to the grocery stores. A car is nice, but it would not be necessary since you can easily walk to the stores. My wife loved that the Starbucks was close too. The city bus stop is right out front, so access to the Main Street and even Deer Valley is easy. You can also walk to town in 15 mins. It’s a nice walk too. The condo is clean and comfortable. I felt like I was at home. My kids loved the loft. They thought they had their own little hideout. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time here. We especially loved the heated bathroom floors. It had everything we needed and was very well located. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
