The property is beautiful. Very tasteful, well stocked, modern and stylish home. The location was great, only about a 45 second walk (on a private walkway) and your toes are in the sand. There are beach/ocean views all over. The home worked great for our family of 9. There were plenty of beach chairs, which were fantastic to have, as well as beach towels. We loved everything about this stay!

We loved our stay at Carolina Skies! Very clean upon arrival and comfortable beds. Modern decor and appliances which all were in great working order. We were surprised and delighted by the abundance of detergents, paper towels, trash bags, cleaners, etc. Not sure if all was provided or left by other guests, but was a big help. The provided beach chairs and beach towels were a big plus! The chairs do have rust forming on them and a couple of towels had rust spots from them, but wasn’t a big deal. We spent our entire days on the beach, and the walks back and forth were short and easy. Other minor comments: *Wish there would have been plastic Tupperware-like storage containers in the kitchen to use. *There seemed to be some forks missing. *Management asks renters to squeegee the shower doors, I suggest you ask renters to use the soap pads to clean the stainless steel cookware. We enjoyed a long weekend adult ladies trip with friends. Plenty of space for our group of 6. We loved the outdoor spaces on the 2nd level as well as the rooftop. Perfect spot for dinner, drinks, and sunset. Loved the proximity to the beach, just steps away! We cooked in one night, ordered takeout another, and dinner out our last night. We enjoyed lunch at Ocean Beach Tiki Bar, Nikki for takeout Chinese, and Havana’s for dinner out. Thankful for the unit being so well stocked with all the necessities. Very clean, modern, and well decorated. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a great place to stay and just steps from the beach! The rooftop has amazing views and a great place to just enjoy reading, napping or just watching the tide roll in. The place was very clean and it was really nice to have a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The ping pong table was fun during one of the rainy days. The beach chairs were handy to have so we didn’t have to rent them. Overall, a very enjoyable time away with our kids and granddaughter!

Our family had a great birthday long weekend at this property and a wonderful time. Very clean, well stocked and beautiful, we loved both balconies. This was my first experience with a rental vacation home and let me just say, I don't know if I'll ever stay in a hotel again! The location was immaculately clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was likewise neat and friendly. The property management team communicated quickly and thoroughly. No complaints about this rental at all.

The house was very clean and brand new. Quiet neighborhood, easy access and steps from the beach. Also the management company was really responsive, my son forgot his savings in CASH and I contact them a few hours later when he realized it, they returned all the money. That honesty is not easy to find. We have family living nearby so we will be renting again for sure!

This house is built in a way that maximizes it’s space. The property has a small footprint that is built upwards. There is a nice small balcony on the second level and a large balcony on the third level that is fun to use for views, sunning, and relaxing.

Our family of 5 had a great time at the property. Views were amazing from all 3 levels with a short walk to the beach. House was very comfortable for our group and accommodations were first class. Had all of the amenities we needed and property manager was very responsive when we reached out. Would highly recommend the property and would definitely look to stay there again on a future visit.

Not your typical Carolina Beach house - this modern super clean home is well equipped for a family vacation. We had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Amazing sunsets from the rooftop deck!

Also, recommend uncle Vinnys pizza and seafood places which are nearby and easy to order and pick up from. Also, the gelato shop in Carolina beach is great. There are good nearby tennis courts at Kure beach and Carolina beach.

Where do I start with this property.... It was easily THE BEST property I have EVER rented on VRBO or ANYWHERE ELSE! The house was AMAZING! Modern, clean, cute, beachy, welcoming, easy, and breathtaking! the beach was literally in our backyard! Walking distance to Ocean Grill Restaurant and Tiki bar. Easy drive to the boardwalk and restaurants. The management company has thought of everything for your stay to be just smooth and easy. I cannot say enough great things about this place. I will absoulotley come back again! Thank you SO much for making our beach vacation the best one we've had at Carolina Beach!
