This is a great spot and a very nice unit. Unfortunately for us we arrived on July 4 so we had to park 2 blocks away and so unloading luggage and ferrying to the place took us a long time. This might not be an issue depending on your arrival time. Also bring your own soap as there is none in the unit.

So happy we were able to find this spot for our family for a wedding weekend. It's within walking distance to the beach and all the surrounding restaurants and bars. The interior of the unit is very clean, well decorated, and has a good size living room/kitchen for hanging out with the family. The included garage parking spot is a huge plus.

Great location near beautiful beaches and bluffs. Good, simple communication with owner. Parking was easy in mid April. Summer might be tough. Tv ok but limited. Kitchen quite decent for cooking. Plenty of clean space. Comfortable futon and king bedroom. Definitely recommend.

Loved the location. Great temperature control. Shared laundry while convenient is noisy for all parties sharing units. Generally though the area is quiet and easy. Beds are rated not comfortable for two of us and one of us liked the king bed. Living room furniture is uncomfortable. TV’s, if you care about those when you’re in such a beautiful place, are older generations. I would definitely consider staying again and would recommend.

Cute second floor, over the garage unit of this triplex. Very quiet, easy walk to beach or restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here. The only issue I had was the bathroom is very small with no counter space and the mirror is positioned over the toilet as there is a window over the sink. I ended up doing my hair in the second bedroom, sitting on the floor in front of the mirrored closet doors.

Lovely area !
I loved the area and the apartment was cute. The bathroom was very small with almost no counter space . I would suggest extending the counter over the toilet so guests can have a place to put blow dryers etc... a towel rack for hand towels would have been nice .

Great Family Vacay!
Our mini vacation was perfect! The unit was clean and the bed was very comfy. All the beach amenities were provided. We had the most amazing time. Will definitely return in the future.

Fabulous Family Vacation!
What a fabulous, affordable beach family vacation spot. We wouldn’t have needed a rental car except we did visit Disneyland a few days. Amazing, responsive host Jennifer. Beautiful, safe, quiet location. Property is in great shape. Garage spacious. All you could need is provided. Beach wagon, toys, towels etc. Bathroom amenities all supplied (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Jennifer!

Property wasn't clean
When I arrived at the property it was not clean. I reached out to the host and was told that their house keeper didn't show up for some reason. I ended up getting a refund and moving to a different hotel so it worked out ok.

All the comforts of home
Pictures are accurate. It is a sunny space a block or so from the beach. Jennifer was responsive and friendly. The kitchen was stocked with all spices and condiments in addition to what you’d expect. The bathroom unfortunately is small with minimal counter space. But the host supplies everything you need including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The perfect homebase for beach fun!
The house was perfectly clean, beds were comfortable and sheets were exceptionally soft! The wagon, beach umbrellas and chairs were absolutely perfect for a family of 4. The nearby beach access wasn't the best of the beaches available, but did have restrooms and outdoor showers that Balboa didn't have. The only thing I would add to the property would be reuseable outdoor/ patio cups, plates and/or water bottles for the beach. We'll definitely stay again!

Lovely little rental
Location is amazing - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, we even walked to Fashion Island one day! Super clean, perfectly appointed, the AC is fantastic -- really a perfect little rental. Neighborhood is great - super quiet, gorgeous houses, very safe! Highly recommend a stay here to anyone looking for some beach time.

Summer Family Getaway

Great place to stay
A very short walk to the beach. Little Corona was great to go tide pooling during low tide. We didn’t drive our car during the whole stay. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Property was spacious for a family of 5. We had an amazing trip and weren’t ready to come home.

Wonderful
Property manager very kind. Easy check in/out of rental. Was very clean. They have everything you need to go have a fun day out on beach with the grandkids. All around wonderful place to stay thank you Jennifer for that.

Great Get Away
This condo was more than I expected in every way! Beautifully updated and modern, clean, comfy living room and bedroom furniture. The place was very clean and organized. The beds were so comfy. The location is perfect! Would definitely recommend staying here. We were really happy with our stay.

Super clean and updated condo.
Jennifer, the property manager was very responsive, professional and kind. The location to the condo is fantastic and convenient for walking to cafes,coffee shops and beach! The condo check in and check out process was without any issue. Condo is super clean which I REALLY appreciate and the decor was just how I like it. Kitchen is equipped for eat in meals. Very cozy atmosphere. I rate this place a 5 star because I as well as my family of 4 really enjoued our stay. Look forward to returning to this special gem of a place in the near future!

Awesome!
This property was brand new and gorgeous. The owner was communicative and made the process super easy. My kids loved the bunk beds and the king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
