What a wonderful Thanksgiving trip! Our entire family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house had everything we needed and more to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner, relax, and enjoy some great family time. We loved the heated pool and hot tub as well as sitting around the fire pit talking and making s’mores. It was a short stroll to the beach where we enjoyed the view and spotted several pods of dolphins. Our family walked daily to Seaside Town Center and did some shopping, had breakfast at the Black Bear Bread Co, appetizers at Bud & Alleys, and enjoyed meals at Pickles, Taco Bar, and Seaside food trucks. The Red Bar in Grayton Beach has been one of our favorites for years - crab cake dinner is amazing! We also watched the Seaside Christmas parade and town/tree lighting. Overall, we had an incredible trip and enjoyed working with the owners. Jamie was very personable and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We highly recommend Sunshower for your next beach vacation!

This is a great home in a great location, a walk or short bike ride to the beach and to Seaside. It’s in a secluded neighborhood, so you feel like you are in old Seagrove Beach, but still so close to all the amenities. The pictures don’t do it justice. The heated pool and spa were the hit of our late fall visit. But what makes this such a unique place is Jamie the host. As with any trip things can sometime pop up. One day the pool wasn’t heating and one simple text to Jamie and she had the pool person out to fix it the same day. She really and truly wants you to enjoy your time while you are there. I don’t normally write reviews, but in this case I was so impressed with the property and with Jamie that I had to. You will not find a better vacation home in Seagrove!

This was our first time in the 30A area. We had heard so many great things about Seaside so we decided to try it out. We have typically vacationed in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. This property was fantastic for our group of 10. 6 adults and 4 teenagers. The main house was perfect for the adults and we could put the kids in the room above the garage. The pics of this area are spot on. It’s an awesome space! And it’s great having a pool. Communication with Jamie was perfect. Quick to respond, very helpful and seems to have a genuine interest in making sure all your needs were met. Beach is a 5-10 walk. We had a golf cart so we would do “runs” and it worked out perfect. We would definitely rent this property again!

We had a great stay at Sunshower! Jamie the host was amazing, helpful and very organized. The house was well stocked and even more amazing in person than it appears online! Having the carriage house was a perfect getaway for teenagers who crave a bit more privacy. The location on Dogwood is walking distance to Seaside which was super important to us. The proximity to the beach is also walking distance but when carrying coolers, beach toys etc. it is a bit far so I recommend dropping your things off via car or golf cart. Jamie was very responsive and provided an extensive list of great recommendations as well! We had a great time and will be back!

We had a group of 3 moms and 7 teenagers. The carriage house was great for several of the girls. Location of the house is ideal. Easy beach access-owner will connect you with chair rental. Owners are VERY responsive! I look forward to staying here again!

This is a great little spot tucked away just outside of Seaside. Our teens loved the carriage house bunk room. The adults enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the main house. The pool and spa were a nice break spot away from the beach. We had a great family getaway and would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Seaside. The house, pool and location was perfect for our group. The hosts were extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. They also provided so much info ahead of time that just about anything we needed to research was at our fingertips……restaurants, airports, shopping, golf cart rental, beach chair set up, etc. would absolutely rent this property again.

Jamie is an excellent host and we absolutely loved her home. It’s in an excellent location within short walk to the beach and very secluded neighborhood with beautiful tall pine trees surrounding the area. House was well furnished for cooking meals as well. Screened in porch was very enjoyable during the rain showers. Excellent property !

This was the perfect Christmas get-away for our family. The kids loved having the carriage house to escape the parents. The home was beautiful, and the location was perfect. The hosts were wonderful and easily accessible for questions. Highly recommend Sunshower!!!

My family stayed a week during October. The house was perfect. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Jamie was an excellent hostess and was very responsive to my, very few, questions. The kitchen had everything imaginable for our cooking needs. The house is a very short walk or bike ride to the beach or Seaside town square. We will definitely be back.

This is an absolute perfect property! Not only is it a great location and a perfect combination of home away from home but the host, Jamie, is truly the best. Incredibly attentive to every need and always one step ahead. Trying to find a house that satisfies all age ranges can be a difficult task but Sunshower checked everyones boxes and then some! So many pluses to this property. It will not disappoint! We will definitely book again!

Everything about our family vacay week was perfect...especially our time at Sunshower. The host, Jamie, is amazing and was available at a moments notice both before and during our stay. Our teenage grandsons loved their private bunk space and I'm completely obsessed with the primary suite ... so comfortable and peaceful! The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and the home was convenient, very comfortable and simply amazing. I would recommend a golf cart if you're lugging all that we did to the beach every day! Would reserve again in a heartbeat! Enjoy!

The Sunshower property is not only beautiful but the location is very convenient. It’s very close to the Seaside town center, Publix grocery and the designated Sunshower neighborhood beach access boardwalk. All can be reached by a short golf cart ride, bicycle ride or brief walk. The layout of the home worked well for our group. We had a group of moms with their co-Ed young adult children and friends. The carriage house, which is beautifully decorated as well, allowed plenty of room for separate co-Ed sleeping arrangements. Sunshower is impeccably furnished, decorated and maintained. The private pool, spa and fire pit are a must enjoy opportunity! Our crew loved ending the evenings with dip in the pool or simmer in the spa. This property fit all our needs!

This was our second spring vacation spent at Sunshower, and it was just as wonderful the second time. Jamie is so helpful and the house is as beautiful as the pictures. It is fully stocked with anything you might need, and the location is perfection. Very close to Seaside proper, but in a secluded quiet area just a short bike ride to the beach. We love having the pool and spa for lazy afternoons, and the carriage house is a great place for the teenagers to hang out and get ready. We cannot recommend it enough!

Gas fireplace in the living room was perfect for colder mornings during our stay. But the ultimate feature was the pool and hot tub. Pool was heated and despite outside temps in the high 60s or low 70s, we could get in right away and enjoy endless hours of fun. It's a very short walk to the core of Seaside and the beach. Would definitely recommend as there are few homes in the area with a nice mid-size pool like this.

This property was perfect! The house was very clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. The pool was great for rainy days, and we also enjoyed the fire place for when it got cooler at night. The house is in the perfect location, allowing easy access to the beach and downtown Seaside. Jamie was a great host and did a fantastic job of staying in contact if we had any questions. I would 100% recommend this house and hopefully will be coming back!

She made sure the pool temperature was quite warm for January. We swam every day! The hot tub was blazing and great for a soak. Loved being able to walk into Seaside and walk to the beach. While it wasn’t exactly warm the kids still loved playing in the sand and jumping the waves. Just loved everything about our trip. We swam and relaxed and played cards. The kitchen is also excellent for cooking. Would definitely stay here again!
