We spent four nights in this cabin on a quick trip from coastal Mississippi. Everything with the cabin was fine and there was plenty of room for all five of us ranging in age from to 77. The cabin is in a gated golf and recreation community that is very quiet and secluded yet just a few minutes from downtown Helen. Overall a very good trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lazy Beat Lair. My boys especially enjoyed the pool table and hot tub The upstairs bedroom was too warm for me. We did have a bee issue on the front porch railing but we just steered clear. We would definitely stay there again

Cabin was described perfectly. Perfect location. Clean and good size. Only negative is the steps and floors were very creaky and hard to walk around in AM if anyone was sleeping. But otherwise cabin is great and would def come back.

The location was great. The property was good overall but it could use a little attention, ie the floors cracked when you walked, there were rotted boards on the outside of the home on the porch and siding.

Great house & location. Close enough to town not to be inconvenient, but close enough to come & go through out the day. Very comfortable. Sitting area on main floor was perfect for a family of 4. Pool table got just as much use. Good selection of shows/movies to watch.

The property was as advertised and is a great place to get away. Just a few minutes from down town Helen. Would recommend a stay there.

Everything was great! If what you are asking is if anything was wrong, no remote for the tv downstairs, no chalk for the pool table, and the knives in the kitchen couldn't cut butter. The atmosphere was perfect, beautiful house with a rustic feel. Quiet! Was everything we had hoped for, thank you!

Large beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of privacy. The house had a lot of amenities including a grill, hot tub, and activity room! Perfectly located just minutes from downtown Helen!

Closer to the road than we had planned but the cabin was very nice and spacious. Accommodated 7 adults well. No issues with road closeness. Very secluded feel.

Great property and close to everything

The cabin was great for us. We needed to get away after our 20 year old had a traumatic brain injury in April 5, he spent 36 days in hospital and is doing great and is expected to make a full recovery.

Very nicely furnished, plenty of blankets, towels and amenities. Please be aware of 2 different flights of steps, as only 1 Bdrm is on main level. Arrive in daylight, as it would be tricky to locate house at night.

We stayed here for seven year anniversary, the home was very clean and well-maintained. Management was great with communication. All information was given before time of check-in, making the process, very simple and easy. We will definitely be back to stay here!

We had a fantastic stay, the house was gorgeous. We enjoyed all aspects, the kitchen, relaxing on the porch, we grilled and used the fabulous hot tub many times!

Everything was nice

We stayed in this cabin the weekend of February 17th 2023. I would not recommend anyone to stay here and the management company makes no resolution for issues. Check in night it rained and the upstairs bath room has a leak in the roof which ran down the bathroom door onto the floor. Advised them and they said yah that can happen when it rains. The next day we realized the dishwasher didn't work and we had to do the dishes by hand for the entirety of our stay. The bedroom on the main floor, the mattress is completely shot. There were no toiletries in the main bathroom, no laundry supplies, no salt no pepper, no basic things you would expect. The floors are so loud if anyone gets up in the middle of the night you will wake up the whole house. Upon leaving they charged us for stained towels that were dirty from cleaning up the roof leak on the floor to prevent slipping. They said they would refund that, never got it. They have made no refunds or any recourse for any of the issues we had and they say "we will let the owners know". Basically the staff at this management company is well versed in not resolving any issues. DO NOT STAY HERE and if you see the typical response of wer'e so sorry about your issues, just know I contacted them during and after about these problems and got no resolutions to any issues. Whatever the response is to my review save yourself the trouble and trust the review.

Good cabin overall but things need to be updated such as the couch and TV.

We enjoyed everything was nice.

Easy check in and check out. Lots of space to spread out in. Everything was clean and in working order. Loved the snacks that were left for us.

This property is beautiful. We had 8 adults and two small children and there was plenty room to relax and read or play. It was a rainy weekend and this house was perfect for staying in and enjoying family. We saw deer outside near the house. It’s very close to town. The decorations were nice. The beds were comfortable. Some firmer and some softer.( I have back problems so I needed a firm mattress. My daughter likes a softer mattress.) all questions were answered promptly. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall it was an awesome location and very cute cabin! The boys golfed at Innsbruck and we really enjoyed the wrap around porch. We had game night in the basement. The house is not very soundproof and creaks a lot, in case you are looking to sleep in with multiple people.

This cozy cabin was a great place for a family vacation. It was an older cabin with squeaky doors and floors but each family had their own privacy with bedrooms on each of the three floors.

It was a great place for me, my husband and my siblings and their spouses! Had a wonderful weekend in this cabin with plenty of space and privacy!

We had 7 adults. Plenty of room, clean, and comfortable. Older home so floors and doors creak. Hot tub worked great but too much bleach so only went in couple of times faded my suit pretty bad.. Close to Helen. Had a really good time.

Great stay! Close enough to town that it took no time to get there, but far enough away that we could sit on the deck and see deer roaming. Hot tub was clean and ready to go. Kids loved having rooms near the game room. Adults loved being able to be separate from the kiddos. Loved the sitting room upstairs too.

It was perfect for our extended family of 8! Everyone had room, it was beautiful, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere!

The pots and pans were garbage there all scratched up the handles rattle loose, the ignitor switch on the grill doesn't work, the rocking chairs in the back the hard plastic ones are filthy we would of had to wash them down before we could of sat on them. The ice trays were old and wouldn't make solid cubes it was a bunch of broken ice, we called and told jennifer everything we never got a resolve or another phone call. We did get new ice trays left on the table outside. We needed pots and pans most, we bought food to prepare so we didn't have to spend money eating out. But if you dont have even decent pots and pans then we cant cook. So the conviences of home we did not get we may as well have stayed in hotel and ate out.! As much as we paid to rent this house " double our rent at home we should not have had anything to do but relax. Plus wehad a to do list of crap to do before we left we paid A LOT OF MONEY i dont want a to do list the cleaning fee was $2 or $300.00 are you serious.? Take all the garbage out before leaving do this do that so whats left for the expensive cleaner to do.? bef We asked for a refund and hadn't heard anything. We left on saturday although paid to be there till sunday.
