Our family of 5 had a great stay here! The townhouse had more than enough space for us and all the necessary amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and my kids enjoyed the pool table! There’s a code to get in the door and it’s easy to lock and unlock. I loved the area because we could walk to the beach or local restaurants. Our favorites were Blue Mountain Bakery, Cowgirl Kitchen, and Blue Mountain Creamery.

We booked this for a family vacation and our family is pretty big, so we needed four rooms each with a pretty good sized bed and this rental fit us perfectly. We did enjoy the area it was in as well. We could walk to the beach which was really convenient. We also enjoyed the pool table in the bottom room. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful experience. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect! Our only negatives were slow internet and there was only 1 towel per person for 7 days so we did lots of laundry. Some bathrooms didn’t have wash clothes at all. Overall all a wonderful place to stay. Thank you .

This property was great for our group of 4 families with each having its own bed and bathrooms. The furnishings were very nice and location was very good with access to restaurants, grocery and the beach. On a really hot day, the walk to the beach may seem a little long, but there is parking on the street as well as in a small lot, if you arrive early enough. The host and property manager were very accessible with any questions or concerns.

Four of my childhood friends and I booked this townhouse for a quick getaway. It was just as shown on the pictures. The unit was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the roof top in the mornings and evenings. The beach was a couple of walking blocks which wasn't a big deal. We couldn't get the Televisions to work nor the internet on our first night. My friend, who works in the technology industry, kept working trying to get the internet to connect but couldn't. She said that the Century Link would not connect to the internet which was the problem. We notified Sandra and she responded expeditiously. She discovered that there was an outage in the area. Our showers would only heat to luke warm or not at all. We called the management company who picked up on the first ring and responded. They told us what to do and we had hot water for the remainder of our stay. We would definitely recommend the unit to others and would love to stay there again as well. Sandra and her management team were great! Thanks for making our weekend enjoyable.

Townhouse was exactly as listed. Clean, 5 min walk to the beach, beds comfortable, kitchen fairly well stocked. The pool was nice and great to hop in after the sunset each night.

I was thrilled to find this beach house for a last minute getaway with my kids and my friends family. They have been coming to Santa Rosa/Blue Mountain Beach for decades and were very familiar with the area, but it was my first time with my kids. Great location and just a short walk to the beach. House has plenty of room for everyone and the beds were comfy for all 7 of us, kitchen is well appointed. The pro tip my friends told me is to load the car with your beach chairs and set up on the beach early in the morning-which we did on our morning beach walk. Then drive back and park at the house, and when everyone is ready to walk over to the beach you have a good spot. Just remember to pack everything up at the end of the day! We loved the pool and hopped in after we unloaded the car to cool off quickly. Right next door is Sally's and their breakfast biscuits cannot be beat! Sandra was a wonderful host and you will absolutely love it if you decide to stay here. Thank you Sandra for a wonderful stay!
